Recently went to Cycle Care for a repairment for my bike, unfortunately my bike’s motor ceased. But they gave me a good deal on a bike for a really good price. The new bike works well and I’m lovin it now. Staff is always helpful, knows what they’re doing and gives good prices for various bikes and helmets. Bless.

I am not one to leave reviews of any kind, but after having such a wonderful experience with Paul I have to say that bar none, the customer service that I received was phenomenal!! From my initial visit, to my first service Paul was VERY Accommodating and very personable. He made me feel as though I mattered and wasn't just another number wanting to purchase a motorcycle. He took the time to explain in detail any and all questions that I had without hesitation!! These guys do not need to pop up every time you go to watch youtube as their customer skills are top notch and they do what youtube skits cannot....Personal Interaction!!
Honestly they will "hook you up" if you are in the market for a motorcycle and you will not regret it. Even after purchasing the bike I always feel welcome when I walk through their doors....plus they have an adorable mascot adorable little doggy!!

Would definitely recommend Cycle Care. The guys working at the front desk are very nice and helpful. I got my bike back within a day with everything fixed properly.

MUCH better service than about 5 years ago. Kind, efficient service and I didn't feel mislead or pressured in any way. I sometimes feel like mechanics try to pull the wool over your eyes, but they were great. Will be telling all friends to take their bike there!

Dropped off my bike on a last minute arrangement whilst picking up the bike of a friend who was off island and was advised his bike was in the way.

Work is fine but I was charged a $30 a day storage fee for not picking up my bike as i was unable too. My bike was there purely as trying to help with another bike in the first instance and support the business with my own service.

Will absolutely not be going back to buy another bike or get current bikes serviced.

Was buying my bike and helmet here. Staff was very patient and kind even though I could decide for a long time. Bike works perfectly fine. I really recommend this place to everyone who needs an assistance to choose and compare which bike would be the Best Buy.

We were trying to buy a key from them. These people are saying go on their website and send an email we did that and then their saying they have to serve the emails in order so we have to wait for a call. All other stores are actually open to the public. They even wouldn't let some poor boy pick up his bike said he has to make an appointment and they can't say when but he needs to get to work and they already told him his bike was ready. The customer service is absolute trash.
