Was not expecting the mall with everything that I'm used to.
Not enough cashiers
Excellent attention, majority of sellers share three characteristics on they attitudes: cordiality, kidness, and attention. I had been buying perfums, electronics, headphones, speakers, cellphones, socks, underwear, suits, ties... Every time, I went out of a smile and felt good vibes. The ambient is excellent, cleanness nice, and the credit area understands the needs from we, as customers. You must buy on this Palace 🤩😍

Parking should be paid by stores not customers. Whether you spend $100 or $10,000 . They charge you for parking your car to go shopping. RIDICULOUS

Reminds me of the suburbs in the US. Obviously, it has just about everything you need. The checkout lines are crazy though.

Good store to find several stuffs
Spent some quality hours, with a friend of old, on the Palacio Terraza enjoying a looong breakfast and coffees. Such a lovely spot to catch the sun and enjoy the mountain views in a city of 22 million people. The food is good and is a favourite eating place of ours.
I bought a television and a dish washer two weeks ago. Despite all the calls and email exchanges they didn't deliver the television on time and the dish washer was delivered late. I picked up the TV myself and nobody came to install the dish washer so I’m not able to use it still. Despite the goodwill of the sales representatives, the service level is awful, and the information given are misleading. I strongly recommend not to buy any big utilities from Sears.
Good prices in clothes and toys
Very nice place for going shopping. It was recently remodeled and the result is marvelous. Their restaurant and cafe are nice spots too.
Excelent store for finding the best bransmds in the world fashion wise, so don't expect the lowest prices in town, also delicious food sold here, personally I love Zuky's cookies, simply delicious
I like how when I visit Walmart I can find almost immediately what I'm looking for. Most likely because they use similar layout between stores. They implemented the new anti covid measures and even the baked goods section has new precautions.
Great offers and the staff attention is just superb. All the staff wears mask and plastic covers. I really like the multitude of gray deals.

One of the most expensive department stores of the area. Even though they have a vast assortment of items, they are either from the last season or older, so the price isn't justified. You are better off buying it in the USA or Europe for current fashion clothes for instance. The bistro on the top floor is delicious and highly recommended, just don't expect a cheap meal.
Steer away from this store if you can. Most of Walmart stores in south part of Mexico City are good, this one is definitely not, prices rather high, some basic items are not available and in general, not a good walmart store,
Worst customer service you can imagine. We have bought a product at the start of the month, which was supposed to be delivered in a couple of weeks. More than I week after the estimated delivery date, we still have not received the product nor any information. When calling the customer service, after explaining the situation we just get put on hold and after a while we get disconnected.
Do not buy anything here unless you can take it with you in the store at the time of making your purchase! Otherwise it seems you will see neither nor money, nor your product!

It's good for casual clothes
I went just for money from MoneyGram, tho I stopped and bought useless food that satisfied my needs, as a topping for hotdogs, jalapeños and cheddar cheese sausages, and baby pickles in a jar...

I like a lot Suburbia because you can find a lot of variety in clothesline and shoes. You can get good offers if you are student of UNAM. Go now and have great clothes to use in this winter parties.

Always crowded, an there are not enough parking spaces. Walmart keep using each time more parking spaces to place part of the store, now in the cover parking they have place the toys selling area. Lack of merchandise in grocery area, and if you arrive late everything is sold out such as tortillas or bolillos.
It's a Walmart which means good prices, even in Mexico. Small parking lot, pretty crowded. It's a small building just like a Walmart Neighborhood in US. Although with "Supercenter" printed on the front.
