Store hours advertised as close at 10pm 12/6/2023, but the store was closed before 9pm. Call before making the trip or choose a different location. This one is not reliable.

Last week, I went in to shop for a new suit and some dress shirts. Payton helped me find a perfect suit and 2 dress shirts that I really loved. I was hoping for a quick and easy experience and she delivered! She was super helpful and professional. She even offered me some water while I tried on the clothes. Went in the store on Tuesday 09/26/23 early afternoon and the only salesperson in the woman’s department walked by us several times with a nasty look. I love Express it’s my favorite brand, but this store is my least favorite. I felt unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. As a leader, I would definitely direct this person to another position that does not involve customer interaction. She is not suited for sales, OR needs intense training.
Employees treated my elderly family horrible, and the rest of the customers in the store the same. Yikes. Fire that man.
My experience was a terrible homophobic manager, what happened was that I went to the fitting room to try on a shirt and the moment I arrived I left my purchases near the entrance, the store MANAGER started asking who it was. I replied that they were mine I was naked and she started screaming, saying that I was supposed to get the bags. Extremely rude.

I replied that I was waiting for my boyfriend and she seemed extremely HOMOPHOBIC saying that she is not obliged to call with a child. Guys I tried to talk to her gently and she didn't even listen. She wanted to expel me from the extremely abused and rude store. Fire this woman she is terrible 😞

Literally followed around by an associate asked to sign up for a credit card and I hadn’t even looked at anything. Walked out immediately. Also poor men’s selection, everything is too hot for FL.
Mall is 2 hours away and the cashier left the theft device on my shirt. Spend 85.00 for a shirt, except for better service.
This Banana Republic Factory Outlet was just ok. I know the Pandemic hurt the retail industry and you can tell at this store. I found a few items which I absolutely love, however not much variety as before the Pandemic. I guess if you are at the outlet it’s worth a quick stop and look you may find something.
Came here for a sweatshirt and I was very impressed with the selections of all clothes. The store was clean and the clothes were pretty well laid out. The prices were very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and very willing to assist. Check out was a breeze.
Good outlet. Smaller than the main outlets so the stock might be limited but no queues and free plentiful parking right next to the store.

Good morning, I will like to say a couple of weeks ago I step into Express, and I had a gentleman name Edward assist me he was so nice and helpful I came in the store totally lost not knowing what to buy for my husband for a wedding event we had in Jamaica. He asked me what does my husband like what are his colors so he showed me some nice shirts and pants honestly I ended up buying some shirts a couple of dressy pants. Let me tell you my husband brought all the shirts and pants to the trip that I bought for him because he stated he loved all of them… even at the wedding they told him wow you look great where you shop at he goes Express lol Edward you have outdone yourself he is a keeper Express Stylish. Great job Edward
Been searching everywhere for a last minute tux. Came to the store trying my luck. Terick came to the rescue with one that fits perfectly! Was in a rush but I couldn't help but to look around. Could spend hours here, and I bet there's something there for anyone that wants a unique style! Super friendly and professional. Top notch gentleman and place!
I’m not sorry but if I could give this rating 0 stars I would. The cashier was rude as hell. The associate told me Clearance was 50% off. But the items ring up 40%. The manager couldn’t price match and the cashier had a serious attitude because I ask for the 50%. I’m at loyal customers. Sorry but was the last straw. I rather pay extra at Amani Exchange than to deal with bad customers service. Rude and attitude for no reason. I really hope corporate read this and think to look into who they hire because this was unacceptable

I usually dress like a wealthy bum, but I had an event coming up and everybody made it clear I can't just wear shorts and flip-flops, I walked into Banana Republic because I thought the name was funny. I was greeted by Payton, she was super helpful, and made me look presentable. Thank you Payton and Banana Republic, great quality and service.

Shopped her the Saturday after Black Friday; and again it was an excellent experience. Wow, the sales!!!!!!!!!!!!! Easter weekend 2023 shopping! This is an excellent Banana Republic store - much better prices than the retail stores. Great selection!

I worked for the Company that builds Banana Republic the Developer brought me there and showed me the Sun from the second floor it is marble I had started writing a song I was aloud to sing there the Mall was built yet.Everyone there smiled the said that was beautiful he also want one of my drawings for his Company Logo 😄😄😄😄😄

Returning a shirt I bought yesterday, I was accused of running a scam. The cashier was having trouble refunding me when someone I think was a supervisor said I bought the shirt at the outlet. I told him I could show him the shirt I bought literally at the front of the store. He didn’t believe me and said he didn’t have time for this (then don’t interject to begin with). I showed the cashier the style of shirt I purchased at the front of the store and when she tried to refund me it went through. It was probably a computer error, but I really hate how the situation was handled by the man I think was a supervisor. I also don’t love that I was sold outlet clothing at full price in the retail store. (Also, the reason I returned the shirt was due to the cheap fabric that was used).
I always come to buy clothes at this store. Today Maya helped me at the cashier and she was absolutely amazing. Yes to more staff like her! Thank you Gap!

Store is fine but they charging $4 for a bottle of coke. They think they Disney or something. The lady at the register asked for my email like 4 times. When a customer says no once that should be enough.
PEARLA is absolutely rude I believe she is the assistant manager . Very awful experience with her. I will be reporting her. She was making remarks that she hates kids while I was there with my son and rushed me out the store. I heard her tell another coworker how she has way T better things to do then to attend to me. It was very sad to say the least that an employee would act this way.
The customer service at this store is terrible. The manager was very rude, he seemed annoyed by the fact that I was requesting him to honor the price of a flannel sweeter that was in a rack with a sign of $29 but it was showing $58 at the register. According to the manager the sign was for the flannel shirts of almost identical material and style but as a customer I guess I was supposed to figure that out. The manager had the audacity of telling me that I had been the only customer complaining about this in the whole day. Other employees were no help either since a lady gave me the lame answer that she understood my point but they didn’t have space to divide the sweater from the shirts. Please see the photo attached to this review that shows how similar the sweater were from the shirts.
We stopped in here expecting outlet prices but a lot of the things in store seem to be priced at normal Old Navy store prices which was surprising. They have options for everyone here, just make sure you check the prices and the sales before you commit to buying something.
The sales associate was so helpful and had such good fashion advice. Very nice experience. He even looked like he was an influencer or an insta model. Honestly this store has always excelled at customer service every time I have visited.
Closing the fitting rooms 45min prior to shop closing time. Staff don‘t care making business.
The manager on this store was absolutely rude and disrespectful. All of this because we went in to the store 20 minutes before closing and she was upset that we were taking her time over her scheduled hours. She was making rude comments about how she did not have anything else to do in the store but stay with us, how we needed to get to an ATM to take out money because we needed to authorize the purchase on a credit card, also that we need to google the hours next time, and she refused to give us her name. She has been reported to the business bureau and corporate customer service. In the U.S. you can walk to any business 1 minute before the closing hours and you have to let the customer in and assist them until they are done. We were at the cashier by 9:00 pm EST and she was pressuring us by saying, I’m giving you 4 minutes to leave the store. Never going back to this store.
The Manager and the other employees mistreated people because is was about closing time, call people Dog, and start making bad comment to the other employees becuase people pass 5 min after the closing time. Really bad experience and so poor Costumer service. To be honest look like the Manager is poorly educated. 😕
We were shopping on our last day at Hugo Boss. My son has ADHD and struggles to understand why the small was still too big for his. The man in the store went above and beyond for us and helping my soon to see if slimmer tops and jumpers would fit. We ended up not buying anything. After my son went more shopping we ended up back at Hugo boss, as he was adamant he wanted something. He was able to get a jumper which was a much better fit that the hoodies. The guys name was IAN and I thanked him for his patience and help. This man went above and beyond and my son left the store one happy boy! Thanks Ian.

Previously, I shared, "This is a great, well laid out store that boasts super employees and an awesome selection. Sometimes, like here, clothes fit just right. We highly recommend this Banana Republic. We enjoy shopping here." Just shopped on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2023, and had a great experience! Fantastic service, excellent prices, really good merchandise.
The Florida Mall location has the WORST customer service. Nobody greets you, the dressing rooms are a mess, and the workers locked the doors 10 minutes early with nobody supervising the front (despite the fact that there were 4 employees) so my mom and I had to unlock the doors ourselves just to leave! Super disappointing, don’t spend your money here!

I could not really figure out if the people who were there are sellers or puppets, they do not talk, do not help and do not even God forbid move from their place.
In short, a complete waste of time and I was in a lot of outlets of this brand and they looked completely different and were valuable

Went to the store at 10:15am and it was closed. Called the number on the sign that was on the door and the owner said he'd be there by 11am. Called him at 11am he said give him 10 minutes. He casually walks up at 11:15am. I stated to him that was bad business. He said well I won't open up until 12pm and walks off from us. We've been coming here for years and today will be the last day. The owner is very rude and unprofessional!!
This store is amazing! In a touristy place it’s hard to keep the stores amazing and ensure your customer service is great! But this store is doing everything incredibly well! Vivian one of the assistant managers here, is amazing! Express take notice! This store is doing something right!

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager is awful and not accommodating! I walked in there to try on or get pants that said were in stock on the app and the guy took forever looking ( 20-25 min) and nothing. Then I specifically asked if they would do expedited shipping for free from inside the store and he said yes. After Registering everything and mentioning he can give me a $15 discount, he had to then get it approved by a manager. The manager did not want to help out and she said no. I was on my lunch break and I explained that I needed to leave. What a waste of time. I will never go back to this express! I wasted about 45 min in this process for nothing. Go to millenia or somewhere else that will value your time.
Bree was absolutely fantastic. She asked questions, offered to help me get something I was looking for, and remained cheerful. She represents what I want in a clothing store salesperson. I definitely will go back based on her work ethic.
Service was OK. One of the female sales representatives did not want to listen or understand what I was asking her at checkout. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what.
Major fan of Gap and it’s sister stores but this experience was infuriating. I waited in line to make a return only to be met with really unprofessional employees. I was polite when the woman assisting me was too busy chatting with the customer to my left about zodiac signs to get my order number plugged into the system correctly. When it would not work upon her finally getting it, the manager, also involved in the zodiac convo, came over to tell me “This isn’t Banana Republic.” and tried to return to the her conversation about Scorpios being bad people (… so bizarre.) I grabbed her attention to let her know I had bought stuff at Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic on the same online receipt. Still, she refused to do it based on some arbitrary policy not even she could explain clearly despite receipts, etc. Will not be returning if this is the kind of worker managing this location.

Great customer service is so hard to find in today shopping experience. Joshua wowed me with his great customer service skills. He was not only polite when I addressed my questions but he went above and beyond to help me with an exchange that was not on their system. He was understanding and kind. This qualities are so hard to find in a person. When ever someone deserves a good review we should write it just like we write bad reviews. Great work! I will come back because of employees like Joshua.
Decent price unfortunately they don't have many standard color dress shirts in large fired if I wanted a wierd crazy pattern they had plenty but if you want white black blue red grey just straight color good luck

I went to redeem my free pair of jeans I guess from being a VIP customer and unfortunately I didn’t realized the card Had expired the day before. The cashier requested help from the manager Damien and was told nothing could be done once the code expires. He didn’t even take the time to come out and explain or help in anyway. Poor customer service experience at the Express Florida Mall!
I buy all my suits for work, events, parties etc. The fit is spot on, but more over the Customer Service is extraordinary remarkable. I never had a dull moment here. As soon as you enter the store, the associates greets you and is always willing to lend a hand. If you can not find your size, the staff here goes the extra mile to check their back-stock, fitting room racks, or even offer to call another location for them to place the item on hold. Jenny is a phenomenal asset to this company. She’s always willing to help and goes above and beyond. If I don’t a style preference in mind, Jenny comes to the rescue. She has “the eye” for designing outfits/suits that pairs well with the events. Major thank-you to Jenny, you are Amazing!
Sunday afternoon, super busy, 20 min on the line and only 1 person on the registered. Asked if anyone else could jump on and told no. More concerned with having people open credit cards then getting people checked out.
I went to this store a few days ago and Ana helped me through my shopping. I was looking for some presents and also some dress shirt for my husband! She was really nice and helpful! I had an amazing experience in this store thanks to her.
Excellent customer service. They see tons of people each day, but everytime that I walk in they greet me as a friend and remeber every detail of our previous interations. Very helpful. Management is awesome and KY is awesome as well. I always stop in and but something because of the people that work there. Customer service is dead in most places, but not here.
Goin in for a simple exchange, and the cashier at the front was so cold, and unwelcoming. She dint even say anything when I reached the counter. She just looked straight at the men's department, and never looked at me once when I was telling her what I needed to be done. I don't understand how this kind of customer service is acceptable! Especially when we are strangers, and I have the return receipt, and items neatly packed. Im not causing her any sort of inconvenience, yet that is how she made me feel.

In short: they have amazing merchandise at great prices, but you need to get lucky with the sales representative. My experience was mixed but overall great. They had several damage suit parts, but one of the sales representatives (her name is Evelyn, not sure of spelling) was able to find me the perfect wedding suit. She was exceedingly helpful and guided me very effectively through finding the fit. What I ended up buying was SO GOOD!
I've been shopping at casual Outlet for almost 25 years and the owner of this clothing store for men's is extremely amazing he's becoming to be my friend so if you look at something for medium size men or large size man he has everything that you can imagine shoes ties tennis shoes penny loafers the quality of clothes I give it a four-star the service that he has been providing for since I know him it's out of the world I highly recommend this man's clothing store sincerely or Charles Leon Esquire so that's why I rated it a high five for the level of service and quality of the clothes and shoes
The store is well organized and good looking. The environment is nice and friendly. The reason of my two star review is the checkout at the register. The guy at the register was so slow to checkout his customer and the line was getting longer. I grew tired of waiting so left the store. So sorry for this but the staff needs to improve. By the way I like GAP!

Amazing location! Very conveniently located on upper level of the Millenia Mall. Although mall and store were busy, all the sales associates were more than happy to assist me throughout my experience in Hugo Boss. Even the manager came by and genuinely asked me if I needed anything. I have purchased multiple suits here and will definitely be back!!!
We literally changed our vacation plans to go shop at this store when had to transit through Orlando. The owner is incredible and the clothes are fantastic. We live way up north in Canada and my husband loves wearing happy cheerful clothes. He has all the shirts he originally bought here 3 years ago and they are in excellent condition. I think he added another 7 today and they are all amazing. Highly recommend.
Pretty bad experience!!! They did not tell me anything or any tag in the store about final sale for my blaze. But when I paid, they just used a "Final Sale" stamp on my receipt! I was so shocked! I mean I am not annoyed about cannot return or exchange my staff, the point is they didn't notify the customer! And I believe the store manager on duty was in a pretty bad attitude toward customer!

Miya has excellent customer service and I loved her bubbly attitude even though we came 10 minutes to closing! She even chatted with me about clothing and makeup while my boyfriend came to the register with more underwear. She even warned me about having different types of underwear because they vary in lengths. She’s a great asset to your company!
I appreciated the extra and excellent job by Onix Alicea Manager from Orlando Store #1789. I went to the store with rush time because i was a important appointment and I needed one complete formal outfit. He not olny help me to found all I’m looking but also he took time to use the steam machine to give me ready the complete outfit. Thanks!
Not one single associate greeted us. I saw one person folding something in the corner. You couldn't find anyone to help in the fitting room. This is unacceptable during a weekend especially. Where is the leadership? I would say the DM needs to visit this store and find out why there is no engagement or energy in this store. I'm disappointed. I get better service at the outlet store.
We had an amazing experience at this store. The staff was super friendly, and they helped my husband so much when we were looking for his suit for our wedding. He looked so sharp, and the quality of the suits are AMAZING. Obviously it's a bit on the pricier end, but the quality is what counts. He got so many compliments and the staff really paid attention and did everything to help him look good. They paid attention to all the details, and the best part was that they remembered us everytime we came in! :)

I went on March '18 and graphic tees were unbelievable cheap. Real sale for sweaters too. Their quality is very good and their designs are pretty decent. I got some extra discount while I was paying due I had copped tons of tees! I loved spending my time there, the store was messy but it's understandable due to the amount of people attending to it. Highly recommended.
Recently went to this express outlet store at Tampa premium outlets to return one of the jackets that I purchased couple of days ago... when I tried the jacket at the store It was fine but later I realized it was a little tight at the belly.... so i decided to return it..but got told that I cannot get my money back because I had cut one of the tags that was attached and was told by the cashier that I could purchase anything else so I started looking for other items ... I picked almost 4 different items but they did not have the right size in stock....dont get me wrong I love express as a brand and have been buying express products for almost last 10 to 15 years..but if some thing doesn't fit you I don't think you should be forced to purchase it... on asking if I could get a gift card for express so that I can come and buy stuff when they have it in stock, I was very rudely told by the that why don't I pick something else from what is there in the store...I'm not going to buy $190 worth of socks or underwearsand definately not items that don't fit me...I still politely tried to explain they guy there But now he suggested that I drive to Orlando which is about 1 and a half and about 90 miles away... maybe there I will find something my size... it's not the policy but the rude and not wanting to help behavior of the employee made me leave the store with my issue unresolved and a $190 coat that does not fit me.well I still have till January to exchange my merchandise but this is definitely not one of the stores that I would like to visit in the future .very bad and rude experience...

Some of the clothes are a bit pricy and indistinguishable from one another, but it's great quality clothing.
The clothing options are great, however, it can be a bit messy which makes it difficult to find sizes etc. It's also usually understaffed and the queues aren't huge but checking out usually isnt quick. A great choice of items but not brilliant for those in a rush
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Always make it a welcoming experience. Great current style advise. The Millenia location is the reason over half my wardrobe is Hugo Boss. Tuan and Harry are exceptional at what they do!
