I’ve been taking my cat here for about a year. Recently he was attacked by another cat which was a stressful situation to say the least. The staff was compassionate and empathetic. They explained the procedure, answered all my questions and treated my pet with the only quality of care I would accept for my family member. Thank you!

I recently took my cat to 401 Warden pet hospital. Dr. Singh was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my cat. He took his time to examine and answered all of my questions. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are very transparent with their pricing and affordable as well.
I would highly recommend this place.

I've been coming to this vet since my first cat Poppy in 2017. Since then I've had more pets join my family. I've had my dog neutered here, my cat and my dog have had dental surgery here as well. They are caring, understanding and the pricing is fair. They update you on everything, they provide you with all courses of action, quotes and do not push services for no reason. The owner of this vet clinic is SUPERB and my friends have all switched to his clinics. I highly recommend this vet clinic. Although it is a small clinic, and isn't super new and fancy like some other clinics, the veterinary care is of the highest quality. As a pet owner of 10 years, my only regret was not bringing my pets to this clinic sooner. I have tried 3 other clinics before finding this clinic. I'll never entrust anyone else with my pets.

Cannot even begin to express how grateful our family is to Dr. Chaudhary, Dr. Kauldhar, and all the amazing doctors, technicians and staff at 401 warden pet hospital. Our 7 year old French Bulldog Freddy became very ill from a gastric mass and nearly died if not for the knowledge, compassion, care and generosity of this clinic. They were very informative and forthcoming and helped us in a very difficult time. Dr. Chaudhary and Dr. Kauldhar took on an extremely difficult complex surgery with great success. I can, without a doubt, say our dog would not be alive if not for this clinic and the exceptional care they provided. Thank you again to this amazing clinic!

Dr.Li is very nice. She gave me a lot of useful advices. You can tell she cares about her furry patients.

My puppy is afraid of people but he instantly took to Dr Jim Wilson. The staff are very nice and efficient. You never wait more than 5 minutes. This vet is 5 stars!!!

Dr. Kauldhar, Dr. Chaudhary, and Dr. Singh along with the rest of the team are absolutely incredible! You can tell they truly care about the treatment of your pet and will do everything within their abilities to give the best level of care. Our dog developed an acute case of pancreatitis and they treated her with such empathy and love. Couldn’t be more grateful for this team of skilled individuals!

We find the service at McCowan Animal Clinic very friendly and knowledgeable. Our pets have always received excellent care and are still in great shape even though they are really getting on in years.

Excellent clinic. I've been taking my pets here for many years, and the level of service they provide for my fur babies is consistently top tier. All of the staff that work in this clinic are compassionate, patient, and friendly. The Dr.'s are very knowledgeable and always take their time during exams and follow-up appointments, and answer all of my questions. The vet techs and the office manager & staff are so incredibly helpful and kind and always go above and beyond to make sure my senior dog and my young cats feel comfortable during their appointments and on more than one occasion, they have accommodated my animals last minute, because of unexpected ailments or injuries. They take care of my animals they way they would their own, and I highly recommend this vet clinic.

Dr. Wilson is not just providing the service, he gave his love and care to my dogs. He never overcharged like the other vet clinic. 👍👍👍

Been with them for several years now. I've been to several clinics before, but this one is my favorite vet. They genuinely care about these furry companions – even after surgeries, or even just small blood test, they continue to follow up to ensure everything is normal for my furballs. We had to unfortunately put our cat (Matcha) down because he had cancer and his health was deteriorating quite a bit. The team here was very sympathetic for us through the entire process. Amanda especially was really caring for us during this tough time. We also received a nice card from them with his prints after. These guys really treat you like a human and not a number, and deserve imaginary high fives all around. Thank you so much.

This is a place run by people who actually care about your pets. They aren't out to gouge you with bad pricing. Their true aim is to keep pets happy and healthy. They are so kind and answer any questions. Super duper helpful and informative about all your options.

We had brought our dog to Chartwell Veterinary Clinic to see Drs. Newbery, Li, Fung and Sun, ever since we relocated to Scarborough several years ago.
Chartwell Vet Clinic has been involved in our dog's annual exams, visits for any of our dog's unexpected ailments, and finally up to the very end when our dog was diagnosed with cancer.
Clinic staff were incredibly passionate and empathetic during our dog's final days, and gave us the confidence to maintain palliative care at home to help our dog pass with comfort and dignity.
Special thank you to the doctors, and clinic RVT/staff: Linda, Jillian, Grace, Diana who were involved in our little Oliver's care...up to the very end.

I've likely left a review in the past but I need to make this clear. Dr. D'Souza and his staff are THE best. They genuinely care for the animals and are so thorough, kind, and knowledgable. My sweet, rambunctious husky can get a little anxious at the vet, but this staff is SO good to her! Very grateful to have such an amazing vet right down the street from me. I love love love this hospital! I have been to this hospital a few times now and Dr. Arteaga and Dr. Ang are so knowledgeable I never doubt their diagnosis. The first time I walked into the clinic I was greeted by the friendly receptionists (I was greeted by the one with red hair) who are super nice and made me and my dogs, Itadori and Gojo, feel so comfortable during what would have been an anxious time for them.

The nurses were extremely helpful with explaining the estimate to me and what I would expect during the appointment so there were no surprises once I had to pay! A few of the clinics I have been to before would never be honest with me with pricing. The tall nurse with glasses helped me and he was very knowledgeable and let me know what is recommended catered to my dogs' specific needs.

We just did a routine checkup and the doctor was able to answer all the questions I had and helped with giving advice on how to maintain Gojo's dental heatlh.

Overall I didnt feel like I spent more than what I needed to, and my dogs left the hospital feeling happy and were not anxious for the whole experience. Highly recommend this hospital!!

Amazing team saved my cat’s live. My cat had urine blockage , finally had PU surgery here after multiple catheters and a failed cystotomy at ER. And the ER actually treated us like money bag. The options we had were putting him down or to try PU surgery. We got luck to find this hospital. The surgery was done on the same day we went in ,because it was a life saving surgery! it was a beautiful operation, no any sign of blood started from the second day. Finally the little thing could pee smoothly after suffering so much. The doctor also fixed the teared urethra causes by the catheter without extra charge. The total cost is so reasonable !!! I would say much less expensive than we expected! All team members are very professional and kind and real animals lover . They really care bout your fur baby from their hearts! I recommend this hospital!

My dog stopped walking one day suddenly and had difficulty even standing/peeing. Almost thought I had to bring the dog to emergency. Called the clinic after I calmed down (first time the line was busy, tried again in 10min and it went through), and the lady receptionist was very helpful and caring. There was no availability that day but she continued to listen to me. 2 hours after we spoke, the lady called me back and advised there was a last minute cancellation and she could put me in. I still do not know how to thank her.
Went to the clinic, and Dr Wilson looked at the dog. I thought it was leg problem but the doctor quickly identified what the dog had was IVDD which is a back problem. He reassured me and provided anti-inflammatory medicine. After a few days, the dog is back to the happy normal state. Cost was very reasonable.
Highly recommend. Dr Wilson is very experienced. Receptionist is lovely. It is a cozy place, I was with my dog the entire time. My dog has been visiting the clinic annually for vaccine and this time for medical condition. Very reasonable priced in both situations. As a pet parent, it is stress-relieving to know such place exists.

I'm so grateful to find this place. After so much stress from the last vet office, my pup is happy and we are on our way to a happy and healthy life together. This place shows compassion and care towards our fur babies. I saw my puppy for the first time since I brought her home at 7 weeks, now who is 12 show an open mouth puppy smile today at the park, after being taken care of properly ,I couldn't believe it. My favorite and current Veterinarian Practice, here you'll find some of the most welcoming and friendly staff. They provide excellent service, are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Your animals will love it here and I highly recommend as they aren't terribly expensive either!

Absolutely love this place. Our dog Jackson was quite I'll so we took him in after reading all the positive reviews. The staff was very helpful and honest and their prices were fair compared to others with lower reviews. The were very caring and compassionate. Jackson unfortunately was not going to improve so we needed to have him put to sleep. They offered a great service where they come to our home to put our pup to sleep. They were very knowledgeable and compassionate throughout the entire process and what was a very difficult process for my family and I, they made it much more manageable. Just took our new puppy in for puppy shots and again a great experience with amazing staff and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Have been taking my 1st dog to this clinic since 2005 and they treated her as a long time veteran. Now my 2nd puppy receives excellent medical care services from them. Dr. Artega is super knowledgeable and attentive while their manager Amanda is always helpful and patient. All other staff is excellent!

Amanda along with Dr. Ang and the rest of the staff (I didn’t get the name of the girl with the super cute kuromi set!), are all so so so kind, compassionate and truly have my dogs best interest at heart. We came from another vet as this is closer to home and many other dogs owners in the area recommended this place. We haven’t looked back since! They are such a kind team, they follow up with you after appointments to ensure your pet is doing okay after spay/vaccines and it’s this excellent hospitality that makes me feel so comfortable and safe knowing my dogs would be under their care. They never try to upsell or force me into anything that I’m not comfortable with. My dog recently went in for a spay and they eased all my worries and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. D'Souza is the ONLY vet I trust. I have a 15 and a 10 year old dog and I've been taking them to him for almost 10 years now. He is very compassionate with my animals & he always explains things in plain English so I can really understand. I really feel like he has my boys best interests at heart. I've had other vets for them in the past and they don't compare.

The clinic was very clean and well kept. All staff were super friendly and approachable.

I've been bringing my cat here since I first got him over 9 years ago. He's always been treated with so much love and kindness. This animal clinic is part of our lives forever. As much as my fur baby is a complainer he is comfortable with Dr Ralph D'Souza, Brenna the Veterinary Assistant is always so lovely and her energy always puts us at ease too. Since the pandemic it has become a curb pick up service but as I said they make the whole process very easy and comfortable.

I had to bring my cat in recently as I didn't have a regular vet we were seeing. Bridletowne was able to take him right away for a quick check up, after he had been diagnosed with feline urinary tract disease. I'm always sceptical with certain vets, as most that I've found are be better with dogs. Although, I'm very happy with the service here. All the staff was friendly and helpful with my cats first visit. He's very shy and skittish, but the team here took all the time they needed to make sure we had a pleasant visit. We will definitely be returning in the future! ☺️
They also had a cute friend up for adoption his name was Kevin. So if you're stopping by, if he's still there, and you want a furry friend to adopt, he was lovely! ♥️

I have been coming here with my boxer dog for over 8 years. They provide wonderful and attentive care and always addresses any concerns I have. Dr. D'Souza and the whole team are fantastic and I'm so glad they have helped to take care of my dog all these years. I cannot recommend them enough.

I can't believe I haven't already written a review. Dr D'Souza and the whole team, I cannot say enough how amazing they are. I came to them years ago after so many vets had told me my cat would die without thousands of dollars worth of treatment. They were referred by a friend and all these years later I still have my little buddy Moe. They were able to help him and tell me what was needed and what wasn't! They truly are about what is best for the animals, and creating stress free Healthcare for them. I cannot say enough about how much Moe and I appreciate the whole team. (Even though he may not act like it when bloodwork is needed lol!) I trust them completely and recommend them to anyone I know that wants the best care and support for their fur babies. ❤️

Dr. Wilson and Janine are the best. I got a kitten suddenly and I had no idea how to take care of her. We took her to the clinic and Dr. Wilson explained everything and told us she had an eye infection and cold. He was honest and very caring. Janine was amazing as she went above and beyond recommending the correct food and milk for the kitten and being truly honest about insurance. I have never met such amazing people who truly care about the animals as well as the owners. Also, the prices are very reasonable compared to other vets. I'm so glad I came across this doctor and my little ocean will be in great hands with this team. If there were a higher star I would without missing a heart beat give. They are simply God given best when it comes to vet. I can't emphasize that.

They took my two puppies in as clients despite being at full capacity. They have provided amazing service and communication every time we call them with questions, or go in for check ups. The entire team is friendly and the persons corresponding via email do a great job with communication via this method as well with updates. I also like that there are appointment reminders. 5 stars from me for sure.

Dr. D is great, but unless you talk to him the customer service is terrible. As our regular vet I expected more when calling for advise about our sick dog. Instead of anything helpful I was just told I either needed to wait a month or call another clinic. There was zero concern for our dog, the main focus seemed to be getting off the phone.

Calling around has gotten us significantly better results from veterinarians we've never seen before. Looks like this will be my last interaction with this clinic.
