Been here on several occasions and the people here are rude and unprofessional. Fake customer service small talk but can’t cash a check without sending you through hoops. Use the machines instead.

I am very happy with this branch. The specialists are very friendly and welcoming. During my last visit I got help from Becky Alcoba. She is very professional, understanding and patient.

Please be sure to have some surveillance or security system at the entrance of the bank facing Wilson Blvd (especially after hours).
I was there last night (past midnight) making a deposit- and there was a guy (probably homeless) on the vestibule lobby floor.
He seemed like he needed shelter for the night, but I felt so unsafe as he had his face all covered in a face mask.

Had to get extremely important work done and the bank was closed on a weekday (Friday)because it was snowing.

The day I went to open an account, I was so impressed by how courteous the staffs at the front desk are. The bank manager was an amazing person, he took his time to explain to all of my questions. I really felt an important customer the day I walked in. I am glad I opened my account that day. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the overall excellent service and respect they showed me. Awesome!!!!

I hear my wife complain about service at this location every time she has to visit... We stopped by this afternoon to discuss investment options and we were signaled by an employee named Ruben. He was sitting in the teller's booth and there were clients standing around. We asked him if someone can assist us privately as we do not wish to spell our private funances in public. Ruben replied rudely that he can assist us at the window or else. The guy was signaling others while we are standing at his booth.(we had our two small kids with us) He was extremely rude to us so we left the location feeling our business is not appreciated by the bank.
We have decided that we will never set a foot at this location ever again. In fact, we are going to part ways with Capital One itself. It's a shame that they have employees of this attitude serve their clients.

My wife and I went in to update our banking information 12 PM on a Saturday. The person helping us remembered me from the last time and we were helped like family. I have had only positive experiences with this branch.
