Spacious place. Lots of brands on display, some with good offers. We received outstanding service from Rhea. She was patient and offered her opinion with a smile. Our thanks to her. Another young man also went out of his way at the men's shoe section. Pity didn't get his name.
This was in stark contrast to several other staff members who just hung around seemingly jobless and disinterested. Some even argued with each other in front of shoppers. A strict no-no if you want to position yourself as a classy shopping destination.
In addition, I wonder what the role of the three ladies positioned in the ladies trial room actually is. They did nothing but just stand and gape when my wife and daughter went to try out clothes. When a question was asked they actually looked away. My family then noticed that they were not the only ones receiving the 'treatment'.
The Management obviously has no clue what the staff members are upto. There are far too many of them. And if they do know, and do nothing about it then Lifestyle will be in dire trouble. I'm still going with 3 stars because of the two staff members mentioned earlier. They are a credit to this organisation that has clearly seen better days.

This mart is very deceiving, I took a water can at dec 3rd, due some personal reasons I went back to my home the same day. I came back after a month and I was vacating my flat, I decided to close the water connection and I went to the Mart to submit the water and their staff and owner said it was damaged and we won't take it. I said I haven't used the water can, I got it from you and I didn't damage it, but they refused to give me my deposit.
In food products also I got damaged products like ellachi there are worms in it.

I have purchased sun glasses. Thanks to Suraj for recommending best suitable sun glasses to me. Nice collection with good offers. Staff is so friendly.
Staff behaviour is pathetic. Long queues in billing counter for no reason. Billing staff is incompetent and keeps asking you to move to next counter. Disappointed and chose not to buy anything as billing people kept asking us move to different counters.
Please note : i had to move 3 different counters. Also offers are misleading. Items which are kept on pffer table are denied of any offer

The home centre section in this lifestyle closed down a while ago and they are not sure when it will open again.
The clothes collection for men, women and kids is actually very good in this lifestyle. They have a lot of variety for both Indian and Western clothes and they also have a large collection of footwear and accessories available. The staff at this lifestyle is also very friendly and nice to the customers. Overall, the store is very good and i would recommend the place if you are looking to shop for apparel

I have ordered a uspa shirt but I received a t shirt , which is disheartening. Please never purchase anything from lifestye. Also the clothes that they deliver is used by someone already
The range of apparels seems to have reduced by more than a half. The days I remembered for picking the best apparel was so much enjoyable and used to lead us for confusions to choose.
But now, it's so dullness occupied across the stores, and I hardly found impressive designs and range of apparels. Sorry to say this, but I mean it because the perception towards lifestyle seems to be deteriorated eventually because of lack of collections and designs.

Has been to this center after a long time. Nothing much has changed. Lifestyle stores have always been my fav spot for shopping. I get everything I want as per my choice.
Even though I crossed this place Humpty number of times, I got a chance to purchase today.

Well maintained. Friendly staff to guide. Little bit of costly comparatively but all items available in one store itself. Vegetables and fruits are not fresh.Once we bought ice cream which is completely spoiled from inside.Rest all items are pretty well packed and kept systematically. Also this place provides home delivery in nearby apartments. The staff help the customers by keeping the items purchased in their shop in your vehicle. Very helpful. Prices are little bit high.
Recently about 10days back I visited your store at vega city mall, bannerghatta road. It's not for the first time. Very often I visit lifestyle that particular branch.
This feedback is to bring it to your notice that the guy who is responsible for fossil watches counter, is very arrogant he has never replied with a smile. Also he is an old employee for your store and always will be arrogant while dealing with customers. He should know that he is serving customers and customers should be always attended with a smile on face and that's an etiquette.

They have a good collection and services. But the prices in the store were too high compared to the prices in the online platform. And they do not offer additional discounts. I bought kurtas from there. After coming home when I checked for the same online there was a huge difference in the prices.
Nice variety of clothing collections. They have almost three floors in the phoenix mall and have sections and brands for almost all clients.
We get almost all range of brands like Peter England to Louis Philippe. All collections are decent and well staffed place.
As usual like any other crowded shops we have big queue in billing counter. But billing is fast though.

They have a very good collection of everything. Watches, eyewear, cosmetics, women & men’s accessories, Clothing for all age groups, foot wear… They have lot of stock in it. It covers 3 floors LG, G & 1. You can enter and exit from any floor, there is an escalator facility inside it. On weekends it is filled with lot of people and waiting time increases. If possible weekdays is preferable for shopping in it. The premium collection of watches are amazing and will feel like to buy one. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I have taken 1 wallet they have mentioned 2 wallets,450 rupees they have taken which is robbery, and they are not even communicating. What is this behaviour?

Went to Lifestyle store after a long time. Terribly disappointed with the staff behaviour including floor manager. They're more interested in stacking shelves rather than assist a customer. Gave a feedback to the manager who assured me it would be sorted. Now I have no update and not picking up my call.

It's good store with decent sales guy . I had an exchange which was done without any hassles by them quickly and the sales guy who sold me the dress prior helped me next day to exchange by taking me to right billing counter and making it hassle free . Only thing I didn't like is that the billing counter guy asked me if I had got some message after buying the product via sms to detect the billing details or may be receipt . I had not received any message and even after saying so he asked for my phone to check in messages folder which I didn't like it at all as they are not suppose to ask for our phone and check our personal information in it . At that moment since I wanted to get it done I didn't say anything n gave the phone . The messages has crucial information of bank transactions and yet they ask for our phone to check for a unnecessary bill receipt. They can very well check in their own system via our mobile number yet he asked for my phone which is unacceptable. Our personal information was jeopardize becoz of this behavior of their store billing counter guy . This should be taken action n stopped. Other than that this store is better than pantaloons. As pantaloons billing counter guys will suck blood if u go for exchange or return . Please do not buy from pantaloons the customer service is pathetic which you will know while shopping there.
Very rude staff. We went on a holiday and so much rush was there. Only two trial rooms for ladies and long queue was there on one and my mom waited near the other one after some time one security lady came and she told u can't try long clothes here you have to go to the other trial room. But in front of her another lady was standing with long clothes and while waiting we observed so many people are trying normal clothes only. So they are not asking everyone one to go to the other one. If that the case why they didn't mention fitting room for undergarments only. Otherwise rules should be equal for everyone. When we asked about it the sales girl and security lady were shouting. I told them atleast you allow old people since you were allowing other people too. Very bad experience

A big and specious store for all your fashion needs. They have variety of options for every age groups and all possible types of clothing. Store is well organised and staffs are also helpful. They have two floors with an escalator inside the store which is convenient. Parking is also not a challenge here as it’s inside the Mall. Along with garments they also have dedicated counters for cosmetic products and perfume.

Recently visited twice this place for some purchases. It's very nice place for purchasing and services all categories of the society. The shop is very big in size. The staff is very attentive and linient and of helping nature to every customer. Actually I love this place and do my max purchases from Lifestyle, whether I am in Nagpur or Bengaluru.

Worst shop...sold a damaged toy which was not working after a few hours of buying...
Shop at very good location. Price for fresh veggies is minimum double from nearby local shops. One advantage is there, as the shop is new so for some items good offers are there. But for most of the items price is very high. Staff is good. Also compared to nearest other supermarket royal world it having less variety of products.

Great place to pick up crockery, cutlery, lamps, clocks and other gift items at a very reasonable price. There is always a sale going on and you get fabulous deals. I picked up a dinner set and glassware at 50%. If you are looking for gift ideas, then this is the place to be... you get some good stuff for as low as Rs. 300.
