Outstanding service!!! We purchased our new boat recently and after a few trips out on the water had some minor issues. Everyone at Aqua Sport Marine has been amazing and we couldn't be happier with the service. We are several hours away and Michael picked it up and got it back to us with all issues addressed before the following weekend. We didn't miss a beat! I didn’t purchase our boat from them but should have. That being said, Aqua Sport took care of the winterization for me and couldn’t have been more helpful. It was so easy and convenient! What surprised me the most was how many of them remembered me from when I stopped in several months ago with some questions about trading and other options. You don’t find that kind of service these days. It sounds small and simple, but the little things are what can make all the difference and the folks at Aqua Sport get it! While they didn't have the specific brand we opted for this time, we are open to the idea of returning to Aqua Sport in the future because of the fantastic experience we had. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. These guys really love what they do and it shows. Jack at the shop walked us through all options and gave his honest opinion on what he thought we would and would not use. We are completely new to boating so he was very helpful. upon delivery he spent the day showing us how to drive the boat and even showed the boys how to wake surf and wake board. Not only do I feel like we gained an awesome new boat but a friend as well! You won't find a better shop out there so skip the search and go straight to them!

What a nightmare. I bought a Barletta pontoon boat from them in 2021. After only 15 months on a brand new boat, I haven’t been able to use my boat. It’s been over a year and after multiple “attempts” to fix it, we’ve been stranded multiple times on the water.

I’ve been given a multitude of excuses. Do yourself a favor…. Find a different dealer. This one’s not the one. I just wanted a boat…. Bought a brand new one and it’s been nothing but problems…
