No atm available after 6. Door locked. Won’t do shit about it after chatting with the manager and still same. Bs bank.

I went to the bank today and all staffs were very kind. Especially Suzy in the counter who speaks Mandarin gave me lots of help.

Cashier Mohammed was unhelpful, rude, and mannerless. Wouldn't let me cash in my check at first, told me "this isn't a casheirs place" when my lawyer sent me there. He has no customer service skills, didn't ask me anything first, and just assumed I had no place being there. He was very disrespectful.

This is really but service on this branch the manager and cashiers Aron and Mohamed they don’t know deals when the customer

Bankers there aren't very helpful. I had issues going on with my account and needed to speak with a banker. I visited the branch multiple times for an update and was always told they'd follow up with me, which never happened. I eventually gave up and took my business elsewhere.

This place is almost never open when you need it to be. the ATMs are also never open and even. when you do use the ATMs or someone is there it feels like they can’t help you. the ATMs don’t work at all most the time...it’s a longer drive but if you need a SunTrust you should go to Shady Grove. hope this helps anyone out. ATM never gave me my money and the bank could not and would not give me the funds. Said I had to wait 7 to 10 days before possibly getting my money. Had a bill to pay today and could not do so due to this issue. Do not do business with this branch at 100 Gibbs st Rockville.

There are two atms at this location, and they reject my paychecks 100% of the time. A normal teller or the mobile app will take the check, these two atms may be broken.
