Best location close to Haulover sandbar, Oleta park, small islands and lakes around the area. But it is under construction, over crowded, not enough parking, Worst ramp in high tide - not sloped enough so cars rear wheel must be half covered in water. Hopefully when construction ends most issues will be fixed. $20.60/day for parking.

Why park officers and police working there have to be automatically rude even if you just say good morning is it part of the training ? I just don't get it.

Great ramp will be much better when the city finish it. You have to go early cuz later is a complete disaster and caos they don’t respect the line.. and much more.

Not an easy place to get your boat in the water. I have been going to this marina since 1995 and it was never full you could park anywhere you fit and had no problems since CIVID it’s always close even you see cars pooling out and spaces getting available but the Mr and Ms seating inside an ac car the only word they know is NO ITS CLOSE CIME BEFORE 7:00am or AFTER 5:00pm! Lately or after COVID unless you’re willing to go boating on the week days or be at the ramp before 7:00am or after 5:00pm can go out boating!

The place closes when the parking spots are taken, fortunately i went in the afternoon and a spot had just opened up. The ramps are spacious.. $17 per day parking for trailers

Tanta plata que se meten todo el año....es una d las marinas grandes pero los fines d semana cierran por que ya no entran más vehículos.... los palos d madera del muelle rotos, casi todos, ......los muelles no tienen cauchos para que nuestros botes no se jodan golpeando los muelles habiendo tanta ruedas d carros para reciclar y ponerlas en el muelle....... y los baño.... donde harán los baños...
