Great service. Brought in a pair of pants with a funny spot on the knee. Not sure if the pant was worn out or if it was just a dirt spot. Rather than charge me for dry cleaning, the owner tried steaming the area and the spot came right out. You can’t get better service than that. I will definitely go back for all my dry cleaning needs.

This is one of the most reasonably priced dry cleaners, that you will find in the Denver area with a quick turnaround. They are open Tuesday through Saturday and closed on Sunday and Monday.

Been coming to this place for over 10 years. I came in today but forgot to bring cash. The gal behind the desk said the computer would not allow her to process my order without cash. This is a lie as they have made the exception before. I then asked for the manager and she came and said she wouldn’t help me because she didn’t want me to get used to it. She then told me that I can’t go to the grocery store without paying. I explained that I can pay, I just don’t have cash with me. Typical snot nosed little millennial brat that thinks she has some sort of authority. Very very bad business for a long time regular customer. I’ll never come back to this place! Manager should be fired!

Alteration service was reasonably timed, priced and well done. Communication of when things would be available was less than clear & I was even told my bag wasn't ready after it was scheduled to be, and in fact was done.

Great reviews. I’m from out of town and needed a pair of jeans and shirt laundered and starched by tomorrow. I called up there and the nicest lady answered. I told her my situation, I needed jeans and a shirt laundered/starched by tomorrow, and asked if it could be done and she responded absolutely. Gave me a fair quote too.

I immediately went up there to drop them off and when I walked in I said I just spoke to someone who said they could launder/starch these by tomorrow. The lady in the back seemed shocked and said they couldn’t do that. She said they could launder, press and stuff, but at this point I was happy to just get them laundered and pressed by tomorrow at 3pm.

Long story short. They are great people, but there’s someone answering phones that says they can do things they can’t. I get it, it was short notice, but I would’ve like to have known that so I could’ve called other cleaners to see if they could’ve laundered and starched by 3pm tomorrow. I settled for just launder/pressed clothes and dropped them off with carousel. I do not blame carousel for this mishap, just a little disappointed I couldn’t get them starched. I was short on time already and didn’t have time to find another cleaner to get them done within a day.

I’m leaving a five star review because I appreciate them taking my clothes and getting them done by 11/21 at 3pm. I believe in supporting small businesses, and Google reviews go a long way.

Mike the owner went out of my way to fix my favorite dress. I went in to get my favorite gown dry cleaned for a wedding and unfortunately it came back damaged. Mistakes happen, and in their defense, it’s such a delicate dress it probably shouldn’t be dry cleaned at all. Mike could see how upset I was and spent who knows how many hours fixing it. I really appreciated how thoughtful he was.

Had some alterations and suit dry cleaned. Met All expectations and great price.

Just picked up my dress and it’s dirtier than when I dropped it off. Brown stains all over and burn marks.

I bought a used wedding dress and took it to Lowrys Eco Cleaners because their website said they specialize in wedding dress cleaning and they have great reviews. It was ready a week later than I was told it would be, but I just assumed that was because they had a lot of tickets to get through. However, after picking up the dress and bringing it home I realized that it had been dyed green. I didn’t look closely at the dress when I picked it up because my fiancé was in the car and I was trying to hide it from him. No one at the store called me to tell me my dress was ruined, and no one told me about it when I picked it up. They just let me walk out with a green wedding dress. I took the dress back the next day and originally the owner offered to pay for the cost of the dress ($450), but refused to refund me the $250 I paid him to dry clean it. After going back and forth for a bit he agreed to pay for the damage to the dress and refund me the cost of the dry cleaning, but he was very condescending the entire interaction and told me to “go home and think about it, then it will make sense.” Now I have less than two weeks to find a new wedding dress. If they had been honest about the dress being ruined when it happened, I would have more time to figure something out. I choose this place because it seems like a lot of people are really happy with their services, and I’m sure they have done great things for other peoples garments. But I don’t want other people to have to deal with the same experience I did. I have attached pictures of the ruined dress for reference.

Fast and Friendly, a family business operating in Lowry area for many years. I had always driven by but never stopped until my regular dry cleaners closed down. So glad I found them! In part due to positive customer reviews online. M

Destroyed my tailored suit. They shrunk the suit jacket and destroyed the liner on both jack and vest. Would not recommend.

Highly recommend Lowry Eco Cleaners. I’ve used them for dry cleaning and small fixes (buttons, etc) and have been impressed with the quality of the service. Items are often ready even before expected. Great service.

At first, great service, I WAS a customer for about a year. 1 shirt was lost, don't know what happened to it, another shirt was burned. Denied that it was their fault. "None of my equipment is hot enough to burn this" was the owners response. The employess are awesome and friendly.

They do an excellent job both dry cleaning and fixing clothes. Highly recommended, they changed their location and now are in Market street!

I was just up at this dry cleaners and didn't have cash to tip them so paying it forward by writing a positive review. I've been using them for 6 or so months now - after moving to sloans lake I needed to find a new dry cleaner so I didn't have to keep driving to cap hill - this place is the best. everyone who works there is friendly, quick, and the services are affordable. They do a great job with alterations and I feel confident bringing anything I have to them and know they will do a great job. They turn everything around superrr quickly and set expectations very well. Would absolutely recommend them!!!!

Carousel Cleaners is the best cleaner in town - and in all of Colorado!! Mike stayed open late to clean my sisters wedding dress when it got dirty before the wedding. He was kind and cleaned the dress perfectly!! You can trust Carousel Cleaners with all of your dry cleaning needs.

I have had two dresses dry cleaned here and recently took one dress for alterations. Both services have been fantastic. I was initially quoted a price for the alterations, but when I went to pick up the dress, I was told the alterations actually cost less than what I was quoted! I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend this place.

I'm sorry I don't have photos it's just a regular dry cleaning place but they charged me $5 to clean my wool jacket! And they use environmentally-friendly chemicals which is an automatic five stars in my book

I've been searching for and used several dry cleaners/tailors in the Denver and Cherry Creek area looking for one that is both reasonable in price and tailors according to my needs. The staff at Pendleton recommended Larimer Square Dry cleaners. The alterations to my shirts and jacket were exactly what I needed, and I was advised on best amount of taper and alteration based on fabrics and fit. I brought in some jeans that were starting to blow out, and the repair is flawless. Everything was perfect, reasonably priced, and done quickly. I've found my new tailor. Exceptional customer service!

The team at Continental cleaners is great! Their service is reliable, friendly, quick and of strong value. I take all of my dry cleaning and pressing to them each week. I've been a customer with them since I moved to Colorado in 2018. I tried 3 cleaners when I first arrived and the team at Continental surfaced as the best.

So glad I found this place! Fast turnaround and always ready for pickup on the commitment date. Her alterations and dry cleaning are fairly priced too - especially considering the location and quality. She altered a bridesmaid dress for me with just a few days' notice and got stains out of my boyfriend's sports coat that had been sitting for years.

Poor experience.
Felt uncomfortable during the consult. Upon arrival I was told how much alterations would cost, and if I could afford that before we could discuss the two items that need some tailoring.
I was told, the items I wanted tailored already fit me and did not need alteration.
Additionally, when I asked to shorten a long blazer by a few inches, I was told the length was fine as it was and did not need altering.
As the consultation went on, I was told altering the blazers I brought in would be too much work.
I left with my items and would not recommend returning.
Unfortunate.

I brought a bridesmaids dress in Larimer Square Dry Cleaners & Alterations to be altered. The dress was a challenge due to the style/fit and I needed it done within two weeks because I was leaving for the wedding. They did AMAZING work. The dress now fits like a glove and for the amount of work that needed to be done and the expedited time frame - it was a fantastic deal. Much better than any other tailor in the downtown Denver area. HIGHLY recommend you utilize them for any tailoring needs! :)

Sue is absolutely amazing. I have been taking all my alterations here for over a year now. She works with you to get the fit you want - often making suggestions based on the fabric, style, and desired look you're going for. One time my pants weren't quite right when I tried them on after alterations and she fixed them right then and there. No waiting additional time for more alterations. She is definitely willing to go above and beyond!

The downtown location is perfect for city life. And she doesn't over-charge like the others over 16th St Mall and nearby locations.

I will continue to give my business to Sue every time.

The pricing is good for what they charge for chef coats to be cleaned, but on this past friday I went in the establishment to get my coats cleaned and girl at the counter must have been feeling herself too much because she had the worst attitude ever. She asked for last name I gave her the name... Long story short the african amercian girl in there with the natural hair did not know the system and was trying my nerves. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS CLEANERS BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE AND I WISH I GOT HER NAME. You are suppose to make sure people have that customers are greeted when they come in and I would expected want people to continue to come back, but no i guess not.

If I could give less then 1 star, I would! The ONLY positive thing about this place is the pricing, but their service justifies their pricing. Everyone person I have dealt with here is rude and they do very poor work. I tried this place 4-5 times. They weren't getting any of my clothes clean at all. We aren't talking stains, but just normal wear. I asked one of the employees about this and she gave me some b.s. response on the chemicals they use to clean garments.

I figured I would try them one last time since they were so affordable. I laundered my own shirts this last time (since they couldn't figure out what "clean" meant), I just needed them pressed here. They charged me the same price as dry cleaning and tagged everything "Press Only." I got this batch of clothes back and only about half of the garments were wearable. I honestly believe they didn't press most of my shirts, only re-hung them. Terrible service. I wouldn't even recommend this place to your dreaded mother-in-law!!!
