I have been going to your store for 20 years.
I am a full figured lady. I have always found the bathing suits I like in my size.
Well not today, the ones they carry now for full figured women make you look like a tent. The lady was rude. In the past they went out of their way to get it.
It's the Tankini with a zipper up top.
She made me feel awful and I have never felt that way ever. 20 years I have spent quite a bit of money in your stores.
Take a look at the plus size rack, a small rack with tents on it.
My advice to you is treat all your customers with respect 🙏. All sizes and shapes make up this world. You lost 3 customers today.

The staff there is always so helpful. I just returned home and Kim helped me by ordering bottoms to a top I had purchased while I was in Florida. When I received them, they ended up being too big, so I called and she was so gracious and helpful. I returned them and she sent me a different size. She never made me feel like I had imposed on her day......as a matter of fact, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and wanted to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase! I will always refer people to them! Aside from EXCELLENT Customer SERVICE, they have an amazing selection of the best swim wear EVER! Keep up the good work Ladies! Thank you for always making me feel welcome in your store. And Thank you Kim for all your help!
Love this boutique! I’ve been to St. Armand’s countless times and recently discovered this gem. Soooo many cute tops and bottoms that are just my style and fit off the rack. Associate Brittany also gave me 10% off for being a FL local - thank you!

Beautiful store, great merchandise but bought $1000 worth of merchandise in last several weeks and brought it back since they were having the 25% off sale. Instead of the manager just adjusting the merchandise willingly I was given a hard time. I returned it all, walked out of the store and reordered it all at discount with free shipping. No customer service anymore….
Best store to shop in Sarasota. They have a great selection of the women’s clothes.
I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the service I received from Bridget & Michele. Bridget kindly greeted me when I arrived in the store. She patiently helped me find the perfect swimsuit to fit. She encouraged me to try on different style swimsuits. She was so kind, considerate & helpful. Michele gave her assistant & pulled other swimsuits for me as well. They are both an assest to the Swim City. They care about their customers. I purchased 3 swimsuits & a coverup thanks to these women. My husband also made several purchases.

We are from Tennessee, and always love to visit the Tommy Bahama store on Armand Circle. Every time we've ever shopped there it has been such a fantastic experience. Rhonda is just the kindest, most helpful person. We LOVE that there is actually stock in the back if our size isn't out front. Our favorite store!!
I was shopping for a swimsuit for my upcoming trip to Mexico...and Pam was incredible in showing me options that I might not have considered. In fact, two ended up being my favorites and I left with them that day. She was most helpful in sorting through all the collections!
We were visiting the area in November and found ourselves in need of a few things. There were so many beach stores; but this particular store was recommended to us. We had the great pleasure of meeting Bridget and Michelle. What great ladies! They were so kind, helpful and they carry excellent quality merchandise. We’ll see you again next year!

I visited Swim City today for Christmas shopping and the sales rep Kim helped me. She was amazing. She was extremely helpful and knew a lot about the different manufactures swimsuits, sizes ,and styles. She was very personable and helpful in selecting the proper sizes. she was genuinely interested and helping us get Christmas gifts that fit and we’re in the style that my girls like. Great experience!!!!

Jasmine was absolutely amazing. she fielded many questions and didn’t get put out with us once. She helped us find selections and even went into the back to check the inventory multiple times to make sure we got what we were looking for. We came here and were so impressed by the insanely cute seamless tops that are all the rage right now. We loved that there are a lot we never have seen before, in this chaos of excitement, Jasmine helped us out so so much!!! She was so sweet and got more and more colors out of the back. Jasmine was so humble and down to earth!
I didn't realize Swim City closed at 6pm. When I arrived, a few customers were just leaving. They said "the store is closed", but Christy & Addy were waving me to come in. I was on vacation with my best friend and we weren’t planning on spending much money but we walked in here to find the cutest clothes and my DREAM coin black dress that I could wear basically anywhere. I put it on and have never felt more gorgeous. Jasmine was the ABSOLUTE sweetest human being and was no only so helpful but also just really nice to talk to. Definitely go here! I visited Sarasota for many years, and passed by swim city many times, yet this year was the first time we actually went into the shop. Wow wow wow. So many beautiful products, very well set up, super friendly hospitality from the staff. We strongly recommend this shop to anyone who needs swim related products! We loved our purchases. My teen daughter and I stopped in here on our first day and we loved the store. It’s so beautiful and I love the butterfly decor. She got a top and when she put it on today she had to go back because it looked great on her and the quality was fabulous. The lady that was in there today was fabulous. Such a good personality and so friendly and was joking around with us. Also, the butterfly bags they give you to put your clothes in are insanely cute!!! Definitely recommend.
Love love love the downtown Sarasota location 🤍 I always find tons of cute stuff and the girls are just the best!! Today, Christy even went out of her way to clean up a scratched pair of sunglasses for me since it was the last pair.
The staff was eager to help with any sizes that I needed. Not only do the clothes feel like a million, but they also make you feel like a million.

Wonderful assistance from a sales associate while shopping at St. Armand’s Circle in Sarasota Florida. She noticed a flaw in the garment I was about to purchased, that I didn’t, and since no others were available in my size, she suggested I just order a new one and have it sent to my home. I really appreciated her help. Just one of the many reasons why I love shopping at Tommy Bahama.
Stumbled upon this place looking for a Turkish Cotton Top and I found it here! This store has a great selection and the person working, I wish I knew her name, was so helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. She was wearing an orange and teal patterned dress with cute earrings and was so sweet! The fitting rooms are kept clean and the sliding barn doors are beautiful and so much better than a curtain. 5 Stars for this place!

Love dropping by here every time I go to Armand’s Circle. They stock my favorite tennis gear (IBKÛL) so I typically don’t leave empty handed! Always staffed with friendly gals.

I have always had the best shopping experience at Tommy Bahama. One of my favorite locations is St. Armand Circle in Sarasota, Fl. The selections are great but the staff help create the experience. They are very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. Bill is one of my favorite sales persons as he always has a smile, no pressure and is fun and upbeat. If you’re in that store ask for Bill you won’t be disappointed.

Let me start off by saying, my family and I had a great experience in the salty stitch, the atmosphere is unparalleled. Great customer service, the staff helped my daughter and wife with different sizes as they were trying on clothes. We will for sure be back!
Avoid this tourist trap with bad service! The large blonde woman that works in there has an attitude like she is doing you favor and she never follows through on anything. Took my and my wife’s name for a pair of shorts and a dress in a different size and never called either of us weeks later. We walked out saying I bet she will never call “ and we were right. The prices are high for cotton beach clothes that you can get almost anywhere else.
Great place for tee-shirts although a little expensive. Not surprising really given it's in St Amands Circle. Good for a family present if you/they like graphic tees.
First time shopping at this location and company. Although I could not find the shirt I wanted in my size, the salesman Thomas, was excellent, he went through the stockroom pulling items in the size and color I was looking for. His customer service was excellent! The prices might be higher than I was expecting, but the customer service was well worth every penny spent. 9/25/2021 visited twice that day.

This store is so cool! They dye shirts in thing like Kona coffee, Hemp and pineapple juice. The quality is incredible and Paul was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and not overly persistent like other stores in the area. I'll definitely be back
I understand masks are good for most but I cannot medically wear one. The super rude sales girl told me to leave. I’m just trying to buy a Christmas gift for my dad. Didn’t even try to accommodate me. Also, no other store on the key cared.

I was looking for something different besides the same old styles you find at the mall and department stores and walked into this great men's store in St. Armands Circle in Sarasota, Island Pursuit. They had a great selection and variety of name brands. I bought quite a few shirts from Bugatchi, Quicksilver, Southern Tide, Vineyard Vines, Kuhl. I would highly recommend this store and the staff was very helpful.
