Worst customer service from Trinity. She could not have been ruder or less interested in doing her job. The worst thing is, I didn’t asked her for any assistance, simply needed to pay for my items.

Great range of items but the new updated automated assistance doesn't even assist.

Can't even ring the store anymore to ask if they have stock... it's a massive pain

Today I had THE VERY BEST customer service that I have experienced in years from Paige at the lay-by counter today! 🙏🏼 😃 I won't go into details, but she went over and above to assist me with my issue and for such a young lady, she amazed me with her patience as well as her creativity in finding a way to resolve my issue and her skill to finalize everything professionally and quickly in a friendly manner.
Thank you Paige for your help, keep it up because you're great and will go far I promise you!
As far as Big W Joondalup goes, it's always a great store with friendly assistance never too far away and something for everyone available to buy :))

If you Purchase any goods online with BIG W. You should read very carefully every policy in detail.
Since most of we Australians prefer our own online country purchase you must also be careful.
When you go online to purchase on BIG W. Where it says BIG W Markets. Don't purchase.
I'll explain to you in Truth Why.
BIG W markets are not BIG W responsibility when it comes to an issue that needs to be resolved. The reason why is because It's an open market where many Parties are involved which are Not BIG W. They will not help you but ask you to correspond with the online Company that sold you the goods and not BIG W.
It's a big risk as you think you can hold BIG W responsible when actually they won't take responsibility and say they did not sell it but some online company.
I would advise it's better when purchasing expensive goods to go into stores in your state and buy it .
BIG W markets is not BIG W if you think they will help You.

Went shopping there today - the aisle to the cashier was roped off and a sign saying for the inconvenient - only serve your self and only two of these take
Cash. I refuse to use these machine as everything I use then they have a problem. Today no difference. The female assistant had to spend a considerable time to get the price. What a lousy service - especially when management all ready knows that when they block the cashier aisle it is an inconvenient to some customers. Will try and give Joondalup Big W a miss in future if this is the way they operate.

Horrible. Cancelled my click & collect. Doesn’t direct me to another store with stock instead waiting all day to find it’s cancelled keeping my money for 4-5 days before refund then can’t contact cause phone number is east coast call centre & closes 3pm WA time no phone number for the store. I don’t like big W unfortunately gift request from family member wants something from there as a rule don’t shop here, poor quality and customer service

I’d believe this is only available during Xmas period. There’s a 30% off original price. Selling at $9.75 instead of $14.

As I’m writing this review, I noticed that I paid the original price instead of the discounted price. :((

I only have the soft copy receipt and probably threw away the original receipt. I’m not sure if I’m able to get refund. I’m hoping that big w personnel will see this and get back to me?

Shop is stocked really well can't fault that. But customer service leaves alot to be desired. Had a basket full of stuff handed the staff member my bag and she just pulled up my stuff to the side and had to pack my own bag wouldn't of been so bad but she served the next customer straight away pulling up their stuff on a already tiny counter.

Found $16 Sound republik True Wireless white ear buds. More comfortable than black round ones as I have small ears.

Reject shop is such an underrated store for amazing deals and small goods. This branch looks like one of the larger branches which means they have a larger variety of goods. I love the selection and the staff were very friendly with their warm genuine welcomes.

A great shop with really good prices. If only it was even bigger so that they could sell an even wider range of stock! Very friendly and helpful staff, including the manager. Easy, free parking just outside.
