Jordan was very attentive and answered every question we had. It was nice to feel no pressure in buying, and he didn’t try to push more expensive mattresses. We got what we wanted and even upgraded the adjustable frame. No pressure buying from Jordan was the reason I did not go anywhere else.

My experience with Laura at the Springboro Pk location was just wonderful! I visited on Black Friday of all shopping days… She greeted me with a warm smile and Pleasant personality… I informed her of what I was interested in and she immediately took me to the area that accommodated my interests…. After trying several mattresses I felt I was a Goldie Locks looking for the right bed to sleep on 😂 after coming to a conclusion that best fit my needs Laura answered every question I could think of….

We had a great experience buying two mattresses from Mattress Firm. We came in needing mattresses for two teenagers. For one, we wanted to get something comparable to an older mattress we already had. Before we came into the store, Jordan took the time on the phone to figure out which product line replaced what we already had and what the cost would be. When that turned out to be out of our price range, he was able to suggest a more budget-friendly version that still had the features we most wanted. For the second mattress, our child objected to the sound of mattress springs, but we thought that was unavoidable. Jordan let us know that they had multiple options for spring-free mattresses, so everyone came happy. The wait for delivery was only a few days, and the Black Friday prices made possible a purchase that would've been out of our reach otherwise. We definitely recommend Mattress Firm for their service, variety, and pricing!

The Mattress Firm has earned my life long business. Purchased a mattress 5 years ago and had issues with the mattress dipping in 2 areas. I went thru the warranty process and to my pleasant surprise to days later The Mattress Firm approved my inquiry and gave me an in-store credit for the full amount of my original purchase. When I went back into the store to pick out a replacement, Jordan the store associate was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. In addition, he did not try to upsell us as I assume since it was a warranty replacement he may not have been making a commission on our transaction. I just want to relay that The Mattress Firm does stand behind their warranties. I especially want to thank Jordan at the Miamisburg, Ohio location.

Great experience. Laura and all the staff were friendly and there were no "pressure sales." They listened to my needs, were very knowledgeable, and help find the right mattress for me. Will shop here again in the future.

The sales guy was fantastic (I don't remember his name) but he wasn't pushy, he knew his stuff, and we left extremely happy with our purchase. Mattress, adjustable frame, fabric headboard, pillows...Highly recommend.
