This school is outstanding in terms of size, level and commitment! My daughters have been studying here for two years right after we moved in New York from Tokyo. All teachers are skillful and passionate for ballet. The performance was brilliant. I just thank all the art work!

The Rye Ballet has so much character and charm. From their recently added dance studio in the chapel with gorgeous stain glass windows to the teachers, the energy and love for dance is contagious. The second you walk into the chapel studio or talk with any of the teachers and you'll find it hard not to fall in love with ballet. I spent some of the best times of my life dancing at Rye Ballet Conservatory (RBC) - from elementary school through high school. It's one thing to teach undeniably solid technique (once described as "killer training" by faculty member Christopher Anderson at BBS when I decided to start taking class again as an adult), and it's another to develop dancers who truly dance. RBC does both.

The Rye Ballet Conservatory is an incredible dance school! My daughter has danced there for seven years and my son for five years. The instructors are nurturing, supportive, and dedicated to excellence. And their facility is gorgeous!

I danced for over 14 years growing up, and RBC has always felt like my second home! I'm so grateful for the quality of the instruction and dedicated faculty that keep this dance company top-notch year after year. I've made many lifelong friends in my fellow dancers thanks to RBC, and have kept in touch with all of my instructors, who will always be great mentors inside and outside of the studio. I still visit and take classes from time to time, and always return for the year-end recital. RBC is truly a special place, with wonderful people. I am proud to be an alumna!

My daughter has been studying ballet at The Ballet Class in Rye for six years. I looked around at other programs in Westchester and am confident that the level of teaching and encouraging atmosphere this studio delivers is in a class of its own. I studied ballet for many years growing up and understand the importance of proper technique. The teachers at The Ballet Class are particularly good at helping students not only execute beautiful technique, but really understand their bodies in ways that are critical to lifelong health. This is a wonderful, welcoming place to study ballet for children and adults from beginner to very advanced levels. Many "homegrown" students have gone on to college dance programs or to pursue careers as professional dancers. My daughter looks forward to every class and especially enjoys the end of the year recital. It is a thrill for the students to learn choreography and perform on stage with gorgeous costumes and sets. No need to travel all the way into the city for world class ballet instruction. It's all right here in Rye at The Ballet Class. And for adults, come and try the adult classes. It is a really eclectic group with varied backgrounds and a very lighthearted atmosphere. I leave class with a great workout and a smile. Such a joy!

My daughter Lilli has been taking ballet at The Ballet Class going on five years. She has loved every minute of it. The teachers are top-notch and are very encouraging. They make every child feel special. At the end of the year recital, you will be amazed at how your child has progressed.
