Absolute waste of time, no idea why it is called an outlet. There’s maybe 10% of the store on sale with XXL sizes and 10-20% off. Numerous other stores have better prices on the brand. Really really disappointing and don’t waste your time subscribing to their emails. It’s a ghost town inside.

Good deals on most of the stock. You get jeans for $39 which I feel is a really good deal. However you want to head to the back of the store for absolute steal of a deal! $9+ on select items and sizes

Lots of good stores. I went when it was super cold out so I really had bundle up because it is alot of walking outdoors to get from place to place. I wanted to warm up at the food court but doors were locked at 5pm on Saturday… my bad for going when super cold out.

Got a really nice thick coat which has served me well. Adam in particular was great and answered my many questions while I was choosing the right coat.
the guys working at this store were really kind and helpful. i came in on black Friday so their calm demeanour was appreciated. got what i wanted and then some for a sweet price. really great deals that i didn't see online, but wish for more range in women's sizing as the coats run fairly small.

This outlet store has quite the selection, better discounts are given to older models obviously, which is not a bad thing for us, as they still look good and you get what you want at a better price point.
That being said, come early, with the coronavirus mitigation measures in place, only a certain number of people are allowed inside at a given time, a queue formed outside and it's cold, I waited a good 15 minutes before being allowed inside, so dress accordingly.

One of the crew staff said everything with the 30% off had the 50% really. So I grab my pants and my surprise when I was going to pay I didnt had the 50 just the 30%....very disappointed for this experience.

We bought a pair of shoes. The shoes were in different colors and were both the right foot. The sales there were so careless and they didn't know what they were doing.

Thanks Frederic for explaining everything. Outlet has very good price on winter and fall jackets, plus they were stylish. Wanted to buy CG for $1300, not in stock model I liked and not best fitting and style, either too short or too long. Then, walked into this store, ended up buying two jackets for $448 tax included Gotham @$289 and Thermoball @$99. Yes, it was last year model but fitting and look is perfect for me.

Store has varied inventory, although it could be better. Good deals are often offered on many items. Service is lackluster, with disinvolture and long customer engagement delays. Rebates and store location make it a worthwhile visit regardless. Would recommend stopping by if you're going to Premium Outlets, or driving back from vacationing up North.
Not a lot of choice in the men's department but prices are ok. Not much service on the floor, so you have to find yourself what you want. I wouldn't spend more than 30 minutes in there as it's not the kind of store conducive to browsing.

Good quality for a reasonable price. The staff is very helpful and they know their product. Regular sales make it worthwhile to drop in whenever you happen to be in Fairview Mall. Often, items are somehow less expensive when they ring them up at the cash. I can live with that.
This store has some serious heat, but as all outlets some times it comes down to luck. However, they carry the classics at reasonable prices.
Excellent service. I found a pair of shoes I liked, but not in my rare 9.5 size. They were able to get it from another store and had it shipped to my home for no extra charge and at the boxing day sale price. The curly haired girl in sales was awesome.
