Excellent Service by Mandeep Kaur

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Mandeep Kaur at 100 Edgeware Road Brampton,ON , and I must say, her professionalism and dedication were truly impressive. As a security guard, Mandeep went above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone in the vicinity. She was not only vigilant and attentive to her duties but also very courteous and approachable. Her commitment to maintaining a secure environment was evident, and she handled every situation with poise and efficiency. I felt reassured knowing that Mandeep was on duty.

What does one have to do to talk to a live person? Over 6 weeks ago I emailed Securitas. It took over a month for a reply. It stated that it could be another 15 days. I log into the app they have and no where is there somewhere you can cancel services. Today I've tried 6 different phone numbers. One went through to a live person. Said live person was having a conversation with other people. But not with me. She was switching between English and French. If I could leave a negative number review I would. Avoid company at all costs!

They schedule their job interviews on Sundays? Seriously?

Not only did the hiring guy miss the job interview and postpone it at the last minute, but he re-scheduled the interview on a Stat holiday (Family Day). Ridiculous.

While waiting in line today at Bolton RBC I was disappointed to see one of their security guards sitting down on his phone. This totally goes against the purpose of their job.

I first met the amazing security guard at the Chrysler distribution center at 6500 mississauga Rd, location.

Let me disclose their reality first of all their service is good , but they appoint guards who hasn't work a single time in security field as well as uneducated and no experience guards are there in the company which I have observed very deeply in that. All have fake experiences and fake resume and doesn't even know a single thing of acts and rules of security guard.

Yesterday, i went there about job. I went by taking 3 different subway just because of interest in a security job. However, dear receptionist sent me back less than in a minute even she didn't take my resume. She Vanish my hopes in seconds. Had better she welcome us....

This company is a essence of unprofessionalism and rudeness. The staff exhibited a shocking lack of courtesy and professionalism, making the entire visit an unpleasant ordeal. Their behavior not only failed to inspire confidence but also left me deeply disappointed. The company's standards for customer service and professionalism are extremely worst.
