I want to thank you, guys, for the best birthday my daughter had.The atmosphere in this place is just amazing, so chick and cool, the songs are plenty to choose from as it is all internet connected, quality of sound, rooms - the sophisticated and so cool environments are just WOW!!! The break room has nice vibes a lot of activities for people trying to come and relax after classes

I really like the room and the building ..the sound of the mics was good as was the sound of the room .I would recommend it if you like a nice modern karaoke room...overall there were no major issues.. I would recommend it. They could improve on service, being warmer in terms of service and more enthusiastic to help. The food was hot 🔥 but the wings were boring. Id recommend the dumplings!

Overall not impressed with this place.
They just showed us the room and no explanation given on how to use the system or what the order menu options were.
I had to go look for them to ask. Or else that 15min of us just sitting around would be a waste.
The price for bottle service my God. Is it 4x the price. So. Just be aware that you're paying a lot for bottles and use YouTube to sing...no system. The system they said isn't updated at all with recent songs...so to cast YouTube to sing.

Even after buying all the drinks they didn't think to bring water or coke or cranberry
We had to go after we were so dehydrated to get them to bring cranberry ....no coke we kept asking for coke.
There was like 5 people working that day including the owner it seems. So I really don't know what was going on.

I'm just glad I had good friends with me who were able to turn this trash situation into something better.
Highly don't recommend this place unless you're okay with just paying for next to no service for a YouTube sing along room.
Much better options out there for sure. Will do better research next time to avoid running into these types of places.

Only nice thing about this place is it's pretty. Nicely decorated. That's it.

This is an enjoyable karaoke place with very large rooms and bright atmospheres.
They offer “Happy Hours” at a price of $25 per person, plus a free drink.

Notice: the free drink does not include teas, only soft drinks!
(The employee did not bother telling us that when we ordered).

The happy hour pricing can quickly increase based on a non-soft drink you order or additional food.

Contrary to other negative reviews, I think the food is actually pretty good here. Not to mention, the portion sizes here are fair, and the prices are cheap, even outside of York University. I recommend giving this place a try. The environment is lively and worth a visit for any student attending YorkU.

It’s a cool and spacious place but the drinks are very expensive.

The food is so bad and expensive! Especially considering it’s in a university where students are already spending so much money, the least they can do is make an affordable menu for students. The portions were so small and expensive it’s ridiculous. The vibe of the place is nice to chill out but something should seriously be done about the prices or portions of food served.

Went there on a weekday night. Cleanliness and style of the place were decent but the reception added a mysterious, unexpected 15% service charge without explaining it or telling us when we walked in. When we asked for the price before agreeing for their service, we were only told that they charge $10 per person every hour.

I would be less frustrated if they actually provided service. All the staff did was walk us to the karaoke room and told us time was up during the whole 3 hours we were there. Tricky and unreasonable way of blindsiding customers.

Very cool place. Very accommodating for 10 people. There’s a minimum of $400 so we had to buy a lot of drinks and food which wasn’t a good idea after coming from dinner. the room was spacious. The machine was easy to use. They had a lot of songs but not a lot of the oldies and the classics. service was good. They do have smoking rooms so it did smell very strong.

Although the place looked nice, the food was so mid. I ate the roasted mushroom tacos and it was absolute garbage. It was blue and it tasted disgusting. If you’re vegetarian I would strongly recommend you get something else. Has to be the WORST thing I’ve tasted in a long time. Not sure why it’s even being offered on the menu. Even the tacos my friend got (not sure if it was beef or chicken adobo) but that was trash as well according to him. However, the banana split tasted good. They need to bring back the old breakroom menu because the current one sucks. I think this place is only good for games and hanging out with friends, but for food you should get it from somewhere else on campus.

A nice place to play board games, table hockey and many kinds of other games

The facility is good and clean. The service is slow since there’s two people tending to many rooms. You can bring outside food, but no beverages whatsoever.

We entered with great attitudes towards the karaoke experience. The machine broke down on us, the microphone broke down, then the remote went. We were moved to a different room only to be asked to pay for a full alcohol bottle if we wanted a VIP room.

The other room was worse in seating (downgraded from couch seating to wood) and appearance, but the machine worked. It is not at all user friendly. It takes a very long time to pick a song and the remote is a disaster to use. For all this trouble, they gave us an extra 40 minutes.

I’m not at all impressed by the place. $50/hour was unheard of. Would not recommend for many many reasons.

I’m glad I was with a close group of friends to make the best of it, but this experience ruined my karaoke expectations. There are many others that have better reviews, and this one I can see how the ratings will continue to go lower.
