I attempted to shop at LG Plumbing Supply last week, however I was totally put off by my experience in the store. When I walked in, both sales guys were helping other customers. I was totally ignored and not even acknowledged. After 10 min of waiting and looking around the store (close to where the sales guys were helping others so they did not miss at least seeing me), another older couple came in for help as well. When the sales person was free a few minutes later, instead of helping me, he beelined it over to the couple to assist them instead. I'm not sure if I was blown off because I was younger? By then I was over it and didn't want to give them my business. LG Plumbing Supply, your customer service skills are sorely lacking. What a disappointment. :(

We drove up from Gilroy to get all new plumbing fixtures for our new kitchen and bath. We pulled in the lot with two cars in it. no in the store. Doors locked and the sign on the door stated to call to enter or to make an appointment. So we called the young lady answered and stated that you need an appointment. Well that is not what I was told when I called for hours. She said let me ask if one of the sales people could help you after a brief hold she came back on and they were too busy and there was no one in their store obviously they don't need the money nor do they need the business do not go here don't waste your time.

If you’re in a rush to get some thing I wouldn’t go here. I ordered five cabinet handles on December 16. I called January 13 to see if the cabinet handles had arrived. My worker went in and try to see if the cabinet handles arrived, but we were told no and they will let us know when they are in… Come January 17 a month later after I was promised around two weeks I got a call to pick up my cabinet handles. Not only was the fellow working in the shop very rude, but I saw the ship date from the company was December 29, so I decided to track the tracking number on the box, come to find this package actually arrived on January 6 and despite me calling a week after was told they still weren’t available. I explained when I ordered these that I needed them as soon as possible so it’s ridiculous that my order sat for 11 days in their shop.

Update: after posting this received a call from “Alex” and just FYI “making it up to me” isn’t explaining to me how I was wrong and also lying about the tracking. I posted a picture showing when this was delivered and you will never be able to convince me when you are standing at the computer you are too busy to tell the girl that works directly behind you someone is at the door.

We needed some new sinks and faucets for a bathroom remodel and were extremely happy with the level of service. We went in and didn't know we needed an appointment (they have been really COVID conscious which I appreciate). Since they were waiting for their next appointment, they took us in for 30 min and Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick exactly what we wanted. He never tried upselling us, just worked to find something we liked. Delivery got here earlier than anticipated. Fast forward, we are now getting it installed and our contractor had some questions for the install. Alex helped him out to make sure it was installed correctly. We also got a broken drain (this happens) and Alex quickly reordered another one. Amazing follow up and quality service!

David and his team were extremely helpful in planning and supplying our bathroom in our Breckenridge home. Everything was delivered on-time and very high quality. Thanks Los Gatos Plumbing Supply!

Very knowledgeable folks at the store. They carry many high end brands. You get direct personal service. Very attentive. Good to have local business where we can see what we are installing to be stuck with for a decade of use.

We should support such local businesses who understand their niche as the best customer service with good wide choice of brands.

I just completed a purchase of a Kohler bathroom sink and California Faucet bathroom fixtures. I worked with Alex and can recommend him without reservation. He was knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. He kept me up to date regarding delivery. The order was completed two days before the estimate. I live on the Santa Cruz side of the hill and would recommend that any one living on this side take the short drive to Los Gatos. You won't be sorry.
