I was involved in a car accident on 28 October 2023. This happened on a bad rainstorm night and we couldn’t see a thing. Came to the hospital we couldn’t sort out my medical aid and it was after Springbok winning.
The team in ER stopped celebrating and came to attend to me, my BP was very high and they sow my neck and head where the main focus. The two nurses attending on me said Don’t worry we got you all the way with smiles( come on We the World Champions).
I owe a big thank you to the hospital at large, team in the surgical ward who took over from the ER. Every nurse , Doctor and cleaners. Each individual showed us nothing but love, care and most of all attention when one just say Aiiina auch. I can say the last time I ever got just top class treatment was at Stellenbosch MediClinic. Thanks for always worshiping and praying before you start the day this got me on my feets faster and reminded me of whose I am.
Thanks for treating everyone as though we where your own family members.

Gate staff/ security members were so friendly.

Once I got to the file station - the man was so rude and mean unprovoked. He was shouting as though we are children who cannot understand basic instructions. So inhumane for an individual that has “dedicated” themselves to working with people and serving their community.

Nurses were lovely and professional.

One bad fruit just spoils the rest of the pack I suppose. Would give 0 stars if that option existed!

I was very disappointed about
the poor patient service my daughter received at this hospital yesterday(11th April 2023) in the female medical ward.The two sister nurses I communicated with were not willing to help me with my daughter and they had attitude towards me and refused to arrange transport to send my daughter to the public treatment centre she was going to.I was told to use taxis and hike to the the center. This is really disgusting!🙄🙄

My grandmother is admitted there she's not allowed to change in her own clothes and the blankets are so dirty what's worse she can't even bath herself and they don't care ,their wards are so hot and still there are no air conditioners

Quick assistant to patients. Nurse are also caring and show love the job. Quick in opening of files and capturing your details on the computer for future use. Good hospital

Does anyone maybe know where i can report a complaint against a nurse working at the hospital?

This has got to be the most low and messed up service I've ever gotten anywhere, it is 10am and there's a long queue and they should've opened at 8am. Staff is sitting down and behaving like they are not at work. What is that? No wonder our country is going down is because of these stupid people who dont want to work!

Very poor service,while waiting to be attended to or having to explain why i am here i would have already died 10 times!! This place should be shut down
