Love this place! I randomly showed up one day and expressed interest in sailing. They introduced me to the right people and now I sail every week. Cool people, not stuck up. Fun restaurant and best bar in town.

Attended a fun mixer hosted by SAN PEDRO CHAMBER of Commerce here. CBYC is a very nice location to enjoy lunch or dinner during the week.

Great Club with excellent facilities. If you want a family Yacht Club with an excellent Junior program, that gives back to the community this is your club.

A great place to learn to sail if you are new to the sport. The club has an ASA Sailing School, Community Sailing Memberships are available. Ladies, rest assured you can learn to sail in a relaxed and friendly environment. No yelling! Haha. For experienced racers and cruisers, yes, this is the original LAYC. You most likely have friends here. Come check it out.
LAYC is a fabulous yacht club. More people should check into joining. Especially their Community Sailing Program.

I love this place. The atmosphere is amazing, the winds are great, many many things could happen here. There's a pier out back in the Hurricane Gulch (not really hurricane) and the view from there is great. At the right time of year, it could even serve as a romantic sunset for some time alone with another. Honestly, it's not as if I couldn't go without it, it's just absolutely transformed my life. Me and my friends love sailing here, and it's an amazing place.
