Bought from them a few years ago, got the stuff really fast and the service was amazing! This time I bought a UVB bulb. Half the price of the place I bought it last time and delivery was cheap. It was packaged super well to prevent the bulb from cracking and arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely be ordering again and would recommend this store to anyone considering it!

Super happy about finding this store. In Canada it's so stupid hard to find proper reptile equipment that is otherwise easy to get just across the border. I was finally able to grab two Arcadia ShadeDwellers for both my leopard geckos from ReptilesRUs. They arrived just days after my order, the day before I get the new terrarium for my second leo, so excellent timing. Well packaged and arrived intact. Highly recommended!

Good pricing on reptile products, I was able to save on some items compared to Cornel's World. Items shipped very quickly despite being ordered on a weekend, and they arrived very delicately packed with bubble wrap in a perfectly sized box.

I've been looking all over for Arcadia's RevitalizeD3 supplement for my leaf tailed gecko for the past few months. I couldn't tell you how many reptile stores and specialty stores I've tried reaching out to without success. I came across this company's website today and they have the largest selection of Arcadia supplements, accessories, ect. that I have seen in all of Ontario.

The gentleman over the phone that took my call was awesome! He took the time to do a stock check for me as I have been duped in the past where I have ordered the RevitalizeD3 and paid, just for the store to reach out to me to tell me the product is out of stock. The price was cheaper than others' prices and next day shipping was absolutely reasonable. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Reptiles R Us!

I was looking for some things for my new leopard gecko and our local pet stores didn't carry them. Thankfully, ReptilesRuS carried it. Browsing their website, they had a wide selection of products, which the local big box chains did not carry, so it's nice to know that there's a place where we can get items that cater to reptiles.

Despite being a little more specialized, the prices were reasonable. Shipping costs were also reasonable and my order was shipped out the very next morning after I ordered it, which was securely packaged to minimize any risk of damage. Everything has been working as expected since setting it up.

I would certainly order from them again if there's anything I can't find locally.

It was our first time shopping with ReptileRuS and we were very happy with our experience. The gentleman working Friday was kind and instructed us on how to properly place a pick up order. We placed our order online and picked it up the very same day. If your looking for a Chameleon enclosure for a good price this is definitely the place to go! & to top off our experience my boyfriend surprised me with a Axolotl plushie as those can be hard to come across. Both products were in perfect condition and definitely worth every dime.
