Horrible bartender. The tap was bad and we asked for another drink and the bartender with the bartender with the dreads was so disrespectful. Even after a sincerely sad thank you she gave me more of an attitude.
Super chill vibe, but the bar tender last night with button down on, I ordered a shot and he asked if I was gonna buy these random girls shots and when I said no I didn’t know then he like totally threw a big fit and refused to take my order. Guy definitely has negative aura from that. Bartender with a beard was super nice tho!! He has infinite aura.
I visited them on Saturday 11/23 and asked about the seasonal “orange crush” drink and three of the bartenders did not know what was in it. I asked multiple times. My cousin has an allergy to mango and all the bartenders were like, “I didn’t make it so I don’t know. My boss made it. You shouldn’t have ordered it then.” Well, that is not helpful and negligent. Avoid at all costs. I told multiple workers and all of them disregarded my worry.
This is definitely not Frank. But Frank was the best. He was very cool. He serviced me so good 10/10. But Lorraine toro was not cool. She was so mean
Stopped in this past weekend to try their relaunched brunch service on its first day - great decision on our part! Sat at the bar outside to enjoy the perfect weather, had wonderful service from our bartender, and indulged ourselves in a brunch of shrimp and grits (get this dish - it's damned near perfect!0 and the deviled egg charcuterie board. The manager stopped by to talk to us and get our impressions - told him that we were glad that we had found them, because we have a new weekend brunch destination! The only knock I have is that the music was a bit much - more full-bore Saturday night than chill Saturday brunch atmosphere. Parking can always be an adventure down here, but be patient, grab a parking spot and give Tryst a try.
This is a lively bar in the Central Avenue strip of bars with indoor seating and TVs, and outdoor seating on some higher stools and standard height chairs on the outdoors bar. Can't go wrong here with their take in nachos with huli huli nachos and chicken wings with 5 sauces served with ranch or blue cheese. Pretty good service today.

Unique bar that offers some great outdoor seating along the busy area of Downtown St. Pete. The well crafted cocktails and bottomless mimosas, paired with the fresh food items they offer, make this place perfect for the dining experience you are looking for. On a lunch date, watching a big game, or celebrating a special occasion, Tryst hits every single aspect. The service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend the fish tacos or chicken kabobs. Whew, the flavor combinations are amazing.
Not sure what I was expecting, but this place was only okay at best. The restaurant tries really hard to be upscale, fitting in with all the other spots in the tourist area, but it served bar food and cocktails that were nothing to write home about. The Parmesan truffle fries were barely warm and overall lacking in flavor (even salt was barely there).

One of my favorite places in St Pete. dim lighting, cozy seating, and genuinely friendly and authentic personalities behind the bar. Sean, Jess and Matty make you feel at home, every time. and Thank you Saba for going above and beyond, cooking up delicious food, even late, even from scratch! I enjoy the live, local, musicians that play here as well.
This place is cool! Overall vibe is awesome, great music and the ambience is cool, 4 stars for service because not all the bartenders are the same, one of them was awesome (wish I knew her name) the other meh, entitled and not really deserving of a tip (sad honestly because her counter part was truly awesome)
Stopped in for the first time Saturday night with my wife. Vibe was fun. Place was clean. Tap beer in cold glasses was great!
Bartender was Casey and she was very friendly.

Cool vibes right in downtown St Pete. Outdoor seating and an outdoor bar. Inside is quite cozy serving up great drinks with an eclectic menu. Service was excellent as was the food. Big selection of draft on tap and they even have Tito’s on tap.
Exelente served. Delicious food and cocktails 🍸 I love this place they have live music always and good vibes.
Saturday afternoon around 3pm, We were just walking by when we decided to stop here and have a drink. Lo and behold, turns out it was happy hour BOGO!
In addition, they also have $1 oysters...yep, that's right $1 oysters!! We had just left an Italian restaurant for a late lunch so we were way too full to eat anymore, but rest assure, we'll be back to try the oysters.

Unacceptable this bar is empty, we (2 couples) ordered a drink but when we were going to order the 2nd round they said we can’t bc the bar is too busy. Literally they said you can’t order we are busy … I am attaching picture as a probe “how busy the bar is” dec 31, 2023 4:10pm
Unbelievable!! We arrived and were immediately ignored. We ordered drinks and food and after 45 minutes, we received half of our order. Bartenders would walk by our empty drinks and do nothing and when we were lucky enough to catch one we were promised our order would be out in a minute and it never came. We waited over an hour and finally left never having received that half an order we waited for. Terrible service, smelly bathrooms. And I should add, we were there early, they weren’t busy. Just preocccupied with whatever interests millennials these days. Don’t go there if you are over 30. You’re invisible.
We live downtown and have been very satisfied with the food, service, and atmosphere. Lexi was our server , friendly and efficient. Comfortable sitting outside with music most nights.

Brought a friend here for food and everything was amazing. From the food, service, friendly staff, and atmosphere. Great spot for a date or to hangout. Also close to the pier. Have to give a shoutout to Jessica the bar manager incredible. She was very friendly, polite, attentive, and all around amazing person.
Our server Sierra was awesome, and the blonde bartender made my wife an excellent white sangria.
The regular salad is a nice mix of lettuce, croutons and veg with a very tangy vinaigrette.
We also ordered an a la carte portion of the mahi-mahi, and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It tasted like wild caught quality 🤷♀️ nice large firm flakes and mild flavor.
The table next to us had tuna tacos that were served on fried wontons and looked absolutely fabulous.

I love this place! They have my favorite bourbon (buffalo trace) happy hour starts at 3PM by one get one. The bartenders are always friendly and beautiful ladies.

Although the place is a lot of fun/ service count as just alright.. felt they needed to hire more for the morning rush. Food unfortunately came out burnt/ many items had to be sent back or changed up.
Kava was good- REAL good. Nothing else was though. Awful service, seems like regulars and staff have their own clique going on. Had to wait a while to be helped. But when I was, I will say- the kava was amazing! That’s about the only redeeming value to this place.
Our waitress rocks Kayla tip her well..drinks atmosphere and music are great. Dirty Martini amazing! Food looks delish however we were here to drink.
Sweet spot.. had a Yerba and my friend had some Kratom. Sat at a high top and chatted for a while. Lively atmosphere conducive to social vibes

We showed up for Drag Bingo, which is once a month on the first Thursday. It was so much fun, and the atmosphere was super comfortable. The host Ariana Sparkle was entertaining and had us laughing the whole time. Great prizes too!
My first time attending a drag bingo, and I felt so at home. This is the most LGBTQIA+ inclusive kava bar I’ve ever been to and I absolutely thoroughly enjoy spending my days here.
Decided to get a quick bite to eat in St Pete and stopped here. I’m a bourbon person and they had a nice selection. Bartenders were friendly and served us quickly. Then we sat down at a table and ordered some food. Food came out fast and Hot. Chicken wings were awesome and my friend had the tuna wonton tacos and he couldn’t stop raving about them. Nice vibes in there. Check them out
Expensive and nothing unique. The plates looked really great, but they were small portions that didn't taste any better than a corporate chain like waffle house or ihop. The really unfortunate part was the service. We were being served by the bar, and the bartender had a very careless attitude like he did not want to be working. We also had missing ingredients from the french toast and were only told after the fact that they were out of certain ingredients. Way too loud for a Sunday at noon too... we understand it's a bar, but you're offering brunch at the time, not a dance club
scrumptious. we got the champ and the buffalo chicken wrap w fries, not my best pictures because we were really hungry and the food smelled amazing. i would definitely get the champ again, i was hesitant about apples and cheese on a chicken sandwich but it was delicious, it really worked. i even spilled some of the sauce on my white blouse and i wasn’t even mad about it, food was that good. great place for food and drinks, nice vibes and service, def recommend :)
“Good vibes only” super chill place. My boyfriend and I enjoy every weekend at the Speakeasy in Central Ave playing some chess and drinking some herbal teas , they kratom is the best in town. Gaby is super friendly and always welcome us with a big smile. You have to try the turmeric latte is out of this world. Definitely a friendly environment.
Great spot!! I celebrated Pride this year during an alcohol-free diet. We were bar hopping on Central and I saw there was a local kava place!
My friend and I walked over and Speakeasy Central Kava Bar had my name written all over it!!! They had so many great canned and bottled options- from Perrier and Vita Coco to Liquid Death and Coconut water and a variety of kombuchas. They also had a snack display with Clif bars, nuts, and other assorted vegan and allergy friendly treats.
I ordered a kava 70-30 to-go (that the other bars were friendly enough to let me bring in) and a Living Vitalitea Paradise Passion kombucha for later- my friend got a Liquid Death water.
Customer service was excellent, no wait, and I loved the decor.

Yoo It’s ya fave foodie! Yesterday I got some food and drinks from thirsty first and they didn’t disappoint! First of all they have a pedialite drink w alcohol 😂 it tasted awesome! and Greg the owner said it was great for the hungover crowd and I believe it! We ordered a whole bunch of stuff as you can see but my fave was the Philly cheese steak! great bread, meat perfectly seasoned, super soft not over cooked I could eat like 1 or 3 😂check out my full video review on Fb and YouTube ! It should be 5 but I'm giving 4 because the kitchen was slow. Food and service was amazing, Rachel was great. The bacon wrapped tater tots are divine.

Visited this place for a Saturday brunch to take advantage of the bottomless mimosas. Impressive! Restaurant was one large room with tons of seating and unique chalk art on the walls. Food was bizarre but inspired. And delicious. Bottomless mimosas were great– you get a bottle of champs and a small carafe of OJ. Bloody Mary was meh. Service was fab. Definitely an awesome spot for brunch.
