My husband and I visited this location this evening looking for a mattress pad and a stock pot. Alex was amazing and went above and beyond; he spoke absolutely perfect English and was so patient with us. The gentleman who completed our transaction was also wonderful, going out of his way to use a translator app to communicate with us and with such an impressive level of warmth. We ended up purchasing more than what we came for because we recognized how rare of an opportunity it is to receive such service in English in Mexico City, and we wanted to take full advantage. Just a fantastic experience all around and I hope we have reason to return to this location to shop more before we leave the city.

Well the ATM never works. I opened an account here because it was in walking d8stabce to my crib. My bad, wont do that again.

As store it is as very friendly place to shop, as a bank Coppel should redirect their efforts towards better service.

They convinced me to buy a phone i didn't know i needed. Very impressed with the customer service.

Awfull. The atm machine didn't work. Lately this has been continuos on tjat spot.

A Coppel like any other, really. Has an ATM outside, bank inside. Dressing rooms too.
