Love this place, always stocked up unless you go too late but they’re constantly restocking the shelves! Lines get long but they keep the flow steady!
Beware of returns if you buy a frame you CANNOT RETURN IT if you open it. Even with a receipt. Spoke with both managers Maria and Angel and did not accept the pack of 3 perfectly frames with receipt. People here are not helpful at all.
Update: Spoke with other 4 Michaels locations and all 4 told me that I can walk to the store and as long as I have the receipt I’m good to return it.

Love this place!!! The prices are lower compared to other crafts stores. They have everything from home decorating, jewelry making, painting, fabrics, candles,etc. The canvases come in different sizes and they carry a variety of paint brushes, spray paint etc.
Easy, fast and quick... had in store pickup... no wait time get in get out instructions very easy to follow .... hassle free... worker helpful if u needed it... so thx Michaels

Quite the selection on fabrics and supplies... Workers were very helpful and polite.
This place has a lot of yarn to choose from and the staff is very helpful, they also have a good selection on DIY dyes 👍
I worked with Anthony in the custom framing department. I wanted to commend him for his work with me and other customers. When I arrived he had a customer with a lot of questions. Anthony gave him excellent service and while adeptly still recognizing myself and other customers that approached his counter. When it was my turn to receive service he made the process seem like I was deciding on design with a friend. Excited about my print, honest about options and kind. He really is a credit to your store, give him a raise!
Would not recommend for the poor customer service and dysfunctional website. The employee Yessica couldn’t be less receptive and helpful, had 0 interest in supporting, obviously not a sales person (the lady cutting fabrics, Ana, was very kind though). The website is problematic, tried to place an order four times and they were all canceled but I was charged all of them and they replied saying it may take up to 7 working days to release this money.. There are better alternatives to find fabrics and so on
I have to say I arrived here like 8:19 I went in to buy some alcohol ink for my resin 3D printing and I picked up some alcohol ink and I picked up some extra acrylic paints to paint my 3D creations I actually signed up from Michael's a Michaels store discounts and you know how they have these things and worked out well took some friends with me like I say even though I knew they were closing they didn't try to push you out and the customer service was outrageously good thank you guys and I know I'll be going back because I'm just getting into 3D printing and Michael's has everything I need
I loved it! They have everything and very well organized. I didn’t have enough time to check out the whole store. You can spend hours browsing or just admiring the displays. The people that work there were very gracious. I am definitely going back soon to check out the other half of the store 😉
My wife always come to Joann Fabic and Craft to buy supplies martial for her job as teacher she needs the martial for school projects for the childrens at her school. We also go to different Koann Fabic and Crafts in different area.

I found everything I needed. Staff were so welcoming, kind, and helpful. I caught a great sale on the fabric quarters!!
This place is huge they have almost everything for decorating to toys to model kits to crafting supplies to party supplies even a frame dept and lots of fabric. Wear comfy shoes its going to take sometime to go through the whole store. They are open Monday thru Saturday 9am to 8pm closed Sundays. They offer following CDC guidelines for social distancing and wear a face mask.
Came to Joanns looking for some items I needed for a project. After having gone to several craft stores I found one item here that fit my budget. They only had 6 of the items I needed on the floor and I needed 20. However after looking around some more I noticed a box on the top shelf that had more of the items I was looking for. I did ask an employee if they had more and that I did see a box on the top shelf contaning this item. The employee simply ignored what I said and relied on the computer they carry around which told them they only had 4 available in store which did not make sense, since I was holding 6 in my hand. Would of not taken her no more than 5 minutes to check.
The lady at the cut counter was clearly very busy but she was still so nice and helpful, the cashier was also nice and helpful. When I look at this store I feel like it has less fabric than what I'm hoping for but then I find what I'm looking for so I guess the have all the right stuff for me. There's always remnants and plenty of things on sale.
