Nurses, front desk , even Doctor , they don’t care . And they don’t check the patients properly. They are getting paid. They are not doing there job. They all can go to hell or quit go home. Very careless and weak healthcare system

Went there 12:30 at night July 18th to emergency. White women with grey white hair VERY , VERY RUDE at emergency inquires kiosk good thing i didnt have this altercation with her on the street. Does not definitely like her employment? DEATH WOULD COMPLIMENT HER.

To be honest I feel like these nurses and staff at this hospital get paid to be rude. My dad had to sleep there over night. I respectfully asked if it's possible for my dad to get a bed to sleep on as he was on a couch.. an older nurse was actually acting like she was 14 years of age. She goes like we don't just give you beds when you ask for it. I'm like so is it possible? She said maybe!!. It really hurts watching our nurses, which our kids should look up to, acting like kids!!.

Overflowing Waiting room to get blood work done, line up is now in corridor only to be told ,they don't have labels.
And we should go sit in an already filed waiting room,she wasn't aware because she is not doing her job to keep the patients inform.
So now sitting outside again, not sure how long we'll be waiting for labels to be printed to get blood work done.

Brampton civic emergency don't deserve 0 rating. It's worst experience with them every time. Government must have a look at this. This is make for emergency help where we have to wait for 6-10 hours longer. Staff and doctors are so rude. If you can't treat well then why you are here. Yesterday night my niece went hospital through ambulance at hospital around 10 pm. She had a worst experience. Ambulance staff left her in between without any help at registration. Registration was asking for walk herself however she can't do it. Then blood work lady was full in aggressive and she did behavior very bad. She hurt her arm and there is big bruise still there. And last but not least. Doctor said why did you ambulance.he was so rude. He did not treat her. Even he did not explain her the problem and not about the medicine he gave to her. No one want to come hospital. If anyone comes there is reason behind it. Shame on whole staff of emergency. If you don't wanna work then leave this job and work at any warehouse that will be better for you.

I wish i can give them 0 rating. Waiting for more than 7 hr and still can’t see doctor. Ask to receptionist she told me “ no ideal how much time will take “ . Not calling any single person from more than 2 hrs. If you don’t have enough staff please hire more staff then loosing patients.
Canada very well developed but forgot to develop their health system plus hospital. Also humanity comes first for you but doesn’t applied on health care system as more of the staff is rude.
