Came in late near closing time, staff were super friendly and made sure I still got what I was looking for.
Came to return and purchased one item. The associate told me I can do everything with her, and I waited until she was free. There was an other customer went to pick up a different size which I didn’t know, upon her return the associate started to check out my purchase and asked me to return downstairs. I reminded her that she told me I can do the return with her as well, so she agreed to help me with the returns ( I already felt unwelcoming). I offered to wait for the associate to help the other customer first and then do my returns, she insisted to do my returns first. The other customer started to complaint and the associate turned right back to help her. I felt very innocent and it looked like I was trying to cut the line, so sad, that maybe why many of us are purchasing online, so we don’t have to deal with unprofessional customer service. ( I will return online in the future too)!
Came here to look for a dress. The dress department was an absolute mess. When we asked the sales associate for help she said it’s a zoo and we were basically on our own. Over two thousand dollar dresses were just on the floor. I was so shocked to see this from Saks!
Saks 5th ave? More like scams 5th ave. I called customer service to place an order because my size sold out online. They gave me issues about using the same promo code I was using online…safe to say I purchased my designer goods elsewhere. Saks needs to improve their customer service. Being told a different size isn’t Eli glen for a promo code is mind blowing.
The entire staff was very helpful. I went back several times because I kept wanting more pants in different colors and my size was not on the shelf. They were very helpful and went into the stockroom to find my size. And I like the promotional items you give away. I will definitely be back soon !
As soon as I walked in the women’s shoe department, I greeted the staff and she turned her head away. I’m a woman of color and I feel like I’m not welcomed in this store, let alone do I feel comfortable asking for my size for the Jw Anderson mules I came here looking for. Very unwelcoming and Saks is one of my favorite stores. This is very disheartening to be experiencing this type of treatment in 2023 is unbelievable.I am a professional that makes GREAT money. I should receive the same treatment as anyone else. I’m overwhelmed with the actions. I have yet to receive a greeting and I’ve been in the store standing in the corner.

I visited your store yesterday and had not anticipated purchasing cosmetics, but was intrigued by a LaMer display. It was difficult getting help and when I did it was less than helpful. The person did not know where any of the products I was interested in were, did not know prices and could not answer basic questions about the line. The second person was called in and managed to sell me the $600 of products I knew that I wanted.
This experience was so very unlike other times at the Saks cosmetics counter. I was not made to feel valued at all.

A lovely store with a good amount of items however not in every size. There's plenty of staff to help and it has its own exterior entrance at this nice mall which makes it very convenient and less crowded. They can order anything to be delivered to you for free if it is not in stock at the store. Very worth the visit!
I had such a great experience this evening at the Carhartt store at Walt Whitman Mall. I had two guys that were great.They helped me look for sizes they help me look for shoes they were very attentive to my needs. They great personalities and they were into helping. such a great experience I’ll definitely go back. I think that’s my new store to go to . Thank you Patrick and Nick. See you soon!
My husband loves Carhartt so much, especially for their Detroit work jacket and overall. There are only 5 locations in New York State and this is one of the biggest branches.
The decor is bright & wide-spaced and the maintenance looked neat & clean. We can find most of our interested products here so the product line-up should be comprehensive.
However, some core sizes of jacket which should be their top selling items are still not available, so we will suggest them to prepare more in stock.

Brought wife in for a dress fitting. Sales staff was top notch and showed her a collection of several colors, styles, and lengths that they thought would look good on her. My wife was so delighted with the specialized service. The sales woman actually ran downstairs to grab a pair of shoes just to see how they would look with the dress. Wow.. Wife bought a dress, needed to be altered and it was done in ONE day. Will definitely recommend Saks Fifth Avenue and thank you for the wonderful service through this painful pandemic...

Nice store with a lot of selection. Pretty cheap for me , but for others expensive. Good selection of clothing. I especially like the Gucci that they have.Some clothes were unfolded and not taken care of. They should be neater. Other than that, everything else was very good.
