Dr. Dallas is the absolute best with kids! She made my nervous 6 year old feel safe and comforted throughout his procedure. He is not scared of going to the dentist anymore.

I had a dental emergency and was in horrible pain. They got me in the same day to pull my tooth. Very professional and polite staff from the lobby to the back. I highly recommend this place.

My initial visit was wonderful! The staff was courteous and friendly and Dr Cheyney is the most informative and thorough dentist that I have ever visited. She listened to my concerns and explained every step of the checkup and treatment process. I highly recommend this facility!

The dental hygienist was very understanding with my 2 and a half year old son who was a little nervous for his time trip to the dentist. She and Dr. O gave him a good experience though so that hopefully he can look back on it when he comes again in six months and be ready for more!

Had an emergency dental need and they graciously came in on the weekend for me. They did an amazing job and are great people. Highly recommend!

If you are self pay without dental insurance this might be expensive for you. They seem to be too, (emphasis on too), focused on the financial side. Not cost effective with other practices we contacted. We were with the previous Dentists for 30 + years. Response to response from owner… We were never informed the cost prior to the procedure… and really the money is not an issue for us….just principal.

I had an appointment and so did my 2 y/o son (his first). They treated him like gold, chatted him up about dinosaurs, worked with him to develop relationship, cleaned his little teeth the best he’d let them :) educated me, and let him get a toy out of a treasure box!!!
When my appointment was happening - they did a lovely job getting my full history and offering me all sorts of options for any dental work I may want in the future (and of course cleaned my teeth well). They are super nice and very competent. Happy to be a client

Very happy with Dr Baltzly and his staff. I would like to say it was a pleasant experience but I got a root canal and that sucks but the Dr is very good at what he does and I was in and out with minimal discomfort. Highly recommended 👍

I have been going to Dr. Cheney for several years. I would not think of going anywhere else, even though she is not one of the dentists on my insurance list. Dr Cheney is such a nice person and a caring person, as well as a fantastic dentist. The entire crew is wonderful, from Eileen at the front desk, Megan, the dental hygienist, Sara, in the front office, and the others as well. One leaves their office feeling good about going to the Dentist.

Awesome place! All the staff are nice and helpful. I’ve been going since I was a child and now my own toddler is going there, they did great with him and made it an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this place to anyone of any age, Dr Cheyney is very thorough and the hygienist does a great job making sure you are comfortable during the procedure. If you’re looking for a family-owned and operated business that truly gives a personal touch this is the place! Always clean, always timely.

I had a fabulous experience at All Seasons Dental. Every member of the staff was extremely pleasant and attentive, and Dr. Cheyney was so thoughtful in her examination, too. I was given helpful updates throughout the entire exam (and I found the context very useful). Not only that, but the facilities and equipment were very clean and modern.

While the Dentist was very pleasant and nice, I only spent about 10 min with him. The dental hygienist was nice but very rough and belittling to me. I was uncomfortable the whole time with her. Her comments were in my opinion passive aggressive and it was off putting (maybe it was a bad day ? Not professional ) Just my opinion. Dentist was a nice man but never really got problems fixed, just waiting on estimates (never had this before) before I will get any work. Initial visit with little work done was $$$ , I’m not happy and only reason for any stars is I thought the Dentist was polite and comforting, but damage was done from my time with hygienist. (45 min)I think I will find another place to go. Plus the receptionist told me they don’t accept any insurance (after I was there checking in) and I feel I paid a huge bill up front with no resolution to my lost fillings. This is my review, hope you have a better experience….

Outstanding Customer service and a very friendly environment. Dental techs are very thorough and efficient in the teeth cleaning department. The dentist is a very competent and knowledgeable man who provides excellent quality dental care. The office staff is always there to quickly attend to your needs with payments and appointments. I would highly recommend Baltzly Dental...a top notch place!

I needed a tooth extracted and called later in the day. They got me in early the next morning and the extraction was done the same day vs having a new patient appointment then having to return for the work. They were very pleasant and personable. The dentist took time for conversation and did not appear to be rushed to get in and get out. Highly recommend.

Dr. Cheney and her staff are hands down the BEST dental group! I had my first initial visit at the beginning of the year, then had my cleaning. I also got my son in to see them and he loved them as well. Super easy going, very informative, and makes you feel like a person…not a chart. They took the time to answer all our questions and concerns, then even helped look into what insurance covers and what would be out of pocket. The service is amazing. We didn’t even sit for 2 minutes in the waiting room. I could go on and on about them. Highly recommended especially for those who may have some dental fears. I promise you they will be with you every step of the way!

From the moment I entered the door of Hometown Family Dental, I was greeted by name and the receptionist was most welcoming!

As I waited in the lovely lobby for 3 minutes, I could hear the sound of laughter and kind voices coming from the examination area. It was the sound of a healthy, happy work environment.

I was escorted to the examination area by yet another vibrant Team member. Within a few minutes Dr. O. entered the room and kindly introduced himself. Dr. O. exudes knowledge, compassion and confidence. Everything you aspire for in a dentist.

Later that afternoon, I returned for a thorough cleaning with their remarkable hygienist, and had a wonderful follow-up consult with Dr. Dallas.

Dr. O., and Dr. Dallas are the reason that everyone wears a smile at Hometown Dental! If you are searching for a dentist to care for your family... I highly recommend The Hometown Dental Team!

Went in for routine cleaning. Check-in is easy, with Holly. Heather (Hygienist) is always gentle and very throughout. With great conversations. They set up your next appointment before you even leave the chair. Dr Baltzly always explains what's going on with your teeth in an easy to understand fashion. And we finish up with Shannon, who is always really nice!!!

I do not recommend this place. The service is substandard, and the business office is difficult to work with. I recommend trying a different dentist. Some of the clinical staff has been very good, but not consistent. Some of the non-clinical staff has been helpful, but some have been outright rude. I do not recommend this place. It has been a nightmare.

I am so disappointed with Aspen Dental! Considering the amount of money I spent on the top of the line dentures to be told that dentures falling out of my mouth, in the dentist's opinion, is acceptable. He offered no solution to my concerns. The dentist then said he did not see a problem with the poorly fitting dentures and said good luck as I walked out of the exam room. I will be contacting the BBB tomorrow.

Massillon OH office was lovely - the place was clean, the staff were amazing and we were delighted with the service and they way treated us - so compassionate, professional and polite!!

The opposite to New Philadelphia... they were RUDE, ARROGANT and so BAD. We have always paid in cash on the day of the work that was done, but the receptionist and staff were so unpleasant. The doctor/dentist and his Nurse were nice and did as required BUT the staff on the front desk were horrific.

In the future we would sooner drive to Massillon OH, rather than even drive anywhere near New Philadelphia OH Aspen... the place is dirty, unkept and disgusting on top of terrible staff!!

Baltzly Dental staff is professional and friendly. They treat you like family. Dr Baltzly is caring and kind. He takes time to do your checkup thoroughly and, crowns can be made "while you wait"!

I had a really great experience at this office! I dread going to the dentist in general.. the front desk staff was so kind and then when it came to needing a cleaning the hygienist Megan was AMAZING! From the second I was with her she was open and honest, showed me visually what was wrong and was honest about what treatment I needed and explained everything step by step. She was a perfectionist and took time out of her day to treat all my needs so I wouldn’t have to come back multiple times. I will never see another hygienist!

Everyone at Aspen Dental is very friendly and very informative. I was very nervous from previous experience at another dental office. But after my first visit with all of their kindness and patience I felt more at ease.

Make sure you check with your insurance provider before going here if they are in the network because the people that work here are incompetent when it comes to information like that (main office and Massillon location). And the receptionist at the front desk needs to be trained better with social skills if she’s going to be dealing with the public and not have an attitude with patients as if she’s not a responsible party. Also the main office supposedly makes appointments for you at certain locations that are not available so a big waste of my time not once but twice. Thanks

Well I came in to get antibiotics for a toothache but never received them. The staff was friendly for the most part except the girl who was attending the fish tank was kind of smug. Not too bad of a place I guess. More pricey than I expected for dentures but the girls there are very nice, and beautiful lol

Hometown Family Dental is amazing! My entire family has been seen here and I can’t sing their praises enough. Dr. Dallas is absolutely amazing with my children(all under the age of ten). The staff makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in the door. I 100% recommend being seen here.
