I’m so grateful one of my girlfriends told me this place was awesome, because it is. It’s truly the best full service Gp practice I’ve ever been to and (I’ve been to a lot of them). The gorgeous reception ladies Marina and Stephanie are friendly, discreet and compassionate. They also seem to have a sixth sense about whether you’re in the mood for a friendly catch up or if you just want to sit and wait for the couple minutes until you’re seen. Overall you’re put at ease and made to feel welcome 🙏 as soon as you walk in the doors.
I’ve had the pleasure of being cared for by both Dr Jaquie and Dr Angela. Both of whom are warm, kind and caring, even if it’s the first time they see you.
Dr Julie is my GP and has been for about a year now. I would’ve loved to have found her and the practice years ago but I’m grateful to God 🙏 I’ve found her and the ladies now. Dr Julie is so gentle, compassionate, and really caring. She listens to everything you say and is always positive and reassuring. She wants to get to the bottom of anything that comes up and her optimism, good energy and vibe are healing in themselves. Dr Julies also got a great sense of humour so even if you’ve been bawling your eyes out, you’re likely to also end up having a laugh at some stage during the same consultation. I can easily say Dr Julie is by far the best Gp I’ve ever seen in my life.
Nurse Heather is lovely, and so gentle and kind and caring. Her injection skills are beyond awesome and she’s always there to lift you up, or give you a hug if you need one.
Overall this group of beautiful people make up the best Family Medical Center I’ve ever been to.
I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be listened to, cared for and made to feel valued, not just as a patient but a human being.

The waiting room has wooden floors and all the staff are in high heals... quite annoying when you're waiting.
Dr Julie Hancock unprofessional. Cervical smear table next to window and she didn't ask if I was ready before flinging open the curtain for all the world to see me naked from waste down. Did not care for privacy or discretion. Most uncomfortable smear I've ever had. Never again.

Love this practice. You can always get in and communication is great with test results.
