Went for a good vibz, but the guy and one of the girl serving hookah were rude. Guy telling to sit down like he brought there. Besides, I mistakenly open the back exit. They came angry at me, and it was my first time being there. Will not back, mediocre service.

Best place to chill in Greensboro period. Great cocktails at very reasonable prices. DJ is always on point with unique Afrobeats selections as well as other popular pop, RnB and Hip Hop beats.

If you are looking for a more mature relaxed scotch and whisky with light music kind of outing there is a section for you. This place never disappoints.

Went here for my sisters bday and not only is the service TERRIBLE, but they charged me over $20 for simply entering the facilitY. I DID NOT want to purchase hookah, but they charged the FULL $20 charge for NO hookah! Even the PICTURES cost $5. RIDICULOUS. Service was slow and they didn’t seem to remember who ordered what. All that to say I will not be coming back to this establishment. Interesting to say the least. Felt like I was forcing myself to have fun. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

love this place i went through a 3 month situation ship with a white straight short el salvidorean boy we hit it off for 2 weeks than eventuallt he left me on read he looked super gay so it confused me LOVED HIM but please tell people about do not fall in love here with any man who gives u attention they'll ghost you and have u crying for week thank you for that expirience i didnt recover !

If i could give it 0 stars i would. They promote miss information and racially profile. My friends didn’t have a physical ID and had to pay $20. That it no where in their policy. and Usually if you are 21+ you get in cheaper compared to people under 21. We also had a ticket “ ladies free till 12”. so for them to charge her and not have that in the description is disgusting. She is black and not hispanic so that’s why i felt that she was racially profiled. Along with the flyer stating there were 2 djs. We come to the club and it’s only 1. the third floor was closed, which was the main reason we came. I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

It was nice especially the costumes I loved it tonight. Could of played some soca or Jamaican music but I can't complain too much.

Another shack lounge where it’s not big and everyone is basically looking at each other or on their cell phone and drinking. Might as well do this at home on the porch with neighbors for free lol

I paid 20$ to get in, only to find out you have to PAY for WATER. You already have my 20$ you don’t need 2 more for a damn plastic cup of ice water

I did not try the food, I only ordered drinks. The drinks were OK. Evidently, something was wrong with the power, so they had backup generators running. It was hot in there, and the vibe was just off. We stayed for about 40 minutes before heading elsewhere. This could have been an off night, but my experience was not the best.

I've developed the habit of coming in here after work on Sunday nights the last few months. The flavors on offer mix well, the atmosphere is generally quiet, the staff are courteous, and the pricing is reasonable. A deeply enjoyable way to round out the night.

If a bit more of a party atmosphere is your thing, I'm told they have a DJ in on Friday and Saturdays.

Didn’t like the catcalling the men who were sitting near the front of the place were doing. Don’t know how guys even feel comfortable doing that. Wish security would have checked them. Other than that it was nice.

Female Staff was rude/not caring plus place is small. Would not recommend going there at all.

Love the food truck out back! That was a plus. But it's rarely a crowd here and you have to pay to get it $5-$10, which is not too bad. No people on Fri is interesting. Not a lot of Tequila selections. Music was ok

Culture Lounge!!! Pick your night of the week, they got something for every body. I personally frequent the B-Side Wednesday night live performances from artist all over the state, and with the universities down the street, artist from all over the country.

Hookah isn’t the best. It’s an independent person who requires cash or cash app. Red flag. Plus they don’t hit right. Which equals a scam. Less hit for the buck. The atmosphere is fine. Rooftop club. LFG!

The bartenders have horrible service and are very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this lounge for a night out in Greensboro. I’ve been to brunette.

I go here all the time. The drinks are good, my personal favorite is the coconut rum with pineapple juice. Two drinks in, I’m tearing up the dance floor. The music could be better, but everyone is always dancing and the people seem to be nice. I enjoy it.

Don’t miss this little gem. Service was awesome and not rushed at all (shout out to Miles). Food was fresh and tasty, especially fried chicken. The cocktails were inventive and bright. Bonus: the bourbon selection is unique and affordable.

If you have an event planned keep it to that. The building is too small to have the public come in also. You have about 6 stools at the bar and the lil space you have left is marked reserved for other people. So if you don't get there early you out of luck if u need to sit down or if it's you and 5 other people. Then I ordered 2 long Island fron the bar. Went to get 2 more and they were out but us 5 were the only people in there. Other then that it was nice.

They advertised free hookah from 9-11. The hookah vendor didn’t arrive until after 11. Then couldn’t prepare hookah due to waiting on someone to bring him supplies. As I was leaving at midnight he was getting supplies out a car. The chairs at the bar make you feel like you sliding out the seat. The drinks were great and the bartender was awesome is the reason I’m giving it 2 stars.

Great experience here. Overall vibe is very chill, with a slight bend towards upscale. The drink in my photo is called the Cowabunga, and it was delicious! Hard to describe, but the salt on the outside of the glass gave it a slightly smoky, tangy flavor. Absolutely loved it and the service my friends and I got here. Check it out!

First time at a lounge and the owner made it extremely easy.
The girl who helped set us up was super informative and nice and patient while we picked out our flavor which took a minute since he had so many.
Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to go

Tonight, it's a live band!!! They are incredibly talented and highly energetic!!! It truly is an experience to enjoy them. I gotta return!!!

Most spacious hookah bar I’ve been to. Great hookah selections, great taste and great tea. Opens earlier than all the rest if you’re not a night owl. Convenient area to walk/drive around what I’d call the heart of Greensboro.

Very disappointed with my first impression. We went with our adults son, family members and his friends. We had planned to enjoy the night with our son before he departs to Army training. The was no problem until the turn of my son’s friend who is African American. The bouncer didn’t want him to enter because he didn’t hav a belt. None of the group didn’t had a belt. He was the only African American. We found a belt for him and the bouncer didn’t like it. So as a parent is a concern for me. We explain the bouncer that we were all together and the other didn’t have a belt either, but he still won’t let my son’s friends in. As a group of family and friend we ended up asking for our money back and went to another place to have a good time with our son before he departs for MEPs.

The hosts of the open mic are fun and funny. I love the Cypher. They go in on the beats.

The talent that performs is top notch. I appreciate how much the people put into their craft.

Atmosphere is cool. Security is great, but I was really expecting a reggae and afro beat experience. I did not get that. The lady bar tender is the best.

It's a cute venue but that's about it. No one dances and you can't blame them because the music is really bad; I remember Lizzo, Maroon 5 and I think Meghan Trainor being played. I only stayed for about twenty minutes because it was so bad (went on a saturday night). The drinks are also expensive, 2 shots for $14. I won't be coming back but if you like somewhere to stand around and listen to that type of music it might be a good place for you. This was on 12/3

Culture was so dope, the B-side open mic on Wednesdays was one of the most talented open mics I've been to. Full of great artists and great vibes, would definitely recommend it for artists and fans of loud music alike.

We went to see the PC Band and had a blast! The vibes were great, music was phenomenal, and there was good food available. There was a mixed crowd of all ages. The only downsides were the free seating being limited to about 10 barstools and the bathrooms were a little rough. Overall, we had a great time. Atmosphere couldn’t be beat and they have lots of other events so we’ll definitely be back.

Good food & good service. We enjoyed our time here. It felt a bit cold at first but servers warmed up and were more friendly by the end. Our food was all very good.

Was exploring the city of Greensboro as I was visiting for a few days and saw this place while strolling downtown. Looked it up and saw they had drink specials for that night. With that being said, myself and my girl ordered two shots and 2 of those $4 drinks. Since the place was empty after sitting for an hour we asked for our tab, the check comes out to $56. FIFTY SIX WHOLE DOLLARS!!! Of couse we were taken aback and asked the server how can this be possible that $4 drinks are totalling $56, she states it depends on the alcohol she uses in the drink. Although, I'm not a resident of Greensboro, I know for a fact that two $4 drinks and two shots should not equal close to $60. Unacceptable to say the least and would not recommend UNLESS you ask specifically for pricing of EACH alcohol they have on the shelf.

Went to celebrate a friend's birthday!!! Place was lovely, there was seating available. A live band, great bar, karaoke, open mic, & poetry. Food available through a vendor the whole setting was nice. We even danced as well

My boy Ryan gave us amazing service. First time being in Greensboro and I was skeptical. This is a hidden gem and they know how to make a damn drink. My go to cocktail is a lemon drop with a sugar rim and when he served me my drink the rim had molasses cane sugar which I’ve never had before. I would definitely go again for him. The pork belly was amazing and the cheese board was so tasty

I came to this place on a whim with my Ace and let me tell you it’s so cool, the lights the ambiance the people and talk to Bre she will get you right !!!!!

Honestly the food and drinks were overpriced. My food was ok but wasn’t anything phenomenal. The service was excellent and our waiter gave us a refund after the kitchen messed up my entrée😁So props to him🙌. They ran out of lentils for the curry, and I found out after my food came out. It was pretty cold in there which wasn’t the greatest feeling🙁but I understand some places do that intentionally.
1618 the seafood place is excellent though.

I attended the LGBTQ Sunday brunch on 3/20. The advertisement for the brunch stated: hours 2p-6p, free brunch 2-4, listed $5 drink specials, and said after 4p wing plates would be $10. They offered upgraded experiences for $100 with drink and hookah setups, but we only did the free tickets.

I was excited to go out with my girl and have an inexpensive date during the day. I will say the venue was decent but the event was terribly disorganized. We arrived at 2:00 and they were not open. They did not open until between 2:30 and 2:45 pm because the door girl was late. When we went in, we had to sit at the bar as all the booths were reserved for people who paid for VIP. The stools were uncomfortable and if you have any back issues it's not a good idea to sit there.

I was very disappointed that the food was still not ready for over an hour. We anticipated spending money on drinks but based on the ad our brunch should have been free. We ordered two of the $5 drink specials off of the list but we were charged $8 each. The food was not ready until after 3:30. At this point the venue was getting full, and they announced that the first 15 plates would be free. So my girl and I were too far away from where they were serving the food to have a chance at being in the first 15 free plates (even though we were among the first 15 people there). Then they announced the $5 drink specials for a short window of time.

We were disappointed with the overall experience and decided to just go get something to eat from somewhere else when we left the brunch. We were trying to enjoy the music but the DJ kept switching songs before 2 minutes had played on the song. It's nothing like getting into a groove on one of your favorite songs just to have it switched to something that doesn't even flow along with it. So we ended up leaving at 5:00 and having dinner down the street.

We had a great date with each other, we're able to catch some basketball games while we were in the bar, and even said we may try the brunch another Sunday to see if they have gotten more organized. And this time we will go in knowing that it is not free other than admission. I hope that they update their advertisement to let people know that they will have food available for purchase and random drink specials throughout the event. Overall the Sunday brunch is a good outing when you have the proper expectations.

So my sister and I decided to grab a bite to eat after earlier plans and we came across this magnificent place. It was our first time here and we were glad we chose this restaurant. The atmosphere was a cool chill vibe, a little music and dimmed lights. Such a nice setting, we were greeted by Michael who took care of us the whole night and he provided excellent service. He was very patient with us upon ordering and he guided us through the food and drink menu. For starters we had drinks, I had the Participating Trophy which was sweet and tasted like apple pie with an appletini twist, simply delicious and my sister had a couple of glasses of Processo. We didn't arrive until about 10 pm and they close at 12 am so they have a late night menu. Simple and easy going, we ordered the fried chicken and when Michael described how they are chicken thighs cut off the bone and deep fried in buttermilk, we had to try. It was like no other chicken I've had during late night dining, so crunchy, juicy and tender. Served with a creamy ranch and hot buffalo sauce, it really had a kick to it! I also ordered the fried rice minus the mushrooms which was steaming hot and fresh, the asparagus mixed with sweet chili gave a nice balance to my palate with the crunch and sweetness but not too sweet. It was better than I had imagined. My sister oreded the Totchos which has jalapeño peppers with chicken and I think a smoked cheese, whatever it was it tasted so good! So my menu had a slight error, they just changed out the Fish Sando for the Totchos which is new, glad my sister had the correct menu and Michael quickly fixed it. It was a nice crowd when we got there but not overly crowded. The bartender was lively and the staff was very friendlyI love this place and see it in my future for summer nights!

I LOVE this place. The only thing that is a lil INTERESTING the door man will change up the prices depending on who he sees and depending on the time. We came in 30 mins left of it closing and we were charged $20. Not a problem but I heard him give someone else a list price after us.

I’ll be back! Nice upscale bar with filling small plates. Ordered the steak with mashed potatoes & red cabbage. They added gravy to top it off, which made everything delicious! They have great drinks as well. The 1618 on Friendly is bigger and good for large gatherings. The Midtown was perfect for a nice quick meal for two.

Me & my wife came to Greensboro to see a Wu Tang concert. Unfortunately it got canceled so we just went downtown to check out the scene. We went to one club I won’t mention the name but the music was awful and the crowd was way too young for us. So we went to XO social lounge. There was a line we waited for about 20 minutes. The security was thorough but professional so we felt safe. There was a dress code I almost didn’t get in because I was wearing Timberlands but they made an exception. The cover charge was $20 each. The inside was small but very colorful and nice. They played mostly new music some old songs thrown in which was cool. The drinks were good. A little pricey but that was expected. Everyone was very friendly and dressed nice. It was a very fun, party atmosphere. Wish they played more ol school music and the bar was a lil bigger so we could’ve sat down and tried the food. It was overall a fun night for me & my wife. We’ll definitely go back if we go to Greensboro again 😊

We had a delicious charcuterie board, beet salad, mixed greens, and pork belly appetizer. A couple of yummy drinks to top it all off. Also I always get the best cup of post-meal coffee with dessert (this one was a yummy hazelnut cake) - I’ve never had a better cup anywhere else!
