Excellent coffee and service from this company. We've had a couple of occasions where our office has run out of coffee and they delivered promptly! It's evident that the owner is passionate about the whole coffee experience.

This establishment lacks appreciation for its clients. They are rarely accessible, only when it suits them.
Visited during their preferred time, yet they were unavailable.
Received a message stating on leave.
Waited patiently but had to initiate follow-up and still no service
Avoid investing your time with this company.
Exhibits rudeness and arrogance, their egotism is evident. Their attitude implies, "Your business Do not mean anything to me"

I encountered the same situation with them last year. Eventually, I got mine from Cape Coffee. They were super friendly and efficient

I'm afraid my experience didn't match that of the other reviewers. I went with high expectations after reading these glowing reviews, but left rather disappointed. I certainly didn't get offered any coffee tastings, and when I asked advice about the coffee options, was pointed to a write up of each variant stuck on the wall. Perhaps they were rushed in the lead up to Christmas, but I felt like I had arrived at a different place compared to what others have described. Hopefully the coffee itself is good, but I won't be rushing back for the experience.

I had a dispute regarding how fine a grind was required for Moka pot as I initially received grind that was too fine. Deon called me in to have a an open, pleasant and informative chat over a coffee and we reviewed a range of grinds that would be most suitable

I left with a more than suitable compensation for the inconvenience and will certainly be back for more. 10/10
