Good discounts! Stopped on our drive to Utah and got all clothes for skiing that we need
Highly recommend to just purchase online, or at another store. I’ve shopped at this store several times and recently they close the fitting rooms, so basically you’re unable to try the clothing you want to purchase. I asked the cashier (Cashier#: 729160) and she said they close the fitting rooms because they had a lot of clothing to fold. I’m pretty sure these actions drastically affect the stores sales number because people are unable to try the clothing they wish to purchase and just shop at another store. I can usually find a nice pair or two at this outlet. On my last visit I got these nice Air Jordan 1's. Customer service is always good here too. If you're into Nikes, I would stop by, never know what you'll find here.

Love all the PFG clothing! Lightweight, quick drying, durable. Although not all the Columbia inventory is here, the factory outlet serves up discounts from 10-30% and sometimes more.

Customer service was great, unfortunately the quality of shoes has declined with Skechers. Purchase a pair of shoes for my grandbaby on Wednesday and by Thursday the shoes were destroyed. Took him to the park for 30 mins and shoes lost the material on the tip of the shoes. I've never had a pair of kids shoes do that. That's super crazy. I don't recommend this shoes to be consider for outdoors or play time. Shoes still look great from every side except the front.
Asked an employee if I could try on a shirt in a fitting room today at 11am, and he said they were closed, and to instead try the close over the clothing I was wearing. Common, what kind of leadership and professionalism is this, I would expect more from a Lacoste store, so I ended up going to Náutica a couple stores down and their customer service skills is always above and beyond. They need to take a grasp on this employee because I shop here pretty frequently and their customer service is pretty poor, and it shows by the emptiness of the store.
The store is clean and well organized and the staff is super friendly. Always have good deals.
This Nike outlet has some great deals! When we went, they had if you sign up, you get an extra 15 percent off.
If there is a zero star, I'd rate it zero. Customer service is very bad, the fitting rooms were closed when the store wasn't closed (told us that they would close the fitting rooms right after these people are done), didn’t get welcomed to the store, nor did anyone ask us if we were looking for anything.
Do not shop here. The manager Angel won't even speak to customers. The associates can't make a decision without him and are useless. You would expect much more from a high end retailer. Spending too much money to be treated so poorly.

Decent selection for men & women. Not so much for kids. Lots of employees to help you out if needed. Tons of parking at the outlet mall as well. Store is pretty much always busy. Opens at 10:00am.

This place was jammed packed with customers and busy. Every associate I came across was so nice and helpful. The manager Chris was very helpful as well. I haven't seen this type of atmosphere at any other place I've shopped. Thank you!!!
Avoid barstow outlets if you are of melanated decent. Spend your black dollars with diverse vendors.
Great selection of shoes, but not wide fit for women. I recently had surgery and an required to wear shows at work. I was hoping to come here (I always buy Skechers) and get a couple pairs during the black Friday sale. Hundreds of shoes and less than 8 wide fit selections.
It was great I bought 2 shirt's the sales help was very helpful I didn't know the difference between a sports shirt & the classic shirt they gave me the knowledge of the 2 . Will be coming back soon , I became a member also 🤓
One of the worst guess stores I could come across...again is it my skin color?! Do people not like me cause of my skin color or my energy or what?!?! Avoid..Avoid...Avoid!! Maybe cause I look Hispanic doesn't give u the right to treat People awful!!! Avoid unless ur white I guess!!
I currently work here and I have the most amazing team from my managers and my co-workers and I love my customers. Best place to shop esp with all of the discounts n promotions we be having. I love this store
We came here on 08/27/22 myself and whole family felt so uncomfortable the manger on this store and two other lady’s were so rude to us. The manger seem like she didn’t want to sell!! she was giving all my family attitude I’m from a Hispanic family they made us feel like we couldn’t afford this place. It’s really ridiculous I’m so upset the fact that we couldn’t shop in peace. I hope the manger gets the proper training and education on how to be friendly with customer especially as a manger

I was calling to do a stock check for pants and she took the time to not only look through her shop but also looked to see if any nearby stores had them 🙌 She went out of her way to call AppleValley's store since they didn't pick up for me and she gave me a call back. It’s not worth the price. My husband got a pair of Perry Ellis pants from Marshalls and are definitely better quality than the ones we got here. They’re super thin, and we had to exchange the first pair because they were a bit two small and the second pair came out ripped. Customer service was fine, but the quality of the suits is not the best!

Buyer beware ! Three stars for the great help I Received while there. Also for the shorts I purchased. Zero stars for the multiple shirts. Shrank or lost shape after just one wash. All of them. Then I notice the print on them isn’t centered.

I asked an employee folding clothes if they had a size 38 in a shirt my wife wanted. They suggested i stand in line at the cash register. Maybe the checkout lady could help. Considering im paying $300 for three shirts, i kind of expect a level of service thats better then Walmart. We just paid for what we already had and walked out. Probably wont be back. If you want to charge premium prices, the level of service needs to match the prices.

Incredibly rude service. Tried to make a call and they acted like I couldn't hear them giggling after a simple question. It's childish and unbecoming of what's supposed to be a high end store. They treat customers like children and give bare minimum service.
Great customer service! Great prices actually surprised at the great deals they have and they offer on top of the sale they have if you sign up for the rewards program which is free and only gives you more coupons they take an extra 10% off at the register for the whole purchase. I especially love that I could find matching outfits for husband daughters and myself this is exactly what I was looking for.. so if you need to coordinate matching outfits or look for exact matching outfits for the family come here. You won’t be disappointed and their prices are great!.

I am 6'6" tall weigh 250. Couldn't believe it when they had a suit jacket with enough sleeve, no slacks, but called another store and had them transferred in. Very helpful.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Also I think the manager is the only one on here that has a full star rating so you know it’s that bad when the manager has to give it a good review.

I always loved to asking her opinions about what clothes, shoes will looks good on me, she will telling me the truth, and I was so happy to taken her advices.

Worst skechers ever. Brought in a return for smaller size and told me that these shoes had been worn. He literally tried on and took off. All i wanted was a couple sizes smaller. Just watch this store when you buy something they will rip you off. I called corporate regarding this and sent photos at which time i was given an apology and told this is not how the company works and am being given a refund by another store due to the incompetence of barstow skechers. BEWARE
Overpriced on nearly everything. A smart shopper looking for up to date in season merchandise will buy from Macy's or Dillard's. I recently purchased this season's Polo RL long sleeve knits and polos at Dillard's that were 65% off. I do want to address the aggressive behavior of several employees at this location. I do not need to be asked three times within two minutes if I need help blah blah blah while following me around every square inch of the store. Back off. It definitely must be because I was a white guy. Shame on you RL. Shame and shame coming from a 30 year customer.

I was very lucky to enter this Barstow Outlet. I found Guess Factory and was very well attended by the salesperson who accompanied me helping me with sizes and styles. The store was super organized and clean, I had nothing against it. I think it is worth stopping at this Outlet when you are on the way. Near it there are a variety of places to eat.
Not only do they refuse to exchange quality clothes, but the manager has a very bad attitude. I don't recommend you to buy anything in this store again
Bought some pants here a couple weeks ago. I couldn’t go back to return because I live pretty far.

I been at the outlet several times but this was the first time going to Nautica. Clean cloths at affordable price. Maybe because of the Holidays. The truth is, spending money here is wealth it. There is nothing better than paying more than half for quality cloths. Going back again soon when my money is right.
I changed my closet once a year. And when the time comes I used the outlet for that. Reason is simple...the price dropped soo low I could barely see. Polo is one of the place that is always good to go. Its wealth every penny when it comes to clothing. I recommend you go and find out.
Love there Discounts I come every other month to shop.... this last time I came in one of the cashier first was nice but after when we started to ask her about the discount she started to give us attitude and making sound with her mouth.

One of the shoes is falling apart less than one months after purchase. When I tried to exchange them they said they do not except shoes that can't be resold. You're better off buying elsewhere or online.

I wanted to change my closet to something new. After going through a lot of thinking I chose Tommy. But the outlet made it even better. The price is cheap for the same thing you get at Mercy's or any other shop. With about $2000 wealth of clothes, I only paid about a quarter. The best part is, the sales AAssociates are friendly and will let you know if there is extra amount of dollars you could save. I rate it 6 stars if I could.
This Nike outlet is a diamond in the middle of nowhere. Their selection is not as good as the Nike outlet in Ontario but the prices are cheaper. Good store to find kids shoes but not so good with adults with big feet (13). But i would recommend going to this outlet if you're on your way to Vegas or coming from Vegas. The weekend is the best time to go for that's when they usually have their sales

Store well organized except for the sells rack that was right in front of the register so people had to walk around the men's section to get to the back of the store.
The manager was very friendly! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We were in and out in no time and had some nice new clothing items to hit the town with.
If you don't like crowds this is the place to stop and shop, however, the cashiers are very slow here. They will have full blown conversations with those they ring up. The customer service is very relaxed about any help they offer. They are definitely nice, just a little slow.

Tony was good. Considering that this outlet is simply boring. Yes, boring. You will se many signs announcing the serious discounts. But you will not follow me that many times worth the buy. I got many underwear that were on sale. The rest wasn't worth purchasing.
Went in to look for a pair of jeans, and got exactly what I wanted. Tammy provided excellent customer service throughout the store. The business is friendly, professional, and priced exactly right. I'm definitely going to be purchasing from this location again!
