My appointment was at 2:15 I got here at 2:00 and ya 3:25 pm and the dr. Hasn’t see me yet. I have never understand why they give you appointments if they’re going to see you at the time they want

My daughters insurance gave me this clinic the receptionist and nurses they we're very nice it was my 1st time there app at 1:20 the dr she got for the day didnt see my baby girl until 3:20 pm for literally 7 min her name was I.galang she was honestly the worst dr ive ever had my daughter has been very sick for the past week wheezing and cough and fevers shes 1 and 3 months my daughter is sweet and is very nice to people but not her my daughter didn't even look at her i thought it was strange since she usually says hii or smiles at people who come around her she told me what was wrong i informed her and she honestly was ignoring me she checked my daughter's breathing that to me sounded like wheezing and she didnt make any conment besides to take her shirt off i took half since my baby is sick and she had more than enough space to hear her heart and breathing my daughter had very little congestion which i told her and she went to see my girl check her ears and my daughter was not having it she has a ear infection and she procceded to check her throat this lady was trying to force my daughters mouth to open telling me to hold her down and her head my daughter did not want to she was shoving the apparatus of wood they use to check her throat the dr broke it on her teeth for trying to make my baby open her mouth then proceeded with another one my baby was biting it cause she hurt her was hurting her i know its a drs job to check but not forcefully shes 1 and im 21 a lot of people look at me and my bf weird because we look young and treat us differently she called in a nurse to help her and me cause i wasnt really cooperating neither was that dad he was very upset i told the nurse that i was telling the dr to be gentle or she wont cooperate and she was gripping my daughter hard and the dr was not listening to what i was telling her she has no patience with kids i told her to leave my baby alone not to try anymore and the nurse also told her to back off because she kept insiting to see her throat i said i would do a complaint because no one deserves that im a first time mom im learning as i go and with our babies we just want to make sure our babies get well i hope this helps because it wasnt fun it broke my heart to see her hurt my girl i wont ever be coming here and i hope this helps somehow she prescribed tylenol which i have and drops for her nose nothing for her ear infection or cough this experience was so bad and ive had one at altamed the same similar situation and both drs were asian or chinese not sure
