I am very disappointed as I did my root canal within a year span and it’s already broken by just chewing a gum, felt my tooth fell out inside of it, something i rarely do. I don’t think my root canal should just fall out by just chewing a gum unbelievable.

Dr. Amir Kadivar and his team are great! My son recently had his wisdom teeth removed, and the whole experience was excellent. Dr. Kadivar was professional, knowledgeable, and provided thorough post-surgery instructions. My son experienced very little pain after the procedure, and in the follow-up call the next day he showed genuine care. Also, the team was always helpful and understanding. Starting from reception , office manager Lilly Abbas’s to dental hygienist & dr shivji what a delightful & comforting experience. I too have booked my appointments. The entire staff is so helpful in every way , polite & very polite . I highly recommend Asante DentalCentre .

This would not be my first recommendation for dental clinics in the area. I would however, like to say that the reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I would give them 5 stars alone if I could. My hygienist did a decent job, yet I would not say the most thorough cleaning. My main issue, however, was with the female dentist who treated me. After glancing at my charts, and a less than 30 sec ‘check up’ in my mouth she informed me I had two cavities, one of which was a filling that needed to be replaced. Very blunt. Little to no elaboration. She then wanted to talk about ‘aligning’ my bottom teeth - I’m 43 years old and my smile is fine!! This felt like a cash grab so I had my charts transferred to a different clinic in the area… and low and behold… as suspected… I have no need for a filling and my previous one has no issues that would warrant it being replaced. Proceed with caution should you choose this clinic, but do say hello to their lovely front of house staff!

I just have to state that I hate visiting the dentist. There is just something about that drill, it feels like it vibrates right into my soul. When I had to go for a root canal recently, I prepared myself for an ordeal. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly. The treatment was professional and the discomfort minimized. The bill was also a little bit smaller than what was quoted. It's the day after now, and all pain and discomfort is gone.

After three years away, I am delighted to be reunited with my favourite dentist, Dr. Yueng, and favourite technician, Shima. They provide professional yet friendly and helpful care superior to other dental office staff I've encountered in the last few years. Best yet, the front office staff is efficient, competent and amiable. Not only is Royal Square Dental the only office out of a half dozen I contacted that could give me a cost estimate of my visit for the new Canada Dental Plan but the final cost came in under the estimate. A wonderful dental office with lovely personnel who know their stuff.

As someone who hasn’t seen a dentist in years due to dental anxiety, I can confidently say I had a great experience here. All the staff is wonderful. The hygienist Angie, was very thorough in her assessment and cleaning. She was understanding and helped me feel comfortable and was happy to answer questions. Bad experience at a bad dentist. Just plain crooks charging the highest price allowed and awful office staff. Just read all the other 1 star reviews. Fully expecting to get a defensive end unprofessional reply telling me how glad they are I found a dentist office better suited to me. Good job chasing all your patients away to the 10 other dentist offices in the city. One day you'll realize you have zero patients and I'll laugh when I see the place close. This place needs some humility.

I am hesitant to try new dentist and my original dentist appointment was way too backed up and I cannot have my teeth cleaning done at least 2 month wait list so I decided to take a risk and try Columbia square dental.
The receptionist was friendly. Immediately addressed me immediately.
Lauren was my Hygienist and she was gentle, Took her time to examine and clean my teeth 🦷 in detail. Very satisfied. I may begin my dental cleaning checkup in Columbia Square from now on. Will definitely return.

Moved to New West recently and need to find a new dentist, chose this clinic due to the review and I’m glad I did. Delia did a great job cleaning my teeth and she’s super nice and knowledgeable. Dr Lee is very nice and personable. Front desk staff are super nice and knew what they were doing, esp about the claim process. Every step has been taken care of very nicely.

Monica is very gentle when cleaning my teeth. I didn’t feel anything sensitive at all. Dr Kim is professional in explaining my teeth problem and giving recommendations. All the staff including the receptionists are very nice.

The actual Dental staff here are wonderful, but I am begging the office AGAIN to remove me from the call/text list. I haven’t been a patient here in a few years and I have repeatedly asked that you stop calling and texting me which has not been honoured, so now I’m forced to make the request again publicly: PLEASE REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR LIST. Had to unexpectedly have my front crowns replaced after a handful of years, causing me huge stress due to the cost and potential pain factor. The receptionist, Rae, worked hard to coordinate my coverage and Dr. Lee worked hard to ensure full coverage, both giving me great peace of mind. Despite sitting in the chair for over 2+ hours my old crowns were successfully removed smoothly and the whole thing was pain-free. Dr. Lee was patient and explained every step of the way. He recommended a slightly different shape and length for my new crowns and I'm so glad he did. I now have more confidence with my smile and they fit perfectly. My new night guard was fitted quickly and is far more comfortable than my previous ones. The team at this office seem to genuinely care and all cheered me on during the procedure and offered hugely encouraging words once over. If you are looking for a top quality dentist, with a top team, look no further.

Very friendly staffs i really enjoyed my first visit. The reception ladies were great and come across as very welcoming. Dr. Lee and staff were easy going. Ironically i did not feel tense as i have been in the past.

The doctors here are all amazing! The clinic is also brand new with great facilities and atmosphere. All of my appointments so far have been taken exactly on time if not early, so they don’t overbook like many other dental and medical offices!

Our family is going to Newest Smile Dental about 4 years now. Great experience so far. Our family had a bunch of dental procedures performed here (cleanings, fillings, tooth removals, all 4 wisdom teeth removal with sedation, implants, night guard, kids first appointments (cleaning, fillings) - everything was done highly professionally. The staff here are very kind and absolutely amazing! They helped with my kids when my sitter cancelled last minute allowing me to still have my cleaning done. They made my 4 year old sons first dentist visit a great experience. They explained everything in a way he understood it all and cheered him on when it got a little scary, it went so well they were able to fix his chipped tooth without tears or fears of the dentist.
I would highly recommend them to any one but especially for any parent looking for a dentist for their children.
