The store seemed well stocked, very neat and clean. I had a nice coupon and was able to find a winter jacket that I really like.
The store is big. It has variety for everyone. I think it's a bit expensive. But I admit that men's shoes and belt come out of very good quality and durable. But the area of men's shoes is a bit messy and there is no variety in size.
I'm not a fan of having to stand in a line to check out. It was like checking out at Kohls today. There was one person ahead of me, and it took some time. The issue was that one of the cashiers had to print a duplicate receipt, and one of the three cashiers that were working left her post to help the other. The cashier that I walked up to when it was my turn stopped to name some associates that she thought may be able to help.
Could not find where to check out for awhile because they moved it since I was last there and there were no signs. But once I did find it they were very pleasant. Products are good too, especially when on sale.
I had to return an online order and the employee was wonderful. We had a couple of laughs about me returning shorts for my husband. The store looked clean and organized.
What made my shopping a pleasure was the person at the register. What a kind person and so helpful! Thanks for having an employee that makes you feel so valued as a customer. Dave was the best!!!
Nice store, well kept and organized. You can easily find things that you need. Great sales to shop from and helpful staff. There is a shopping Mall enterance from inside the store. The deals and prices are sometimes too good miss.

Incredibly messy; as soon as I walked into the store I saw shoes and bits of trash strewn all over the floor. Racks were unorganized and had the wrong brands/styles/sizes mixed together, making the shopping experience extremely frustrating. Left after five minutes without making a purchase.
