Great clothes at great prices! Friendly staff! Something for everyone in the family, even Plus sizes! You can get an entire outfit shoes, clothes and accessories! Then you can pick out the fragrance to top it off. Much better than guessing online!
I'm tall and curvy and hate bootcut jeans.. at least I found some I can deal with. LOVE the people there though!!
Good prices and such good selection! They have jewelry, shoes, pants, shirts, jackets, sunglasses, bras, etc. Lots of cute stuff!! Great customer service and always greeted with a smile. I love to shop here when I'm in Nashville!
They have some very cute clothes, shoes & accessories! I bought the dress I wore to my daughter's wedding at Factory Connection..... plus the necklace & bracelet I wore with it!
The main reason I give them 5 stars is because my phone was stolen by a woman & man after I without realizing until after the fact had dropped it on the floor.......I told the lady working that day & she and I both looked & looked for it(thinking I'd layed it down somewhere in the store)but couldn't find it. I asked if they had security cameras so we looked on the stores cameras & seen it on the floor where I'd dropped it, seen the man see it 1st, he showed it to the woman, she walked over to it, looked around, picked it up, walked toward the back of the store, then up toward the front & out the front door she went with my phone!
Evidently, after that they went to KFC according to my Google maps but were already gone by the time I was able to look on my tablet by the time I got home, obviously!
I called the Nashville police and they came to Factory Connection, looked at the security tape, didn't recognize either the man or the woman but took my phone number and supposedly made a report. I have not heard anything from them & that's been 2 months ago!
The employee at Factory Connection went above & beyond helping me though. She stayed after the store closed while we watched the tape, waited on the police and showed it to them. Actually, she & I watched the tape and by the time we found the part showing them steal my phone it was right at closing time but she still let me call the law and showed it to them which ran into after hours!!!
She went above & beyond in helping me!!!.....way more so than the Nashville police for sure!!

Good shopping expirence for being a small town clothing store they had a nice variety. The store was very clean organized and beautifully decorated the only thing that was a downside was the staff. Upon arrival I was not greated which I usually don't complain about the only reason in giving 3 stars is because the lady at the register was kind of rude she obviously had favorites conversating and chatting up with other customers but when I came up and asked a simple question the smile was gone and she looked at me very rudely. Although I didnt go to make friends I found some very nice items and they have an amazing variety plus size items which I loved.
I was disappointed in the service. The employees were too busy gossiping with each other. The racks are also crammed together so it makes shopping a little difficult.
One of my favorite clothing stores. The associates are very helpful and curteous.
