We have the cleanest Metro here. So easy to get around the D.C, Maryland, and Virginia area.

The service rail is good. The problem is some machines to recharge smart trip card don't work well and get off, when that happens you lost the money you already put in it.

The parking area, drop off loops is a congested nightmare during peak hours. You are competing for space with the taxi cabs, drop off population trying to get in and out from the curbside drop off which is minimal and then those that park trying to get out of spaces. WMATA NEEDS TO INVEST IN MAKING THIS BETTER.

Quick and easy access to the station and plenty of parking for short term use. Also a place to get your Zipcar.

It's good that government has extended metro till Glenmont a few years back for tourist like me who can travel and visit museums, monuments and art galleries as people staying here maybe bored of visiting same place again and again.

Well marked signage and well designed traffic patterns, except when drivers stop in the middle of the aisles to wait for people to get in. Also, it's a little hard to make a left out of the lot to head to Georgia northbound at rush hour.

WMATA VA park and rides and much cleaner and better planned than the ones in MD. This station is has piss all over if you take the stairs !
