Center is child and parent oriented. Our kid loves their teachers and has developed lots of learning and life skills.

Our daughter attended Triangle Tots in the Precious Moments Room (infant room) from 3 months old until her first birthday. The teachers were absolutely wonderful. Our daughter really thrived there and it was solely thanks to the care and effort of her teachers. I was really impressed by their ability to come up with creative ways to engage and entertain the babies, regardless of development stage. They were great with communication, sharing photos and videos throughout the day and being responsive to questions we had. I am just very thankful that my daughter had teachers who really cared about her development and happiness.
Our sons have thrived during their time at Triangle Tots! Our oldest just graduated, and thanks to the love and care that the staff poured into him since he started at 12 weeks old in 2019, he has grown to be a loving and academically curious child. TT offered the perfect balance of the Bright Horizons curriculum with playtime and creative arts. He was read to every single day, until he was the one doing the reading! The teachers and staff were all invested in his progress, and it was such a joy to watch his growth, especially with reading, writing, drawing and simple sciences. He would come home with new facts every day, and it would make our hearts melt to get such enthusiastic reports. We loved getting updates, photos and videos via the app while at work, too. Beyond academics, the teachers and staff were tremendous helps with potty training and getting him to explore new healthy foods - both of which went smoothly for us thanks to them. Being a toddler during Covid was confusing and challenging, but the staff ensured he had a safe place where he could continue to thrive. As two working parents, it was a big help to have him at the same location as his younger brother, who also started in the infant room. We really value the boys being in a guarded, secure building with private outdoor play space and dedicated pick-up/drop-off parking for drivers. It's also directly above the Federal Triangle stop, and couldn't have been easier on the days we Metroed. And while big brother has moved on, we love that we're still part of the community with our younger son. We look forward to the amazing artwork sent home each day and learning what they've explored. We can't wait to watch #2 blossom at TT next!
Wonderful staff.

Not a place you want to work, I worked there about 10 years ago. Definitely no diversity. If you were Hispanic they will discriminate. Everything, poor management. No professionalism, a manager is not a dictatorship. As a parent of two mixes kids I would never have my girls here. Paying all the much for a uptight place. Some of the parent were nice, some were very untitled, treated the teachers like less. I hope they revamped lt children are our future they should never be thought in a environment like these.
We love the staff at L street. They made us feel so welcome and our son has so much fun there. We also love getting updates on how his day is going given he’s just 18 months and doesn’t say much :). We appreciate how accessible the staff is and always feel we can be open with them about any concerns with our son. They also have a great outdoor space. Would definitely recommend.
Our three year old started pre-school here about a month ago and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. She was previously in another Bright Horizons inside of a federal building that closed due to the pandemic that has yet to re-open. After nearly a year at home, we were nervous about how our little one would take to a new center, new teachers, routine, etc. We were also nervous about exposure and safety.

To our surprise, our daughter transitioned seamlessly and literally vibrates with excitement when we drop her off every morning. She’s just as happy and excited every day when we pick her up and talks non-stop all the way home about what she learned during the day, how much fun she had, etc. Her new thing is having us pretend that we’re her teachers when we’re at home and “playing school.” Or she’ll be the teacher and teach us things. We thought the excitement might wear off but we’re a month in, and it’s still going strong. It’s clear the teachers and staff here really care about the kids. They take the time to talk to us every day and genuinely seem like they enjoy what they do. So far, we’ve been really impressed with how seriously they are about mask wearing and limiting exposure as much as possible too.

I wouldn’t say I’m a high maintenance parent, but I probably worry a lot more than I should. When our daughter is here though, I feel beyond comfortable which you really can’t put a price on. We’re so grateful to have found this center and appreciate all of the dedicated teachers and staff who go out of their way to provide such a positive, enriching, and safe environment for our daughter - especially in these crazy times.

Our family has been at Triangle Tots since our oldest started in the infant room four years ago. Triangle Tots checks all the boxes in terms of social-emotional development, academic development in the older classrooms, safety, healthy food options etc. More important to us is the amount of love and dedication the teachers show the kids. On our first day in the infant room four years ago, an older baby was just starting to crawl and every teacher in the room was cheering him on like he was their own. That first day experience was definitely representative of the atmosphere at Triangle Tots. The center director is responsive to the needs of individual families and she makes a big effort to invest in the professional development of her staff and make the center feel like one big family.

My family has been a Triangle Tots family for over six years now from infant through the big kids room. I work in the building, was so grateful to get an infant spot, and trusted it would be a great place to be a part of as so many colleagues and other federal families have gone through the center. Six years later, we are so happy with the love, attention, and qualify care and teaching, both from new staff and teachers that have been with our kids since day one.

We love Triangle Tots. They provide a caring, fun and educational environment for kids to develop and socialize. Staff and teachers are organized, accessible and responsive. They have two private outdoor playgrounds so that kids can get out their energy. Parents receive pictures and updates throughout the day from teachers. And the location in the RRB right off the metro is so very convenient.

We love Triangle Tots! Our son has bonded with each teacher he's had. They take great care in developing the curriculum for each child to ensure that each child is learning and having fun. We've been with Triangle Tots since the infant room and have loved each teacher we've met. They have their own enclosed safe playground which was a BIG relief to me in a city. We recommend Triangle Tots to each and every family we've met.
The physical space was excellent. This location has its own playground situated in a courtyard. This is a rare commodity.

The arrangement with the garage next door was also wonderful and it was easy to manage pick up and drop off.

The infant teachers were absolutely wonderful. They worked as a team and I felt good everyday leaving my infant in their care.

Communications could use some improvement at this center. For example, I didn't feel I was given much notice when my child was set to be transferred to the next level and the infant teachers seemed to be unaware too. Very confusing.

The next teacher experience was a mixed one. One teacher was very special, loved the kids and it showed in everything she did and the other teacher didn't seem to be happy in her job and it showed in everything she did.

The excellent teacher left without any word from management. This was also true for the infant teacher team. As gifted as they all were, they all left in a short time period, one after the other, and without any word from management that these staff were moving on.

Once those gifted teachers left, I knew it was time for us to go too.
