Hadn’t had any issues here until the last time I went in a couple weeks ago. Maybe there’s new staff or protocols, but not sure.

My dog had never had to wear a muzzle before, but the vet techs insisted on making him wear one. This stressed him out to the point that he was unable to get his shots. Rather than stop and tell us to come back another time, the techs held him down and tried to forcefully restrain him which caused my dog to freak out even more.

We’re going to a new vet now who took a much more gentle/patient approach and my dog seems to be handling it a lot better. He’s definitely a bit traumatized from his visit at this clinic, so I wouldn’t recommend bringing your dog here if you foresee them having any difficulty at all getting shots/tests.

Long-term client and patient here. When I first adopted my cat from the shelter, I asked for vet recommendations, and this spot was the first that was mentioned. I have been back every year for checkups and various ailments/procedures, and have always had a lovely experience. Responsive staff, attentive and knowledgeable doctors, short wait times, reasonable prices, and top quality medical care. I can’t recommend them enough!

I can't really put into words the massive failings of this clinic. I took my cat Xanthe to the clinic on a Monday. She was not eating and had bad breathing. They did blood work and said it was likely a viral infection. They said to start with bloody work, not xrays. Friday, there was no improvement, so I took her Saturday, and we did x-rays. The vet told me the wrong blood work from Monday and was talking about another patient saying she had kidney failure and was anemic, none of which was true. Speechless. She DID have a massive amount of fluid in her lungs (why were x-rays not heavily suggested on Monday?) - I had to rush her to the ER on Saturday. She drastically went downhill and was diagnosed at the ER with lung cancer, a carcinoma in her lung, and the only humane thing was to put her down on tuesday after she lost her abilty to use her back legs and was soiling herself. The ER told me if the fluid had been diagnosed sooner, she could have been a candidate for Chemo. I am devasted, and I would strongly recommend not going anywhere near this clinic. Xanthe was put to sleep peacefully in my apartment. The clinic offered to put her down with a discount. I don't think I've ever been more insulted in my life. As if I would ever take her near that hell hole again for her final hours.

I really liked the way they treat my Morris and the price to the package deal is great. I recommend Petco to anyone that has pets.

Williamsburg Animal Clinic has such a incredible team they are always great and really care for all the animals that come to this place. I personally have had 2 Shiba Inu dogs for the past 25+years Alàhya & Ruby and now that I have my 3rd Shiba 🦊 Mama-"Sita" I had to make sure I ask for my favorite Vet Dr. Diaz is hands down the best

Never been here but found an old receipt for this place lol. So just wanted to thank Dr. Diaz for checking up on a tiny feral kitten from almost 13 years ago. Just wanted to show you how he's grown up. Now that my sister and I are starting to make some money we spoil him very much (the sweaters are for winter, he likes to be cozy, we've found him under our blankets a couple of times). He was such a tiny thing for being only two months old back then sadly I don't have many pictures since at the time we only had film cameras. For such a small body he has a lot of fight in him you'd be surprised, his paws have enough strength to shake a door as he tries to open it. He apparently gave those trying to catch him quite a challenge. If you happen to remember some details from back then I would appreciate it, if not its ok it was more than a decade ago.
