OH MY GOD YES AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I went there tonight and Mike (the manager) and Ryan (an associate) stayed 30 min past closing to help me laminate my classroom supplies. Great conversation, AMAZING customer service. 100000/10 would recommend. My go to place from now on. So thankful for all their help and generosity.
The people who work at this store are amazing! My son and I were looking through the window about 30 minutes before they opened, and one of the employees, Matt, came to the door and asked if we wanted to come in! They opened early for us. My son was so excited! They made our day, and we were able to get the cool AlphaBots my son saw in the window. Thank you Lakeshore!

I just recently purchased items at this store and it was a pleasant experience! Mike the manager and Juana the cashier were super helpful and very welcoming. As an educational instructor, I highly recommend shopping here. Great customer service :)
We absolutely loved this store. We bought a Bingo reading game and all the stuff they had was so good for kids so be they can learn and have fun while learning. The customer service was great and the prices were decent too.
This place is fantastic for playsets involving career oriented material. My 9 yr. old granddaughter talks about wanting to be a veterinarian when older, so I ordered the vet set. She loves the realistic items that came with it. One piece was broken but the company quickly resolved this. Highly recommend and will ourchase more.
Matt and Michelle were so friendly and helpful. The store was clean and very well organized. They were very knowledgeable about the products and allowed us to physically handle the products before we purchased.

I love this store and want everything! We used to frequent it often for decor and supplies when we homeschooled. Picked up our needed back to school supplies and then stayed another half hour just checking out the fun toys... and watching a ton of teachers scrambling to get their classrooms ready. It's fun to watch each one decide on their classroom theme. Lots of options!
This Lakeshore is such a gift to teachers! Not only is the store stocked and beautiful but the staff goes above and beyond to help. Today the staff helped me pick a new room theme, find all the items (even some in the clearance section and displayed on the walls), punch out and laminate all the items! They were cheerful, friendly, and I truly felt at home!
We visited this store with our granddaughter and found everyone very helpful and welcoming. Donna took extra care and help us find exactly what we were looking to buy. Donna understand the needs of the customer and helped us quickly and efficiently. We will visit this store again and again because of employees like Donna.
I was looking for a couple of specific items and their prices were the same as the major online competitor. I much rather support a local business. Lakeshore Learning makes that easy: great product selection, excellent customer service, and a convenient easy-to-navigate website.
The customer service here doesn't get any better! I had a return, but didn't want to go inside the store due to COVID-19. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure I got my return handled without ever stepping foot into the store! Loved the store and we were able to find gifts very easily through the store. Can be dangerous picking just one gift! We ended up with much more.
