I was greeted today at the entrance of your Manchester store by Hiba and asked if there was anything she could help me with, I told her I was looking for a Rolex 116618LB, upon which I was taken to a viewing desk, sat down and shown a large quantity of secondhand Rolex on an iPad from your website. I was offered a drink which I accepted during which time we discussed my dream watch and Hiba pointed out that she had a similar model in the window but steel and gold not all gold and would I like to try it on. Which I agreed to, following the understandable I’d security checks I was able to try on this similar watch.
I hasten to add from our first contact I made it clear to Hiba that I wouldn’t be purchasing a watch today, this made no difference to the help and welcome I received nothing was too much trouble, Chisholm Hunter are lucky to have Hiba as an employee. David Perry

Her expertise and knowledge really shined through and she was incredibly patient, showing me all the options and providing me with the opportunity to curate my own design with no hesitations or judgement.
