Had a chance to visit Fargo time and it was a great experience. Zack was there to help us out, he showed us different variety of watches and brands. He can find you what you are looking for, also the prices are very competitive. Excellent and friendly customer service.

Got my first Tissot watch. There was some delay but it’s fine, because good service makes up for it. Love the watch. And Zak was helpful at the store when I went to get my watch adjusted.

Found this store online after eyeing the mint green Tissot PRX for almost a year. The owner gave me an amazing deal on the watch! Giving this place 1/5 stars. Placed an online order 3 weeks ago, initially had inventory then when I emailed was told watch was on backorder.. poor customer service & no communication with the customer. I paid for 2 day shipping, well after a week of waiting I had to ask for my shipping fee credited back.. emailed back multiple times with no answer of when I'd get my watch. Finally the day I called to get a refund and the watch was magically in the store, ready for shipping. Only reason I give one star because once shipped I got within a day, & the watch was as expected. Waiting three weeks when it should've been two days is unacceptable. But I recommend going somewhere else with your money, customer service should be number one and sadly it just wasn't here..
