Good experience- good food - show and plot were cheesy!!!
This place is so cool. Was in a wedding here, and everything was clean, well taken care of and inviting. You can tell this place is well looked after. It's such a beautiful place and the perfect spot for people looking for something different and eclectic.

Attended a show tonight and it was so much fun! The atmosphere, direction, humor and staff was everything I could have hoped for. The food, while it wasn’t terrible, I did walk away wishing it was seasons better, less watery vegetables and warmer. I got the chicken entree. I would recommend this experience to others.
We went with four other friends to celebrate a birthday and it was a blast! Dinner was great, drinks were affordable, the acting was great and they keep the audience well involved. The prime suspect was a fun element that two of us at the table got. Very fun! Highly recommend!
Food and service was great, however portions are a tad on the smaller side. Drinks were pricy. Actors were great and it didn’t require too much socialization which is great for an extrovert. AC was a tad lacking
I am anticipating great fun. The doors open to an unsuspecting crown only to hear a loud voice announce our awaited entry. Simple salad but tasty hope the rest of my vegan options meal taste the same. More to come... So, the event was so much fun!! Oh and guess what it was the food was awesome. I will do this again!!!

This murder mystery was fun and lively. It moved quickly and kept us very interested. Definitely would recommend others to try it out!
Loved the event space the hardest part was finding parking but that may have been due to a lot of streets being closed around. The rooftop was an amazing space to hang out in socialize the bathrooms were clean and plentiful.
Salmon wasn't very good, but everything else was awesome! I loved how participatory the event was, the actors were great improv artists playing off the audience. I laughed a lot! And the mystery was really fun to solve. I highly recommend.

We recently photographed a wedding here, and have done so many times, so we figured it was time for a glowing review. The charm of this venue is undeniable. Anyone who walks in the door will immediately realize how special the main room is. What sets this venue above so many others though, is the attention to detail by the staff, which includes food & beverage. Absolutely top-tier. And to have so much space, all of which is beautiful, out of the Seattle weather, is also very hard to come by. 10/10 would recommend.
We used the 101 for our 10 year anniversary celebration and everything went so smoothly! The space was perfect for a big cocktail party and it didn't feel overly crowded. Allison and Emily are always professional, and available to answer questions. They were instrumental in the success of our event and we are so happy we chose the 101 for our celebration! <3
Great venue! Went there to photograph a Fashion designer show by my friend, for his brand Saziru. Spacious and in a good prime location downtown.
We got married at the Fremont Foundry early last month and it was beyond our wildest dreams. Leading up to our wedding our venue coordinator Ruby was absolutely incredible. And the combo of her and the day-of team was perfection -- everyone had such amazing energy, made transitions from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception seamless, and were true visionaries with set up and the details. The whole team made us feel so special on our wedding day and we were able to be 100% present while they did all of the behind the scenes work.
The venue is obviously so stunning -- and it's a perfect choice for indoor + outdoor celebrations. We were lucky to be able to use the rooftop for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and we loved having the courtyard space for guests to take a breather from dancing and also enjoy the food truck we brought in!
100% we highly recommend Fremont Foundry!! We are still beaming from our perfect wedding day :)

We had our wedding reception here in September and The 101 truly exceeded our expectations. We opted for the partial planning wedding package and Alison was our wedding planner. She did a great job, was a pleasure to work with, she was super communicative and made sure everything was done with all vendors and coordination. Not to mention The 101 team made the venue look incredible. The only thing I would change is that I would have done the entire planning package because our experience was so great-it is totally worth it.
The venue is beautiful and spacious. It's also in a perfect area for taking wedding photos. The rental also comes with table and chairs. We decided to add the photo both last minute and it turned out to be one of the best parts of the reception. We had a great experience with The 101.

We cannot say enough great things about working with the 101 for our wedding last weekend!! Everyone involved was so lovely to work with and we especially appreciate Alison's help with coordinating the event. She did such an amazing job bringing everything together for us and I'm so glad to have chosen their venue! Such a gem in Pioneer Square and would recommend to anyone :)

I recently hosted an art exhibition at The 101. The staff, Emily and Alison, were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.
This event space is nicely decorated for private parties. Many room to entertain, all with their special featuresand decorations. .
The venue was large with multiple areas for photos. The big tree is awesome. The reception hall is massive with a ton of space.
The space itself is spacious and pretty, but there is no parking at all if that’s important to you. The rental of the venue comes with tables and chairs, but there are a lot of different fees another downside is the list of vendors and staff are not super diverse which made it difficult to use their preferred vendors or staff because of certain cultural aspects although everyone at the 101 was friendly!
As a wedding DJ I see hundreds of venues. If you are lookin for a hip space in the city with LOTS of space I recommend this venue. I would recommend 32 uplights and 4 speakers to round out the sound. Anything less will look sparse. With the right dance lights and speakers this can make your dance party feel like a club

As a wedding photographer I think my favorite thing about Sodo Park is that it is not only a beautiful venue on its own, but its proximity to other locations give couples the opportunity to have such a variety in their photos! The Herban Feast team is also so kind and wonderful at what they do. I loved every minute of my time at Sodo Park, it really is a gem!
We got married at the Foundry earlier this month and it was absolutely beautiful! The venue staff was amazing the day of, and hustled to get things moved around when our plan for a rooftop ceremony was changed last minute due to some unexpected rain.
Having the venue handle the food, bar, tables, chairs, set-up, take down, etc. was SO incredibly helpful in making our day feel as stress free as possible. The food was delicious and well presented and all of our guests had an amazing time!
The one call out I'd make to couples is that the Landmark Team's main focus is the venue and overall event flow (and they are great at that!). Because of that, I would highly recommend getting an external day-of-coordinator to help provide you with more direct support when it comes to the more minor details of your day, and handling what pops up on the day of :).

Great venue. I was recently there to see Teatro Zinzanni. Really a large place, but they shoved too many people into it. I can see Sodo Park as a popular option for wedding receptions and the like. I hope that Teatro Zinzanni finds a differently permanent location, though.
Beautiful what Teatro has done with the place. The show was very good and the staff are absolutely amazing, service was far better than many of the upscale establishments across the city. If you have not yet enjoyed one of these shows, it's a great idea! We look forward to seeing them again, in this new location!
We had our wedding at the Ruins in Seattle and it was an absolute dream. End-to-end, the Ruins provided a top notch experience, from helping us imagine our dream wedding in their incredibly unique and gorgeous venue, to setting us up with their amazing florist (Nadira Designs), bakery (Morfey's Cakes), and DJ (Baby Van Beezly), to cultivating the most delicious food and cocktails, and most importantly, taking care of coordinating the entire event, so that we could focus on celebrating in the moment. Thank you so much Madeline Wogstad and Sarah Tortora for making our wedding dreams come true.
I got married at the Fremont Foundry this summer and recommend it to anyone looking! It was a great venue for all-encompassing needs, as they offer catering, bar services, florals, cake, and rentals, among others! We had a very smooth wedding day, and everything was taken care of without us needing to be stressed about it! The venue was absolutely stunning! Wouldn't have changed a thing!
The Fremont Foundry is a true gemstone of a venue right on the water in the heart of the Fremont District in Seattle.
It was a great honor to help activate the space for many events including the truly awesome "Pray 4 Snow" event hosted by REI.
Throughout the venue Lumenarius provided many activations ranging from animated projections on walls to uplighting, staging, movie showings, and of course aerial lighting features.
It was a wonderful time and I think we might have even seen a Sasquatch out there on the dance floor!

The Ruins team really did a great job and it was easy to communicate even though we were on the other side of the country.

The Fremont Foundry is an amazing venue! I attended an open house, and everything was immaculate. The atmosphere was delightful with the lighting and decor, different sections of the venue were set up with space for food, drinks, sitting space and standing tables, and the flow to move between them was great. All the serving staff was friendly, unobtrusive, and whisked plates and dishes away immediately, and the food from their onsite catering was delicious! Highly recommend you consider this as your venue for any event! The one downside is it's in the middle of Fremont, so parking can be a challenge.
What a wonderful evening! Halloween by candlelight! Music and ambiance were just wonderful. Fun event....will definitely do again. Christmas or Dianey or both. Highly recommended.
Difficult to find at first. There is no signage or obvious front entrance. Easily mistaken as an abandoned industrial warehouse. Once you find it and go inside, you will find a beautiful, unique special event space. Staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. Book your wedding or private event now. Support your local small businesses 😄👍

Not sure if it was handicap accessible which would have difficult if my Dad who is in a wheelchair would have attended.
Also, more seating for cocktail hour would have been very much appreciated.

We visited the Ruins for a wedding last wknd and the entire experience was magical. The staff and the venue were more than we could have hoped for! The place is quirky and brilliant!!! Such a cool wedding venue if your looking for a unique and private experience.
This venue is stunning, mysterious, gorgeous; it makes you want to adopt an accent, sip an ol' fashioned, and maybe jump up on a piano to sing. What a gem! <3
We just had our wedding last night 7.1.17 and we have loved working with everyone at SoDo Park from the beginning. Rosalyn was our venue coordinator and she was incredibly helpful and responsive, willing to answer any of our questions and help with everything we needed. The venue was absolutely beautiful, the wait staff were wonderful and our guests even commented on how nice they were, the food was delicious and we can't recommend them highly enough. We also went with their Herban Bloom and Design for flowers and décor and they did such a beautiful job. Our flowers were so fresh, color combinations perfect and so well organized!
