Abbiamo soggiornato in questo stupendo appartamento, ottima posizione , pulito ordinato e arredato con tanto gusto , proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo

Nos alojamos hace una semana. El apartamento está muy bien situado, es cómodo, está todo cerca, pero es una calle tranquila. También tiene autochecking, que es muy cómodo, porque metes un código y ya está.

Our Venetian experience could not have been more perfect and that was further attributed to our amazing hosts and accommodations. From start to finish our journey was flawless. Our home was in the perfect location especially for us visiting with luggage. When you get here you’ll understand. This home is super clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Our host is available for any questions and is super responsive. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is amazing Again I cannot stress how great the location is. We don’t have to live on the Rialto bridge to experience it and this spot allowed us the opportunity to experience everything with the most convenience and ease. Grazie mille.

We had a fabulous 2 nights stay in this amazing apartment. It looks just like the pictures and actually even better in person! The space is spacious for 2 persons, has well-equipped kitchen, fantastic shower, and comfortable king sized bed.

The other highlight of the apartment is that the door has 5 bolts. It is so secure that even I had a hard time opening the door 😅

The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the train station so you don't have to pull your luggage all over Venice to get to your accommodation.

If you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, this is it. There is no canal view but there is a canal outside the building 😁

Stupendo appartamento con tutto il necessario . Più volte sono andato a venezia e da qando ho scoperto questo appartamento ho sempre prenotato li! A pochi metri da Rialto puro centro venezia .

Abbiamo alloggiato in due appartamenti vicini. Impeccabile pulizia ed ordine.arredati con gusto e soprattutto ottima posizione per chi vuole vivere e scoprire Venezia per qualche giorno. Consiglio vivamente!

L'emplacement est très bien, c'est calme et proche du pont Rialto. L'appartement en lui même est propre mais il y avait quelques moustiques écrasé sur les murs et portes. J'enlève 3 étoiles pour le propriétaire qui est assez spécial. Je lui demande comment on accède à l'appartement il me répond vous pouvez chercher sur internet Ok mais au moins préciser le bateau bus à prendre ou s'arrêter c'est la première fois que nous venions à Venise bref après plusieurs messages il m'a dit comment on y accède. Ensuite j'ai loué l'appartement sur booking il m'a demandé une taxe de séjour en plus alors que normalement c'est compris dans le prix j'ai comme même envoyé sa taxe en plus du montant, je tiens à préciser qu'on a pas vue le propriétaire tout c'est fait par message. Il insiste en disant qu'il m'a dit par message qu'il fallait déposer la taxe sur la table en me disant que j'ai des problèmes de mémoires. Je lui ai dit que j'avais tous les messages et qu'il ne me l'avait pas précisé ensuite il retourne sa veste me disant ah oui c'est possible que j'ai oublié. Oui c'est possible un oubli mais on ne parle pas de cette manière me disant que j'ai des soucis de mémoire. Ensuite il ose me demander si c'est moi sur ma photo de profil de whatsapp j'ai même pas répondu une fois que j'ai envoyé sa taxe je l'ai bloqué il m'a renvoyé un message d'un numéro différent enfin bref il a fini par arrêter mais il est vraiment spécial. Il devrait travailler sur son comportement.

Tolle Wohnung, leicht zu finden, geräumig, sauber u. modern in einem ehemaligen Fabriksgebäude, trotz Nähe zum Bahnhof sehr ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenstern, perfekt eingerichtet, es funktioniert alles inkl. Mini-Stereoanlage, Betreuung vor Ort durch Gabriella pünktlich, unkompliziert und sehr nett - alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfekte Lage um Venedig zu erkunden. Zwar etwas nah am Bahnhof jedoch bei geschlossenen Fenstern stellen die einfahrenden Züge kein Problem dar.
Freundliche Dame bei der Schlüsselübergabe und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem wunderschön eingerichtet Apartment

Servizio eccellente, località unica. L’atmosfera che si crea in quest’isola è veramente speciale e Casa Marisa ci ha offerto la possibilità di vivere una bellissima vacanza. L’ambiente è confortevole, la casa è situata in una zona comoda alla fermata del traghetto e al supermercato. Pulizia e qualità impeccabili.
