Terrible lugar para comprar, acudí por un equipo porque quería que fuera nuevo y cuando voy a la caja a pagarlo la vendedora ya lo tenia todo abierto, según porque le tenia que hacer unas pruebas de calidad, para mi experiencia como cliente era estrenar el equipo, a lo último no supe si me vendían al de exhibición, en ese caso yo quería un equipo cerrado pero la vendedora ya me lo dio todo abierto. Tenia la llave en el escritorio y me dice esta llave es mía, la tuya ya esta en tu caja y para mi sorpresa cuando abrí el equipo en el carro resulta que esa era mi llave pero ya ni me regrese a discutir. Todavía me vendió un chip extra que según para que el equipo tuviera la garantía lo cual es ilógico pues es una tienda autorizada así que ya la garantía la debe de tener. Ni idea que tenían otro Telcel en plaza Río si no ni hubiera llegado a ese lugar. Aparte la vendedora tomaba el equipo con el mínimo cuidado ya sentía que me iba a romper la caja y el equipo ni se diga. NO VALLAN A ESE LUGAR

The reps don't know what they are doing, and can't resolve service issues. Overall Telcel is horrible. Customer service is non existent and the company finds ways to steal from you. I only keep the because their coverage is the best. If you don't leave the city, consider ATT.
