If you need a planner or coordinator for your wedding or event, hire Ring on the Party! We hired Sandra for full planning for our wedding this October and couldn't be more pleased with our day. She answered all of my questions and I just knew we'd be in great hands. I had some ideas of what I wanted and she and her team exceeded our expectations.

We had several meetings leading up to our day. Sandra coordinated with our vendors, finalizing our timeline, decorating both ceremony & reception spaces, and much more. My only regret is not hiring her sooner! Highly recommend.

Sandra made sure that everything ran smoothly for my daughter's reception. She started by collecting all of our wants and needs in detail and then by talking with the venue's event manager and all of the other vendors involved (DJ, photographer, etc) before the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she made sure that everything ran on schedule and that everyone was doing what was needed. After the party ended and we went to bed, Sandra and her team packed up all of the items that belonged to us and got them delivered to us. We didn't have to worry about anything while we celebrated and afterwards. Thank you Sandra!

Sandra was SO helpful for our wedding day and the process leading up to the day itself as well. She made sure she took away all of our stress and worries. She made the day go SO smoothly. She was a calming presence that made our day so much better and more enjoyable. She is fantastic with dealing with all of your vendors so you don’t have to be bothered one bit. She built our timeline, coordinated with all vendors and made the day perfect .

We both would highly highly recommend Sandra to anyone looking for a coordinator. She is an absolute pro and we cannot thank her enough.

If something went wrong on my wedding day - I didn’t know about it - the day was joy filled and incredibly smooth. And her decorating was perfection! Trust Sandra’s process, you won’t regret it!

Sandra was our DOC for our Fall wedding and did a great job communicating as well as coordinating with our vendors so that I didn’t have to take that on the week prior. Additionally, she picked up and unloaded all the wedding decorations and set them up as well. She is kind and responsible, easy to work with!

I am very thankful for the service of DMV Flowerwalls and I'd recommend their décor and photo booth services to anyone. I work for a non-profit organization and we used their services for our annual event. Not only was the quality of the backdrop and marquee letters amazing, but also Mike went above and beyond to make sure the photobooth was seamless throughout the event. It was the biggest hit at our event, and attendees had a lot of fun taking photos. We'll definitely be reaching out again to use them for future events!

Ring on the Party took on the challenge of planning my wedding three weeks before the date and made our day truly special, all with nothing but kindness and smiles! My biggest goal was to hand off the stress of our big day to someone else so that we could just sit back and enjoy it, and Sandra was the talent behind letting us do just that.

I hit it off with Sandra right away; after just a few minutes on the phone I knew I’d found the person who could help us find our vision and realize it on such a short timeline. We’d already chosen the venue, but Sandra found the florist, baker, DJ, and all the rentals to make our kind of wacky color combination (we wanted purples with accents of orange peppered in) beautiful and classy. She kept us updated regularly along the way and even though she went over every detail with me I could tell that she’d done a ton of research and work before even presenting me with options. In almost all cases she knew what I wanted before I did and helped put my mind at ease at every turn.

On our wedding day she hid all of the chaos from me, kept us calm and hydrated, made my family feel welcome, and integrated all the vendors into a well oiled machine. I’d say that I can’t believe she pulled it off, but I knew after just a few minutes on the phone that Sandra was the right fit and would do a wonderful job.

I’m sure that for years to come friends and family will be relaying stories to us of all the little things that went on behind the scenes that Sandra just took care of. For now though, we have nothing but wonderful memories of our wedding day, less than two months after our engagement and less than one month before Sandra came onboard to helps us plan, as the most perfect celebration of our love we could’ve hoped for. We have Ring on the Party to thank for that. Thank you Sandra!

I would recommend this business to anyone who is planning an event and is looking for a wow factor to amaze your guests! They have such great customer service, I reached out to DMV flower wall only a couple days before our party and they did not have the one I wanted available, the sales associate offered me a more expensive and even more beautiful flower wall for the same price as the one I wanted! On the day of our event they showed up right on time, assembled everything beautifully, and allowed me to keep it over night for no charge! Couldn’t have asked for a better service!

DMV Flowerwalls set up their ivory flower wall and cake stand which was a highlight at our wedding. They were on time and even helped the baker transfer her cake onto the stand. It was really beautiful, highly recommend!

On very short notice DMVFLOWERWALLS took on the task of creating a magical floral wall and balloon decor. All our guests were blown away by what this company created for us. The assistant i spoke to is very unprofessional and unwilling to help. The first thing she asked when i called about a wedding decoration was what's your budget? It's not the best way of doing business. I looked online before i called so i know what to expect. Instead of giving options or asking me how to make my day extra special she went straight for the money. That says a lot about how you value your customers. What I was hoping to hear was to offer me the best she has and work her way down. That was not the case at Mimi decor. I've called several times to get a hold of mimi herself and left a voicemail and no one got back to me. Offer me the platinum decor that you say you do and I'll pay. What i will not tolerate is the kind of behavior your assistant showed and make no effect to fix my problem. That's worth 0 dollars! Please train your employees to be confident on your product so you can earn more business. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied! I will not recommend it to anyone!
