Store sells a lot of pricy things that are made cheap and doesn’t stand by their products. Bought a set of glasses that were quite pricy. They had no wash instructions so I put them in the dishwasher, all the flower decals came right off. I immediately brought them back and asked if I could return or exchange them and they told me no, it was my fault I damaged it. Very poor customer service, won’t be supporting this business any more.

Very cute store with a fun garden / outdoor theme. It’s perfect for plant lovers, with lots of unique decor and cool gifts!
Absolutely stunning native gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed the labyrinth and pollinator gardens. Perfect gift shop with restrooms.

The smell of the soaps caught us from the halls in the TC commons, and pulled us in. Very unique and cute gift shop. Go smell the soaps. Highly recommended.
Community gardens are indeed wonderful spaces for gardeners. They provide opportunities for learning, sharing knowledge about organic gardening practices, and connecting with like-minded individuals who share a passion for gardening. It's a perfect environment to cultivate both plants and friendships.
What an amazing find, we went to see the old mental hospital and how it is being repurposed and found this gem next door. What beautiful gardens and so much fun history.
We went for the Botanic Gardens Garden Party, and it was my favorite part of our trip. The lectures were both AWESOME, we loved the fairy houses, the giant cow was crazy, the roses were GORGEOUS, the cherry lemonade was lovely, the soothing walk-maze was fun, the gardens were all beautiful, and the staff/volunteers cared so much about us and their garden. We love!!! Would go all the time if we lived in the area. They are doing good things for the world over there. 🥰
This was one of our most favorite things we did while in Traverse City. Make sure that you take the free tour of the botanic gardens, and then you can walk around and explore the trails and fairy gardens and more. It's perfect for a picnic lunch, and you have to visit the gardens by the stables. There are still big things planned with this area and it will develop more and more over the years!
Cute little garden. The kids loved the fairy area and the giant eagle nest. They have a cute little gift shop too! We are from out of town so this was our first visit. One suggestion I have for them is to maybe make their map a little more user friendly. We had no idea where we were allowed to walk or where anything really was because the map was pretty simple and plain. Could be user error, but I feel like an updated map would help others too.

I could spend hours in this store! This store has a wide variety of many unique items all centered around gardening, nature, and plants. There’s everything from books to dried flower wreaths and stickers to hand painted candles. So glad I visited during my visit to TC. The Village and this store is a MUST.
Enjoyed the Gardens. My wife and I as well as our 2 year old and her grandparents all were very impressed at this beautiful spot. A nice mix of nature walks and various paths allowed all to enjoy.

Wonderful selection of botanicals compared to the size of the establishment. Very nice and knowledgeable staff!

One of my favorite places to shop. They carry plants and unique pots. So much fun.
Went there this past weekend with my wife’s parents. I had seen parts of the garden before like the secret garden and the fairy trail which my kids love but I had never been inside the visitor center until then. The shop was really cool but the big surprise was the tunnel to the old food storage area used before refrigeration. One of the volunteers took us asked if we wanted to see it and gave us some history of it. I hope they end up restoring in because it’s be a great event space.

A beautifully curated store in the center of the Village, this dreamy place has the perfect gift for yourself or any plant lover. Pencils, totes, tattoos, pins, pots, wreaths, even lavender! This little shop has something for every budget. Go check it out! You can smell the flowery smells even through your mask 🌸💐💝
