Queen Anne Healthcare has a very good professional and well skilled staff who are very committed to every patient living in their premises. Patients and residents are well fed and always good looking. They welcome visitors very well and give assistance if needed. I recommend you Queen Anne Healthcare in Seattle because they are indeed professionals. My mom is leaving there after her stroke since February 2023 and yet she feels at home. God bless you!

My grandad spent less than 48 hours at this location. He's almost 90 years old, battling dementia, and shockingly, he managed to slip away from the site without a single soul noticing. He had been transferred there from the hospital, and it's utterly enraging to think that this company accepted him, knowing full well they didn't have the proper security measures in place. They were fully aware that he was a flight risk. Not one person bothered to call his family, and the staff displayed a stunning level of nonchalance and carelessness throughout. The Director, despite numerous calls, never once reached out to us, and the excuse was that she was too "busy." This behavior is not just unacceptable; it's downright outrageous and heartbreaking. The complete lack of empathy and responsibility on the part of this company is beyond infuriating. They need to be shut down immediately.

My aunt was here for a broken hip and thee nurses would bring her cold food also when she pushed the call button no one would come for a hr! This is unbelievable and very unprofessional and neglect to a patient I am a CMA and this was beyond if I could give 0 star I would. What if a patient was too be having a medical emergency they wouldn't even know because they took a hr to attend my aunt... they also said that she was pushing the button to much that is NOT to be Said at all that is your JOB! I am very happy she is no longer there .

I found only 2 reviews that were from actual patients and/or their families, which is obviously fake and created by the employees of this facility. All of the other reviews are from employees that work there. My best friend was placed here after a major stroke just last week. So, far this place has been nothing but problems. The people that work here are disrespectful and totally inconsiderate. They speak to each other is some other language in front of their clients and visitors constantly. I believe that to be so incredibly rude. and now, last night when I stopped to see her, I was told by one of the orderlies that my friend "fell out of her wheelchair" and that is why she is covered in bruises. How does one "fall out of their wheelchair" in the first place? and isn't the insurance company paying these people to be my friends "care-givers?" NO care is involved with any of that! How is it that she was left alone and in a wheelchair by herself long enough for her to fall out of a sitting position unsupervised? How is any of that even possible? and how does one get all these bruises "falling" from a sitting position to the floor? That wouldn't be a very far drop at all!
When I asked questions to the staff here, I was disregarded and no one would give me any answers. Wow! Disgusting that people are allowed to treat others this way, especially when they are being paid good money to be "care-giving!"

My 96 year old grandmother stayed here for 5 weeks following a broken hip last year. The nursing staff are amazing, she was very well taken care of and we were able to visit her often. She got 3 hot meals every day and was pretty happy with them. She had PT and OT multiple times per week - both services were great and so effective that she was back on her feet (with a walker) and back home very quickly! Social services and therapy did a great job coordinating her discharge home and making sure that all pharmacy, equipment, and home health needs would be met from the second she went home. I am very grateful to the whole staff for taking such good care of her and helping her recover so quickly. Nobody ever wants to have to stay in a nursing facility, but if you do, this is a great choice.

Amazing place to work where the focus of staff is teamwork to provide the safest and best care for patients. Co-workers feel like a family. The company is always doing something to show appreciation for employees. Queen Anne is always encouraging and supporting staff to continue education and rooting you on along the way.

I am proud to be part of the Queen Anne family. My sister's first job was at Queen Anne and had retired from Queen Anne. I followed suit, started at QA and will retire here. I enjoy my work, started as a receptionist and step up to the business office. Along the way, I have accumulated friends and lots memories. I have a very small family, my sister, my daughter and myself that is why Queen Anne is my family. I know they will always stand by me.

Queen Anne Healthcare is a great place to work! Their patient ratio to staff is GREAT! If you are looking to further your education...THEY ARE VERY SUPPORTIVE AND ENCOURAGING for you to do so. I have never worked at a place where your patients and staff become a big family! THIS AVAMERE LOCATION IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE AND NOT FORCED TO BE!!!
