Serene and the two males attending the store were super friendly and helpful, sadly they didn’t have my size on the first option for the day of the death collection with the full body of the dog on the side so I opted for plan B. Serene explained that next season I must come in September to get them as they sale super fast. The store is clean and organized, thank you for your great service 🙏🏽🌷✨

Zac the manager is the nicest most professional manager I have seen at any Vans store I’ve been too (I’ve been to a lot, I mean a lot), actually any store I’ve been too in the last I don’t know how long!! I live in Pleasanton and now drive the distant just to this store!! Very knowledgeable on all Vans merchandise also!! It’s really hard to have good customer service these days!!! Really hard!!

I’ve never met shoe sales people that are so quiet and uninviting. I felt as if i was in a self serve froyo store…. You had to flag down an employee even though there was 3 of them and it was not busy. Not to mention they were out of a lot of sizes, and the sizes they did have were heavily creased. Seriously why display shoes when the only pair/size you have available is damaged…… This place has gone downhill. Are you guys closing like the rest of the mall?

Fake AF1 I didn’t notice at first then I compared them to my ones I ordered from Nike and I could tell. It’s so gross that you pay the same price just to end up with fakes.

Went to purchase vans shoe for my son and ended up buying for myself too. Sales rep was extremely helpful in getting the right size for us and excellent service overall.

I called 5 mins before they open . Twice . The first time they answered and hung up immediately and next time they stayed on the line and said they weren’t open yet . Literally 5 mins until opening and they didn’t wanna help me

This Zumiez is located in the new park mall. We went right when it opened back up in 2021! Honestly this is the best store you can go to for your teenagers or preteen. Especially for skateboarder Enthusiast and artistic designer branded gear. They have shoes clothes skateboards rollerskates and even stuff for the snow. Whatever they do not have in the store they can always order for you. Make sure to join zumi stash in your App Store amd sign up so you can get points. This store is kind of pricey but they do offer great sales. Since it’s very trendy I’m assuming that’s why it’s expensive what what teenager doesn’t cost a lot. Lol. I got awesome help at this location staff was very friendly. I’m writing this review because when I called there was no answer and I was worried that it was closed but I’m letting you know that it is OPEN IN 2021! When I asked the staff what happened; why didn’t they answer phone? The staff member informed me they were very busy and because of everything they are short staffed so they could not answer the phone! which is fine with me because I prefer to have great customer service when I am in the store and all their attention. I definitely will be coming back again.

I have worn nothing but Vans shoes since i was 16 and in my 40's they are still the worlds most comfortable shoes in the world! Excellent experience friendly staff nothing less than perfect!

I like the Newpark mall for Hot Topic , Spencer's, and the Disney Store. The food court don't have much selection. Half the businesses are closed.

REALLY BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, bad service, I was getting a bag, but when they get it for me it’s very muddy, they said they will order online for me, and tell me there is non brand new in store, then when I finished order, I found one brand new on the corner, they can’t help me cancel the order, and instead they told me I have to wait the bag came then return it???? Lol not gonna come anymore

I have sent orders to the shop as well as shipped for parts to fix up a board. The staff are quite helpful and friendly. They had exactly what I needed. The only thing I would say is that some of the options are limited. Overall, I've had great experiences here.

Love this store more and more every time I go with my two boys just the staff and environment is the best today all the associates helped my son put his skateboard together and were so friendly and kind best experience ever!!!! Also last time the manager Cesar was the ultimate best and extremely helpful and patient their is nothing better then seeing your kids get treated so amazingly by complete stranger at a store and connect with them. Love them thanks guys !!!!
