I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding service I received from Veronica at the Carlingwood location.

I had visited the location for a warranty check and cleaning on my ring. As it was purchased 24 years ago, I have to bring my original receipts and PAPER inspection record.

Veronica just made my life easier as she took the time to track down account information from 24 years ago (pre-computer system info) so that she could create an account for me for easy warranty management. Thanks to her initiative, I no long will have to drag around my 24 year old recipes!

Lovely experience. I needed an upgrade on my wedding ring. I bought the one I wanted and a week later they had a big sale and I was able to bring it back and get a price adjustment. Avid was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

I went to the carlingwood peoples. And I’ve been to other locations. I’ve never had the service like I did with Avid!! She was phenomenal and super helpful. I will not go to anyone else anymore!! Highly recommend!! Thank you so much for taking the time with me to find the perfect ring!!

I went to People's Jewelers many years ago. The reviews currently look like much better than the experience I had. I brought in a beautiful ring to resize to smaller size. What was returned to me was misaligned ring, and some of the emeralds missing. When I told the customer service that the emeralds are missing, they had to verify that I wasn't lying by looking at the photos that they took of my ring before modification. They then sent my ring to be repaired with emeralds in it. But they gave me fake emeralds instead of the real emeralds that were originally in my ring. It was a beautiful ring, and this experience was really upsetting for me. I have not shopped at People's for this reason.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience today.
I wanted to get my ring inspected today at 5:38pm. I was immediately greeted “hello, how can I help you?” Which was nice. However, after I mentioned what I was there for, I was informed that they close at 7, “wait no sorry 6pm, I’m doing something else right now” the employee seemed very distracted.

I asked what time should I have been here by in order to be serviced, given that they close at 6pm and I was there 20+ minutes before they closed. She gave me a few runaround answers that did not answer my question, and I had to ask a few more times before I got this answer: “we stop serving at 5:30pm because we close at 6.”

This location should either have updated hours on Google, or they should close their gates and inform customers upon greeting that they are no longer serving customers if anyone comes after 5:30.

I wanted to get my wife a ring for our anniversary so we looked around with little success. We were in Carlingwood for other reasons but looked in at Peoples. She found the perfect ring and it was on sale. Avid and Jenny were extremely helpful and friendly and made sure that we got the ring sized well within the time we requested. Great service.
