All illiterate staff I don't give not even one rating worst than worst

Worst service from this branch as they said me to bring statement regarding a cheque bounced situation and after 2-3 days I went with bank statement , then they said that the bank statement doesn’t required and we should pay compulsory cheque bounced money

Its pure scam from manager called SHAHEER ,he behaves in a way that he can give best service and manipulates thay he taken care of everything like change intrest rates and unnecessary policies but once they are done with target they dont even pick your calls,ok lets talk about fraud they have done, i have asked for loan about 7 lakhs but you know what they charged 70,000 charges and sanctioned amount about 35 lakhs ,i found it in agreement and asked the question why he approved for 35 laksmhs and he told ,iwill change it in agreement once you signed it and i believed that foolishly ,I feel like i trusted wrong organisation and wrong people and in a week filing a case with help of my brother.This kind of people are black mole to banking industry ,they do job for just targets neverthless don't think of humanity

It's a scam company , they are looting money from the customer in name of some unknown charges and many more people are facing same problem
1. The staff is not trained , they are giving baseless reasons
2. No customer is satisfied with the service desk solutions , and they are irritating the customer
3. My friend is also frustrated from their behaviour
4. Multiple times my balance is getting debited
I say big no to BAJAJ FINANCE , SBI is much more better in giving services .....

They cheating the company also. They send the sms from customer mobile number before 2 tokens only. Till that time they are waiting and showing as TAT time was low and they are maintaining the fraud activity.

My emi card was blocked since one and half year due to some cibil score, recently they made my card active and they charged 117rs for card maintenance after debiting the money immediately they blocked the card.I dont understand what heck is this just to charge the money they made the card active.please dont take any accounts or loans in bajaj. worst experience.If there is 5 rating for negative i would have given 5 rating .

I was happened to visit this store today considering the timings operational hours displayed in Google. I was there 6:40 pm but after reaching the store with one hour travel, one of the staff sitting at counter 3 said store is operational till 5 pm I can't help now. I have told him saying that when stores opens till 7pm why can't he takes my request. He has harshly replied if you have any questions pls mail. What kind of customer service it is ??, I am pity of you guys. Fed up with your service and I never recommend this store to anyone. If anyone responsible kindly take necessary action.

Never ever take loan from this institution. fraud. literally. no one is answerable here. believe me, their customer care just hurles you into whirlpools but you will never get to talk to any person. the only way to get rid would be to get tired and quit. if anyone gets their true customer care number, please notify. thanks in advance.
